Perfect Honeymoon Experience”
Me and my wife stayed two weeks at APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi Ekimae for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed!! The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel was immaculate. they had everything we needed in our room and on the 14 floor there was a drinks vending machine, ice machine and microwave. The Onsen was the amazing and a nice feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, this was also very clean and well kept, we've never been to Japan before and honestly we didn't think we would use the Onsen so much but turned out we used it everyday. Being from the UK we are used to bigger rooms, however we knew that typically in Japan they have small rooms so this wasn't a problem for us, plus we had 3 large suitcases and 2 cabin cases and there was still plenty of room. We're already planning our next trip to Japan for next year and I can guarantee we will be returning here as we had such an amazing time. Thank you :)

The location is also great. It is one minute walk from the subway station. There are lot of restaurants & the convenient stores are also nearby as well. The neighbourhood is quiet . Room & bathroom very clean,facilities in the room was good. Hotel have washing & dryer machine on 14th floor, that made us feels inconvenient is they only provide two washing machine + two dryer. One washing machine and dryer at female onsen , another set were located at male onsen. you have to take turn to use if some one is using. the washing machine charge 300yen and the dryer machine charge 100yen for every 30minutes. overroll it's worth .

Our rooms are compact, yet fully equipped. Our large public bath has been well received by many customers. It seems that you could use it and it is more than anything. In addition, we have a coin launderette, one for each male and one female, to ensure long-term guest comfort. This is our 1st time in Karuizawa. Before booking this hotel I read review and saw some complaint from others but for me this is really nice hotel. - Clean and not too small for 2 persons - Staff speaks English and very polite abd helpful for everything such as restaurant, ski route. We arrived early before checkin time and able to leave luggage at hotel then staff will help to take the luggage to our room on checkin time somehow. If you worry about shuttle bus pick up time, i think it does not a matter. You can walk from JR station, Ski resort or outlet. Not too far and easy to remember. Lawsan ,7-11, family mart are too close to hotel. Just one thing I feel uncountable is check out time is before 10AM. It’s too early for me who usually love to do sight seeing or see night life in each country we travel to. From all of this, i will stay here again if i have a chance to visit this town and will recommend to my friend.

Very clean room! Didn’t expect that bed is large coz I booked for single room & single bed. TV screen is large (60-inch). Place is very accessible and convenient. There are lots of restaurants, fast food, convenient stores, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Hotel is just 3 minutes walk to Tawaramachi subway. Also very near to Asakusa temple, a tourist spot in Tokyo and Sanrio World. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in a very good location (just 1 min walk to train station). It is also near Asakusa area which has many Japanese restaurant for dining. Hotel also has public bath and many facilities which accommodate our stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. This hotel is one of the good choices if anyone wishes to stay comfortably.

If you're in the Tokyo-Asakusa area, this is a great hotel to stay in. Tawaramachi station is a few steps away, which is in the Ginza Line, makes it really easy to go to Shibuya area. Kaminarimon, Sensoji Temple and Don Quijote is less than a mile away. Rooms are in a bit of small side (if you're travelling as a couple). Windows doesn't open as well which is a personal pet peeve but having an open air hallway makes up for it. Cold refreshing winter air is nice when you open your door. Overall, APA hotel chain is a good place to stay in.

Hotel is in a very good location (Only 50 meters far from Tawaramachi station). It is also near Asakusa area which has many Japanese restaurant for dining. 7 eleven located opposite the hotel. The best is the public bath, one of the pool is on a semi open terrace.

The hotel’s just about 1 min walk from Tawaramachi station. The room is very cozy, comfortable and modern. Especially, there was a sentou (public bath) in 14th floor, which is a symbol of Japanese culture. Since it was our first time in Japan, I relied heavily in Agoda reviews when it comes to our accommodation. Glad that I booked at this hotel. Check-in is a breeze. We got more than we paid for literally: 1. Location - just a few steps from subway station (please get 3 day subway pass), 7-11, tourist spots, restaurants. I'm surprised that it is in the heart of kitchen wares. I was not able to check the kitchen wares due to lack of time but I love that it is very near Don Quijote and temples. If you want a quiet neighborhood then this is a great place to stay in. 2. Amenities and Facilities - everything is well provided for from head to foot. Though the room is expectedly tiny, you still have enough space for your luggage. There's even a bath tub. 3. Cleanliness - the room is being kept clean everyday.

The hotel is just located around the corner of the tourist spot. You can enjoy the convenience & yet the leisure. The public bath facility in the hotel is a plus, you can really relax soaking in the hot water after one long day exploring. And also it's the end part of my trip, the post office is next to the hotel, I can shipped away some overload clothing & save some space for my souvenir UFO catcher dolls. It's a surprising good hotel that I didn't expected.

Worth it to book this APA hotel as it had a great public bath with a view of the Tokyo skytree. 2 min walk to train station (with elevator to platform) and 5 to 10 minute walk to asakusa where you can find a big don quijote, the senso ji temple and so much food options! Will definitely stay again

Room size is a bit small but cannot expect for more. Walking distance to public transport, provide toothbrush, comb, hair band, basically do not need to bring anything to stay in. Thumbs up!

This is the best hotel in APA branches. Closed to Tokyo Metro Ginza line (Elevator near Hotel) Have a Double bed in Single room. Very Good Hottub. Staff can speak very good in English. Can walk to Asakusa area in 5 minutes.

I love the place ”
I love this hotel , so near to the train station and very close to the attractions . 10 mins walk to the famous Asakusa temple and I love the small little peanut moji with the green tea 🍵 is just 400 yens . Many people are queuing there along the temple .

It has its own onsen open for hotel guests. This is a huge plus for me. They have coin operated laundry in the onsen area which is great - I was able to wait for my laundry to finish while I am enjoying the onsen.
