Excellent place to stay!”
It was the most luxury place where we stayed in the Philippines! We had a warm welcome by the manager Ely, also the other staff was everytime friendly and helpful! At first we had the whole yard for ourself, could use the kitchen in the main house/villa, jumping into the amazing pool everytime. Very quiet place, not in the center but you can take a motorbike or go by tricycle everywhere! Alona Beach is about 10 Min. away and from there you could also make a day tour by motorbike to the chocolate hills! At first wie wanted to stay for 2 nights and then extended to 5 nights and could have stay longer! Ely and all the other staff will help you in every way! I warmly recommend this place!!!

Serene place, but unsatisfying service”
During Christmas me and my friend wanted some more comfort than we were used to during the rest of our trip in the Philippines. So we choose for Eduardos Place - for its cottages and its pool. It is a nice, quiet place although the cottages do not have much privacy (due to the fact that they are situated in a row and there is just 2 meter in between them). The breakfast they offer is quite expensive while there is not much choise - but a good thing is that it's freshly made. What I really did appreciate was the fact that there's free drinking water available. The location of Eduardos Place is in the back of a dark and empty dead ending lane. When you use the shortcut over the Baywatch area, it's a small 10 min walk to the busy beach area. During our 4 night stay at Eduardos, we experienced a very disappointing service level. For two (!) evenings in a row our shower and toilet were broken (in fact: the total water pressure of the whole complex was off!). Very bad luck if you chose this some more ‘expensive’ accomodation because you wanted something nice and 'luxuous' with Christmas... But: such things can happen; the satisfaction of the client depends on how the management is dealing with this kind of situations. We showed our disappointment and asked the manager for a discount in the morning of our checking out. She promised us to meet our request and said she was going to think about a good price for us. When we wanted to check out that afternoon, the manager was gone and didn’t inform her staff about our issue. Her staff is really nice and customer-friendly, but of course cannot make a special price in a aberrational situation. So, in the end the only thing we were offered were 2 free beers – we consumed in the pool one of the Christmas nights we were (needlessly, so appeared in the end) waiting for our shower to be fixed. Altogether it felt like the manager didn’t take us seriously and didn’t care at all about our discomfort and discontent.

Great hotel, helpful staff, a little walk from the beach and restaurants, down a dark alley way which wasn't great late on a night. Only 2 Sun lounges which wasn't great for the 4 of us, but a lovely pool area. Room was clean and air con was nice and cool. Great hotel for the cheap price we paid.

Good base for planning trips”
We were looking for an unexpensive room around alona beach to plan our trips and for that purpose the hotel was just right.We stayed in a hut in the garden which had a large livingroom and a separate bathroom.Both of them were very clean and well kept.In the room was also a fan and a TV.It's a 10 min walk to the beach on a street without light, but whith a flashlight you dont have a problem.But the shortest way to the beach is by crossing another resort, so you have to ask for permission there.The breakfast was ok and the staff friendly.The only turndown was loud music from the resort next door during night.

Nice hotel if properly managed”
It was surprised that upon arrival we had to wait for 1 hour to use our room because all the room keys were taken out by the staff (for what?) and not available. The first room we got had a strong smell of mold, so we changed the rooms. After one night, we decided to extend our stay for one more night. The staff told me the room rate, which I paid on the spot. After 3 hours she came to tell us, "I told you the wrong price. You have to pay more", which was totally unacceptable. The second room had a rain leak which wetted a bed and pillows a lot, so we were transferred to the third room, which was also moldy though we didn't complain any more. Besides all the above things, the hotel is generally good. It has a nice swimming pool and a helpful water server. It would be nice if properly managed.

Peace and quiet”
If peace and quiet is what you seek then this is definitely the place. However there were a few things lacking like a restaurant. There is small walk to reach any store or eatery. The bathroom lacks hot water, a shower curtain, and a place to hang your clothes or towel. Be prepared for the mosquitoes and ants as there are lots of them. No internet.

The worst”
We booked a room in advance, but when we arrived there was no room left for us. After two hours of waiting we ended up in a bungalow for the staff, smaller then the others with a sink beside the bed, but no desk, table, shelf or anything. No one offered us an allowance in consideration of the circumstances. The included breakfast turned out to be toast, butter and tea. the performance was really poor. The bathroom was clean, the hot-shower good. The pool is much less than it looks on the photos and to the beach it's an 25 minutes walk since there is a new 4-star-hotel down the mainpath which blocks the dircet access to the beach for outsiders. A real shame & never again!

