My new favorite hotel anywhere”

It's a very comfortable, small boutique hotel. I've been fortunate to stay in nice hotels the world over. What stands out the most is the staff. They treat you as a friend or family. Egerton House is my new favorite Hotel anywhere. For me, location Is perfect. If you want a new, vault quite hotel stay somewhere else! In 3 stays over 8 total nights maybe heard footsteps a couple times (wasn't a problem for me). Simply put, I love Egerton House Hotel

Incomparable service, gorgeous rooms”

Wonderful, absolutely perfect. Egerton raises the bar on guest service for all hotels in London, even the most expensive and luxurious ones. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, generously showered us with their attention and assistance. We wanted to do our laundry at a laundromat, however at that hour the staff informed us that all laundromats nearby were closed and proceeded to offer us complimentary laundry service! HOW AMAZING!!! The rooms are small but they are immaculately clean and gorgeously furnished.

A disappointing 2nd visit ....”

This was my 2nd stay at Egerton House and I had been looking especially forward to this visit. However, by the end of our 6 night stay I couldn't wait to leave. The room decor was so full of clutter for such a small room that it was instantly messy the minute we started to unpack. There was no shelf space for winter clothing or items that are not for hanging. The breakfast was very expensive and totally disappointing - the service of the staff, their lack of attention to refilling the buffet, clearing plates etc, was really not great, and nowhere near the standard of the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Whilst most of the staff were lovely, some were extremely uppity. If you don't pre-book for afternoon tea, you can't really make use of the lounge in the afternoon unless you sit at the bar, which is disappointing when the rooms are so tiny. Overall, I think there is much better value to be had in London for same price.

Blissful service, room, food, magical stay”

We had a completely magical stay here on our wedding day/night. The staff made every effort to make us feel looked after and special, with really gorgeous surprises throughout our stay. The rooms are exquisitely decorated in a traditional style, and are extremely comfortable with perfect bedroom and bathroom. The location is perfect for West London. The staff are extremely well mannered with excellent service skills, and lovely charm. We had breakfast the next day which was a delight and completely delicious. Very cosy lounge area too. I could not recommend more highly.

Great hotel. A five stars with a bed and breakfest feeling. Staff was attencious and nice. Room cleaned twice a day. Good wine glasses at the room. The best we stayed in London.

Great staff, no arrogance of the large hotels and down to earth attitude. Delicious breakfast, post wedding/honeymoon treats on the bed - strawberries in chocolate, rose petals and candles were greatly appreciated. Amazing quiet location! Antonio the bar manager is a great character in a cosy bar.

ホテルに到着便をメールしたら迎えの車のリクエストを聞かれました。 なかなか気が利かないホテルの多い中、やはりプチホテルのよさでしょうか？ ずかずか入りこむことなく、すぐ近くで滞在客をスタッフ全員で見守ってくれたと思いました。　滞在中は一人旅で知人との約束がない日、一週間のうち夕食を３回ルームサービスにお願いしましたが、どれも美味しく感動モノでした。特にスープ。 スープが美味しいとすべて美味しいです。

賑やかな表通りから一本入ったところにあり 便利なロケーションにも関わらず、静かに過ごす事が出来ました。 到着がチェックイン時間前でしたがお部屋の準備をして頂きました。 そのせいかお風呂の掃除に至らない点があったのが残念でしたが 他は大満足です。 スタッフの皆さん、フレンドリーで居心地が良かったです。 しっかりコミュニケーションの取れる語学力を身に付けて再訪し、 ステイをもっと楽しみたいと思いました。
