Good hotel for the price”
APA hotel prices vary from area to area. This one came in at around 4000 yen which is great value for what you get. Granted the rooms are small but I am a single traveler and it is fine for my needs. I have stayed here before and will again.

Location and value for money”
The reason i choose APA is because i saw a lot of APA hotels from my previous trip. This hotel is about 3 mins walk to the JR Yamanote Line (Otsuka Station) which connect to most of the big district. The hotel is very clean. Everything is okay but the room is extremely small i would say. I carry 2 big luggage of size 28-29" and i have to open it and put it under the bed. There is no way you can open the luggage on the open floor. There is a tv monitor with free news but for movie, you have to pay. Wifi, aircond and water pressure is okay. Small Bathroom and bath tub is combine. There is an mini onsen at the high floor. TV monitor will display if the onsen is vacant or not. There is no locker inside the room or any wardrobe. There is a supermarket at B1 (Atre Vie Otsuka) with cheaper price. Staff not good in english but they will try hard to help you no matter what. Thank you APA.

The rooms at APA Hotel are compact, but we offer functional rooms. In addition to the space for storing luggage under the bed, switches and outlets are concentrated at the bedside so that you can operate while lying down. A 50-inch TV is installed in each room, and there is also a mirroring function that projects the mobile phone on the TV. The public bath has been well received by many customers. Got room 1822. Nice view from 18th floor. Good buffet breakfast. Everything is still new. Nice hot bath on the 20th floor but outdoor female tub is very small.

Excellent affordable hotel”
It's a chain with many hotels around Tokyo. The room was small but not outrageously so. There was room for luggage and to move around. Very clean, good Wi-Fi and amenities. The bed could be a little softer but overall an excellent place to stay. Staff was very helpful. I haven't used the hot tub on the roof but it seemed popular with the locals. JR station less than 5 minutes away and it connects to a lot of central location around, although the metro stop is about 15 minutes away. I'll be happy to stay there again.

Thank you for staying. APA HOTEL offers a compact but functional space. There is a space under the bed that can store a suitcase, and switches and outlets are concentrated on the bed board. The bed is the original bed of APA Hotel, and you can get a good night's sleep by using it with 3D mesh pillow. The public bath on the top floor is open twice a day, in the morning and at night, and is very popular with many guests when the fatigue is healed. Please use it when you stay next time. The hotel is good and the price is reasonable in the hotel they have an onsen on the 20th floor and TV in your room has many useful information like where the convenience store, how crowded of people in the onsen and you can connect your phone with a TV. Staff is very good you can leave your luggage before check-in time.

Good to stay, near JR line”
Surrounding have many restaurants and near to JR Otsuka Station. Subway station is a little further. Overall good stay. Hot shower where water pressure is strong and nice, bathtub is clean but toilet has a funny smell. Just room is very small but you can push your luggage below the bed Unfortunately cannot check in early unless you pay. Need to wait until 3pm to check in. Very tired because of overnight flight to Narita
