Very Nice Newer Hotel”

Shinjuku can be very busy and this hotel was always quiet and the staff was very nice. Quick to help when needed. The Onsen was really wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. The Hotel was very clean and I felt very safe.

Very small room but functional”

Pro - very functional, comfy bed, good wifi, clean, can do either early check-in or late check-out at a cost of 300 yen/hour. Good location (middle of nightlife shinjuku). Con - a little bit far from JR, currently has construction site next to hotel, room is not soundproof enough. In short, if you are not spacious concern and like to enjoy walking around shinjuku neighborhood, as well as had a long flight early into Tokyo and need an early checkin, this hotel is well recommended.

Small but clean and convenient room, in excellent location in Shinjuku”

Room is very small but just enough for two persons, it is nearly impossible to open two suitcases simultaneously, but for this price and location, it is of very good value. Room is clean and has all features that is required. Only thing that i missed was in-room safe. Please note that electricity plugs in room are not compatible with european type schuko plugs, and also hotel does not have adapters for rent/buy. So before trip make sure you have needed adapters for your devices! Wifi works good. Bathroom is small but is clean, funtional, and has good amenities. Hotel location is great. Lots of shops, restaurants, nightlife, arcades etc nearby. Family mart and 7-eleven conveniently nearby just outside door. Shinjuku station about 7 minutes walk. Top floor has onsen that is free for all guests. Room views are nice, we were in 26th floor. Breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel if you want good quality and good value room in central location and small room size is ok for you.

A Must Stay”

It has a very strategic location, surrounded by foods and leisure, walking distance(about 10 minutes) to the most busiest JR station(SHINJUKU STATION). Many kawaii shoes shop lot alongside the walkway while you walk to shinjuku station. But please remember to bring umbrella during the rainy season, because the walkway is not covered.

The hotel is located inside Shinjuku area, which is walking distance from all the shops and clubs. The hotel is a bit crowded. there is two convenience stores in front of the hotel. There are high floors which has a view of Tokyo city. The Shinjuku station is only a walking distance.

The bath house was great, the beds were super comfortable, the pillows were just perfect. The staff was very nice l. The location super you like being in the red light district. Close enough to the subway system. Depending on which subway you want. 8 to 12 minute walk. I would say again. I actually extended my stay .

Good Location, Limited Service”

The price and location of the hotel is good. I don't really mind the small room which barely can open 2 suit cases. The inside of the hotel is very clean. It also has a public bath which I enjoyed a lot. We planned to stay 4 nights not continuously (like stay 1 night, check out for 1 day then go back for 3 nights), but the hotel refused to keep our luggage over night (which is okay for other hotels). Also, the hotel lobby has no place to rest and no toilet.

Search through a lot of hotels I must say this is most value for money in Shinjuku. This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The normal double room can be quite small but this time i chosen deluxe twin room and its much better. It is near to dining area of Kabukicho and 7 mins walk to Subway and JR lines. The room amenities are great too. The only drawback is the pillow can be improved as it is too flat but overall good hotel!

Good location but at price.”

As with most Budget hotel I have tried. This hotel has super good location at a very affordable price. However, being a Budget hotel as it is being described, its avail space is relative small especially you are on a shopping spree and carrying a huge luggage bag. There are only 4 lifts for approximately 25 units on each floor. It is surrounded with lots of entertainment, drug stores, food and etc. I have stayed for 7 nights, overall it was a good experience!

Great location, clean rooms ”

Rooms are extremely small and could barely walk after opening the luggage but I guess thats normal for Japan Hotels. Beds are quite soft and gives back ache! Other than that, its clean and location is fantastic! Near the train station and lots of food right downstairs!

The location is very good. It is a little disappointing that the hotel doesn't have washing machine.”

The overall experience is good. The hotel location is very good! Lots of good food near the hotel. The public bath on the 28th floor is nice. One thing to complain is there is No washing machine and No laundry service available in the hotel (The nearest washing machine store is 6 min walk away which is a little inconvenient).

One of the more pleasant stay in Tokyo at APA despite wet weather for almost a week. Best location for the price range and friendly staff. small but comfortable room for one.

Good place to live and in city”

IT is very close to eat and play. It is not very far to station and many foods close to hotel. Also, have hot tub at top floor. we had gone there every night.

Great central location with fancy amenities ”

The twin-bed room was more spacious than the double bedroom (we stayed in both). The segregated onsen has an outdoor section that provides a great view of the city. Check-in and check-out process were pretty straight forward and quite convenient. No laundry service available at this location from what we figured.

Nice hotel with great location”

Tiny standard room but nice hotel where is located on a great location at Shinjuku area. Thousand restaurants near by as well as walking street. Also just on the walking distance to the Shinjuku station either JR or Subway lines. If your body size is bigger than XL size, maybe should looking for a bigger room type rather than a standard room.

Pros: There are lots of overnight restaurant and entertainment nearby the hotel, including the VR Zone (which unfortunately planned to close by Mar 2019). The Single Room is sufficiently sized that you can open a 26" suitcase fully on ground. Cons: The hotel is not exactly next to the Shinjuku JR station nor Metro station, but to Seibu-Shinjuku Station only. One have to go through a long underground walkway before he can reach the JR station. Make sure which railway station you are looking for before selecting this hotel. There is a hospital next to the hotel. Ambulance siren sound may occur at midnight.

Small hotel room but by Japan standards is reasonable .. room is clean with all basic amenities smoking room available which is hard to come by ... near HiDiLao Hotpot which is good dining spot during cold weather