Günstiges Hotel mit sehr guten Gegenwert”
Ein günstiges Hotel mit ausgezeichneten Gegenwert. Lage, Sauberkeik und die Mitarbeiter sind in dieser Preisklasse selten zu finden. Die große Poolanlage war bei heißen Tagen eine willkommene abweselung. Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen dafür nimmt mann gerne die 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Beach in kauf. Moped und Ausflüge konnten wir im Hotel sehr günstig und gut buchen. Selbstverflegung war ohne Probleme möglich, da eine extra Küche für die Gäste vorhanden ist. Gruß an Elli von Roland

Komplett weg vom Schuss. ”
Wers ruhig und abgeschieden mag is beim Eduardos Place genau richtig. In einer Seitenstrasse gelegen, ca 1.5km weit weg vom Strand. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gross mit Swimmingpool und vielem Grün. Die Chalets sind, sagen wir mal mit einer Standardeinrichtung ausgestattet. Kein Frühstück. Free Wifi. TV. Aircon. Badezimmer ensuite. Abends könnte der Weg hin zum Hotel etwas "gruselig" erscheinen. Absolut keine Strassenbeleuchtung.

ビーチまで歩いて１０分くらいの程よい立地にあります。ホテル内も静かで居心地がいいです。 不満な点は、シャンプー・石鹸がなかったこと。プールの水が循環されておらず綺麗ではなかったこと。あとセキュリティーに若干不安を感じました。夜間野良犬が吠えて煩かったですが、耳栓を持っていたので全く気になりませんでした。 ｱﾛﾅﾋﾞｰﾁ近辺は高めのホテルが多いので、おすすめではあります。

숙소 위치가 정확하지 않습니다. 생각보다 훨씬 구석에 있으며, 간판이 없는 가정집 같은 느낌입니다. 저렴한 가격으로 장기투숙을 생각하고 있다면 괜찮으나 그 외에 모든 면에서 불편한 곳입니다.

알로나 비치에서 다소 떨어져 있고, 호텔로 들어가려면 인적 드문 시골길이라 무서울 수 있지만 한밤중에 다녀도 아무 일 없었습니다. 욕실에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 나고, 수압이 너무 약해서 좀 그랬지만 지내기엔 무리 없는 정도입니다. 스탭들이 친절해서 숙박일을 변경하는데 잘 도와주었습니다. 조용하게 바이크 렌트해서 장기체류하기 좋은 곳입니다.

가성비는 갑!”
숙소위치 찾가기 쉽지만은 않습니다. 저는 오토바이를 렌트해서 저녁쯤에야 찾아갔기 때문에 숙소찾기가 좀더 쉽지 았았던 이유있었던것 같습니다. 숙소는 가격대비 나름데로 깨끗함니다. 저는 방카룸을 섰는데 나름데로 깨끗하고 침대로 편했습니다. 다만 방카룸 특성상 방음이 완벽하지는 않으나 그렇다고 주변이 시끄럽거나 하지 않아 크게 문제 되지는 않았습니다. 방안에 열쇠가 달린 제법 큰 서랍장(?)이 있어 보안에도 크게 문제 없었습니다. 물론 저렴한 가격때문인지 샤워실도 보통이지만 가격을 생각하면 만족할만한 수준이었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고요^^

조용하고 편안한 곳”
처음에 찾느라 헤메이긴 했지만 찾고나니 오토바이소리도 거의 안나는 조용한 곳이라 좋았어요 알로나비치 접근성은 트로피칼리조트를 관통하면 아주 가까워요 주방사용이 가능해요 처음에 사용할 마음이 없었는데 유러퍈들이 다들 해먹는 분위기라 따라서 해먹다보니 쉽게 친해지는 장점도 있었어요 완벽한 설거지 필수이구요 양념,버터,기름등은 사용하게 해주어서 삶은 감자샐러드를 전파하게 되었네요 아가나 어린이를 동반한 경우 편안할것 같네요다가격대비 아침식사도 괜찮았고 수영장은 아담하지만 괜찮았고 5일 지냈는데 잘 선택했던것 같습니다
