They charged me 7 euro's city tax upon arrival when according to the website where I paid it stated that citty tax was included in the price. I have the screenshot of my booking to prove it. Also upon arrival I was told that I got upgraded to a suite which at first was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately the room smelt of smoke when I chose the option none smoking on the website. And one of the towels was torn.

the hotel is going through a major refurbishment. clean room and fantastically friendly staff and a good price. ideal for the feyenoord stadium as the tram is only 4 stops away and the underground is only 15 mins from Rotterdam centraal station. you can take the same underground in the direction of the Rotterdam,the Hague airport and then get a 5 minute bus journey to the airport. i have to say theres not to much in the way of restaurants and bars in the area where the hotel is but you could easily get the metro to the centre of Rotterdam with a day tkt for all the transport options.

horrible stay-blood stain on bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
hotel under construction. Staffs actually turned their head down when we say morning! to them. SECURITY concern- in the hotel, coming back after going out for sightseeing, found personal belonging were moved and searched. Hygiene concern- found blood stain on bed. it was about 9pm, going to bed. I called the reception, they actually asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT, the house keeping is off duty. I demanded for new clean sheet, after about 30mins, a staff knocked on our door, bring new sheets for us, and began telling me shes busy and shes not the house keeping. !!!!!! SAFTY concern- the area is scary, also in the hotel. hear yelling, screaming and door slam frequently. PRIVACY concern- They made copy of our passport, insist to make a copy of my kids passport too, refused to take their ID card or any other document. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!

Good and relatively central, the hotel is in close proximity to the city centre (walking distance) and is right next to the Masshaven metro station. I enjoyed my stay and the staff are very friendly and professional. However, the hotel shower can flood the bathroom, and the hotel lacks a gym, unlike more modern hotel properties.

Prima kamer op de 12e etage, met mooi uitzicht op ondermeer De Kuip! Ideaal voor ons korte verblijf. Met een Italiaanse keuken, restaurant op de BG. Prima pasta's gegeten. Personeel zeer vriendelijk! Wel veel afhankelijk van de drukte bij de 2 liften in Covid-tijd.
