Clean and tidy room”
Hotel is worth for the price. Rooms were neat and tidy. Hotel staffs are good and quick. Location is good and in the middle of Jabal Akhdar and Hoota cave. Has got a very big open front car parking along with a sitting area where one can enjoy evening breeze. Only negative comment is with regard to breakfast menu, may be a couple of Indian dishes to the continental breakfast will make Indian families especially kids a happy morning. Overall it was a very good experience with the hotel.

It's a quite place.. 4 km away from the city noise... So that a good place to relax... Room, cleanliness, staff is fine.. But no swimming pool ,bar like facilities...

convenient place with big appartements”
we spent 2 nights at this place. the first nicght we booked via agonda. we received a very nice appartement, very clean and big. nothing was run down. the second night we came back because of rain in the mountains. that night we received a clearly more run down appartement. the bath tube was broken, tiles were missing, and the towles were clean but very old. so it looks as if there are to classes of appartements, although they do not differ in price. but given these bearable restrictions, the staff was friendly and the place is a good place for going to nizwa as well as going to the mountains

Lovely little hotel with very large rooms”
This hotel was a little gem. It was very clean, had large rooms and air con. It was a good location, slightly out of the town centre but next to a tasty restaurant. Free car parking outside the front door and everything was walking distance away.

A pleasant stay in Nizwa”
We had a couple of nights at this hotel in Nizwa that we enjoyed a lot. We booked the 2bdr apartment which was comfortable for 4 people. The hotel is 13km from the Souk area, so I recommend it for travellers with car. The staff is friendly with a good command of English. Free Arabian coffee and dates are served on arrival. We would stay here again in the future.

Lots of space, good location”
When I booked, i hadn't realized this would actually be an apartment. It was really nice to have a sitting room and kitchen to spread out. Near to Lulu supermarket, convenient to town. Very clean, helpful staff. I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent base for Nizwa and the mountains”
We used this hotel as a base for visiting Nizwa and the Jabel Shams mountain and other attractions. The hotel was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. The Carrefor supermarket is nearby by car , so we were able to make all our meals in the apartment . About a 2 hour drive to the plateau of Jabel shams, so a reasonable base for the mountains and closer to other attractions like Nizwa. And free parking in front of the hotel makes arrival easy.

Great value for money”
We really enjoyed our stay here - big bedroom and living room together with fridge and microwave. And breakfast buffet @ 2 OMR was good as well Only downside is that it's a few km away from the city center - perfectly OK if you have a rented car (like we did) but would be inconvenient otherwise.

Exceed expectation”
I was a bit worried when I read the review but the hotel is nice. Near Nizwa Grand Mall and Lulu supermarket. The hotel recommended us to a great guide for our trip to Jebel Akhdar and Jebel Shams.
