Tiny but complete, clean and good location”
Very strategically located in between Asakusa and Kuramae, which gives us flexibility to various subway lines within walking distance (Kuramae - Toei Asakusa Line and Toei Oedo Line; Asakusa - Asakusa Line & Toei Ginza Line). It’s room and bathroom are very tiny and we’ve got to open our luggage bags on the mattress. However, the room is very clean and neat and complete with all amenities (refrigerator, hair dryer, Shiseido shampoo conditioner and body soap, comb, toothbrush toothpaste, shower cap, etc). The hot spa on the 12F is a unique experience. Also, as the check out time is 11am sharp, but you may still want to go around Tokyo, you could leave your luggage bags at the lobby, which I find it very useful for us.

Excellent Price and Loved the Onsen!”
We were here for our last night in Tokyo. Slightly older hotel but still acceptably clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the onsen downstairs, and we definitely needed it before our 9 hour flight back home. Convenient to have a 7-eleven just across the road too! Excellent value for money.

Tiny space but Nice”
I tried to find a place to stay with condition of private bathroom, and non-smoking. It was good to find a place that I can trust. This hotel is very easy to find from Kuramae Station and Asakusa Station. The convenience store also nearby, I visited it everyday. Even though the room is tiny but I got private bathroom, and some facilities, which was enough for me. The room is also nice and clean, and drinking water also provided everyday. This hotel also has its own onsen, but unfortunately my mom is not a fan, so I didn't have a chance to try. The staffs may not very fluent in English, but we managed it somehow, and I love how easy to check out with the machine. I recommend this place for those who travel alone or couple, who not care about tiny space, cause most of their services are good, and I like it.

Location was quite good, less than 5min from metro. There's a Lawson right across the road and only 10minutes walk from Asakusa temple. Price was very reasonable.

Special Facility with hot spring”
The great things is this hotel have hot spring indoor and outdoor, APA alot outlet at Tokyo, so you will deserved to stay here. By my observation during night time that's more peoples, on afternoon will be better to have the hot spring. Subway is beside this property, but is Oedo Line (a distance to reach Asakusa line). Overall staff as usual very kind and good, and the property cleanest is excellent!

15mins walks to Sensō-ji Asakusa Temple. Direct train to Narita International Airport. Room is small (as per expected) and a bit run down. you need to very well organize to place your luggage. I really like the Onsen on the top floor!

Overall our stay was ok. Room is almost complete but is too small. They always change our bedsheets and towels and replenish our toiletries but I don’t think they are cleaning the bed and carpet. My chopsticks fell on the table and when I pick it up, it has dust and there’s a receipt dated August 2019. Hotel’s location is also good because it is near Kuramae subway station and there’s a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, 7-11 is just across the road.
