Good value, friendly staff”

Staffs were friendly, they could speak english so it was comfortable. I locked my bathroom door and closed accidently, so I couldnt open the bathroom door. I asked for help, and the staff helped me very kindly. The room was small, but it was very clean ! 스태프들이 친절했고, 방은 작지만 깔끔 ! 아파 호텔의 특징이네요. 화장실 문을 잠근채로 나와서 문을 못열었는데, 스태프분들께 도움 요청하니 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 영어로 !

Close to the station”

The train station with elevator and escalators is really close to the hotel. Although its not in the center of tokyo, its still convenient to travel around the city. Loads of food nearby including minimart. Although the room is quite small compare with hostel, it comes with full facilities with japanese standard

Clean and tidy. location is good. 24/7 family mart is 30seconds walk. 1 minute walk to station or taxi station. A lot of restaurant in the area. Quiet at night. 15min taxi to disney land. very nice staffs and cleaners.

It’s a very comfy hotel and located near the subway station. Will stay in this hotel again.

Everything you need is there ”

This hotel is very convenient, walking distance to train station, bakery shop and easily to get food anytime of the day. They also have coin operated laundry and dryer. Hotel breakfast is basic but it's good for those you just want to just fill the tummy in the morning. This will be my preferred hotel in Tokyo

Surprisingly impressed”

Mother daughter trip. Was impressed with cleanliness, comfy bed (we liked flat Jpns type pillows), nice robes, no view but lots of mirrors which is helpful when 2 women trying to get ready at the same time. Felt like a "tiny house" so much packed in the room.; was big enough for us. Very efficient use of space. Flat screen tv for nothing; no free English programs. Like most hotels closets are non existing but we were there for only 1 night. Ladies at front desk were so pleasant and super helpful arranging luggage service to next hotel.

It is 2 mins away from nishikasai train and bus station. Very convenient to walk or take a bus or train going to their popular tourist spots. restaurants, convenient stores, supermarket and shops are very close to the hotel. Very good location for an affordable price

Nice Hotel near the Metro. Surrounding area has a lot of cheap eats.”

This near new hotel is quite reasonably priced and close to the station. Even though it's close, I wasn't disturbed by the trains. Room was modern and clean with free WiFi and LAN. All amenities are provided. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows are awful, hard and flat. In general, pillows are terrible in Japan for westerners. My colleagues all comment on this and advise to bring your own.

friendly receptionist, always handle us with care and patiently. Also, the receptionist has a good communication skills (english), it's very helpful to us who cannot speak Japanese. This place is very near with Metro Station (Nishikasai). I will come back later!

The location is very good and and only a few in the train, bus and taxi station. You have so many option for the foods to eat. Lawson, 7 eleven, 100 yen store, yoshinoya are also near the hotel. The staff are accokidating to youre needs.

Perfect Location”

Location is nice food all around and subway is just a few steps away. Rooms are a bit small but the room with 2 double bed is ok. Other than that its al perfect. Very accomodating staff as well.

The staff were very accommodating and they really go out of their way to help us reach our destination easily. I wish they would offer airport transfers though.

Great hotel!!”

We stayed this hotel after visiting Desneyland. Taxi cost 3,000 yen from Maihama station since a late night charge was applied and taxi driver struggled to find hotel(he stoped taximeter while wondering around the hotel)since it was opened recently. Hotel room was sparkling clean and facilities were very good. There are convenience stores and family restaurants near by. I will stay this hotel again when I go to Disney resort next time.
