Good choice for the Shinjuku Area”

This is my 2nd time at this property, I chose it for it's great location and familiarity of the area so I could hit the ground running. Hotel is a basic business hotel but delivers as promised. Rooms are small, but that's all well described and use the space in the best manner possible. Looking for a quiet, clean, conveinant place to rest your head then this is perfect. It's close enough to walk to everything in Shinjuku but just far enough away to be quieter. A few blocks from a tokyo subway stop as well. My only complaint is the same others have posted in that they have some really thin pillows. I knew this going in so used my travel pillow to supplement. I should have asked for extras from the desk and when I stay her again I will make sure to do that.

Clean and Standard”

Standard Japanese hotel in Tokyo. Very clean, small rooms, very polite and accommodating staff. No real complaints except for the hotel restaurant--I do not recommend buying the breakfast included options as the breakfast is a bit disappointing.

Rooms were tiny - normal for hotels in japan. great location, minutes away from train stations. messy end of kabukicho having to walk through touters everyday to return to hotel but very safe nevertheless.

Great hotel with great staffs!”

It was a great hotel. Will Come back here again soon. Located directly wit lots of convenience stores and drugstores. Great wifi. Great staffs. Loving the full pump bottles of the shiseido hair care and body care. Wish they gave it to me! Haha! Nevertheless, my stay here was a great one. Room kept me warm as it was cold outside when I came to Japan.

Location is relatively central, we are nearby to several eateries. Supermarkets and convenience stores are mere minutes from the hotel. Staff is extremely polite and helpful though they don't speak English very well, but the service is immaculate.

Easy and convenient”

The room was extremely tiny and you'll be dancing around one another, and your suitcases, when getting ready – but how much time do you actually plan to spend in your hotel room anyway? We were there in the morning and at night and while the room was super small, it was more than adequate for being our starting and ending points each day. We did request a non-smoking room but definitely had the smell of smoke in our room. I don't know if that's really the fault of the hotel – the room, as booked through Agoda, was listed as a Smoking Room with the added option of Non-Smoking Room. I pretty much expected it to be a smoking room so it wasn't a huge disappointment but would have been nice to have had a non-smoking room. Super close to Lawson and 7-11 and across the street from a shrine which was very nice during the New Year holiday. Staff was very helpful and held our luggage for several hours after checkout before we checked into our next place. Would definitely stay again!

Location is kind of messy place. Near lots pup and ktv. 15 min walk to Shinjuku Bus terminal.

This is second time for me to stay APA, the room is same and small, but the facilities almost same and enough for stay 1 or 2 nights.

Located nearby subway station, the room is quite small but clean. Staff also quite friendly but good to improve their English.

Noisy, staff wouldn't speak English, too cramped and not best location.”

We stayed for 10 nights. The neighbourhood is too noisy at all hours. We knew the rooms would be small, but ... They have 6 hangers on top of each other against a wall and everything gets wrinkled. It's not a hotel to stay in for more than 2 or 3 nights. The bed was awesome, though the pillows were too thin for our liking. The bathroom was good, very nice shower, but very little room between the toilet and the wall (and I'm not a big person). The worst thing was the internet connection. There was only one for the whole 12-floor building and it worked when it wanted to, coming and going. We had to buy a SIM card with more GB to be able to communicate and work. And one big detail: we had to leave my husband's camera for repairing and left the hotel number as contact. They were supposed to tell us when the repair service called, but they NEVER did. I called service and they said they had already notified them. When asked, they said they had been notified 3 days ago, but never told us...

Location is good, 5 minutes to higashi Shinjuku Station which is very convenience for transportation”
