Great staff”

I had a great stay. I arrived at 7:30 exhausted and gross due to an overnight bus and the staff let me check in because there was a bed available. The bathrooms were clean and the breakfast was good. When I had to leave, the staff went out of their way to help me find transportation which would enable me to pay by card, since I didn't have enough cash left. They were very helpful and probably the reason why I made it to the airport in time. The only bad thing was that the madrass was very hard.

Good choice of hostel”

Well-recommended hostel. Reception staff are so polite, friendly and hospitable. Kudos to you guys. You work so naturally and with passion. Bookings include free breakfast that’s why it’s great. Location is perfect because it’s near the train station and it’s easy to find. Will surely book this hostel again when I come back to Japan. Thanks for the great stay! ;)

My first stop in Tokyo, the hostel has a nice common area where you can eat and meet other travellers. Mostly older people and groups were staying there during my visit. Staff is excellent and helpful - they will attend to your every concern.

Fair Enough”

In terms of location, it is convenient as it requires a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station. Besides, there are convenience stores around that area. The rooms and toilets are very clean. However, the water-heater in the bathroom seems to have problems! Bcoz.. you may suffer from cold shower during winter time, as the hot water flow is NOT stable! It may turn into cold water out of a sudden. The breakfast is pretty simple one, jz with bread, butter, jam, eggs and tea + coffee. The staff are friendly and they speak beautiful English! They would provide all helps when you ask for one! It jz provides a simple stay, so pls do not expect too much from it!

Budget hostel near station and friendly staff”

The location are near JR Asakusabashi Station's East Exit. But for first timer still need a map to find it. There are 7Eleven and Sunkus nearby for daily need. All-you-can-eat breakfast, bread, jam, egg, tea, coffee. The staff speak very good english, and they are also very nice, they offered the guest to join if there are any event nearby. They have two shower room for men and another two for women, three toilets, free wifi, locker for shoes (i got one with no lock), PC in the hallway for everyone's need. Overall, that was a nice stay, i would love to come again.

Great for JR Pass Users”

Many thanks to Vivi and the guys You all did a great job of making a cozy little spot for curious, yet travel weary tourists. Location was simply perfect. We also enjoyed the morning jam and toast Til next time.

A great Hostel”

Anne Hostel Asakusabashi is a great hostel for solo traveller who's looking for a great stay in Tokyo. The hostel is located quite some distance from Asakusabashi Station, but the station is in line with Asakusa metro line connecting Haneda and Narita airports so I don't have to change stations quite so often. The staffs there are really friendly, speak English, and always helpful. I personally salute Shimpei for answering my questions during my stay. The reception is located on the 4th floor, but the hostel has an elevator so no worries, especially for those with large luggages. The rooms are neat and clean with small lockers for backpack and shoes. The hostel also provides a kitchen facility with microwave and refrigerator as well. It also features a vending machine selling from simple juices to beers. There is also a laundryroom on the second floor. Most of all there is a common room next to reception where guests can relax meet each other. Breakfast is simple. Overall great stay!

Nice budget hostel. Basic bed, plenty of showers and toilets, free breakfast. Night staff could be less sassy. And common room having a curfew isn’t great and think should be later or no curfew.

The place is walking distance the Train station. The staff is very friendly & fluent in english. The breakfast is an added factor. However, the sink in our floor overflows so the water scattered in the floor. With the price in Tokyo it is just OK.

The hostel staff are amazing. Shout out to Yoshi for answering any and all questions regarding things to do and how to get from one place to another. Pretty nice area to be located in, not too busy but not too far from eating areas or a convenient store. Thanks again you guys!

i stay at a dorm for 10 ppl.. the bed is comfort enough... the host is very helping... good in english so no worry... they serve breakfast from 7am, bread,jam and egg.. near metro station... if you get lost, just looking a higher building INN Hotel, Anna Hostel is behind the building.. it might help if you get lost

Best Hostel in Asakusabashi”

I always stay in Anne Hostel Asakusabashi for my trip to Tokyo. It is near from Asakusabashi Station (JR and Asakusa Line). It has direct access to both airport (Narita and Haneda) through Asakusa Line. The room is clean. The staff is nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again

good location, friendly staff”

This is my third time staying in Anne Hostel Asakusabashi. I love the location because it takes less than 10 minutes walk from Asakusabashi Station. And Asakusabashi station is in the Asakusa line, which has easy (and sometimes direct) access to both Narita and Haneda airports. As a suggestion, for travelers with huge luggage, just take the A3 exit of the station because it has elevator and escalators. The staffs are also very friendly. Whenever I stay there, my friend sends me package, and the staffs keep it until my arrival.

Good location and nice service”

The hostel is not too far from Asakusabashi Station, which is less crowded than the Asakusa station. It means that we can tow our luggage easily through the station without bumping with too many people. The service was also great. The staffs were really nice and helpful when I submitted queries because I need to receive a package from a friend before arriving to the hostel.

An average hostel”

It was alright for a hostel, but there are better values to be found in Tokyo. Rooms were small/tight, as was the living cum dining room. Adding some hooks and hangers in the dorms for example would've been nice. For a few dollars more you could get a single room (eg. Palace Japan), or a better dorm experience for the same price(eg. K's House with better amenities and more activities).

Nice accommodation for single guest”

The location is good which is less than 5 minutes walking from JR station. The room is clean and the bed is larger enough for a man who is 185 cm tall. They provide some simple breakfast which includes eggs, breads and coffee and tea which is good enough for me. One of good things is that they have locker for guests for keeping some personal belongings.

I really enjoy staying at this hostel because they are so helpful plus you get free breakfast. The living room was lovely & showers where great. Overall if you are staying in Tokyo you need to stay at this place.
