I Had an amazing experience at Bayview suites. Alfred, the manager is an extremely kind and helpful man. I really felt safe and that I was in good hands. Front desk employees and cleaning staff were extremely nice also. 5 star experience for me!!

I Would/Will Choose It Again”
For the price and accommodations you can not get any better than the Bay View Suites Paradise Island. IF I had to find an issue with anything, it is in the area of how aged everything is on the property. Although the grounds are clean and well kept, if they would spruce up some of the public use areas it would impress even the pickiest of travelers. The layout of our suite was very nice, and a place you would find of comfort for an extended stay. It was merely things like the antiquated kitchen and bath fixtures and appliances that take just 'a little' away from the aspect of paradise. There is a cantina next to one of the swimming pools. Mind you the swimming pools are maintained very well, and it only made our repeat visits to the cantina for food, including a very nice breakfast menu, and some of best drinks on the island something to look forward to daily. Another plus of this resort, is with it being within walking distance, of a few blocks, from practically anything you would want or need, including Atlantis, Cabbage Beach, and some of the best restaurants on the island. My wife and I fell in love with Aruba last year, but we have now found a location that will make our vacation getaway choice much more difficult...RSMH

Bay View Suits stay 2021”
I wanted to come into Nassau a day early before boarding a week long dive boat. The room was perfect for my stay as I worked when I arrived on their provided WiFi then headed out to see some of Paradise Island. It was a short walk to Atlantis and marina where I had dinner. I stopped at local shops to pick up beverages and snacks for the evening then relaxed around the pool at BayView suites until turning in. I woke early and enjoyed a morning jog over to beach and the Gardens or ruins. Very lovely stay and would recommend for a one or two night stay.

Serenity”
Great spot. Beautifully landscaped with great trees and flowering bushes. Well maintained especially the three pools. Enjoyed the coveted terrace of my second floor one bedroom accommodation. Would have been helpful if only restaurant/bar by one of the pool was open 7 days a week instead of 4. Very peaceful and safe environment. Will definitely return.

Beautiful Bahamas ”
Excellent! Just a short walk to the shop, liquor store,restaurants and beach.Bay View is ideally located. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are very obliging, friendly and always keen to help. The two pools are great and rigorously maintained. At the time of our visit The bar area was only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday but the breakfast on those days was outstanding. A thoroughly chilled, relaxing break. Highly and genuinely recommended.

Economical and close proximity to all attractions ”
We stayed here for 2 night and 1 full day. This location is very close to all major attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. Staff at this hotel is very courteous and professional. I would. definitely recommend this place for anyone with family of you children.

We were skeptical about booking here at first but it far exceeded our expectations! The staff was lovely and the location was a short walk from Atlantis. Very private, quiet, and safe place. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

It's a nice gateway. However, the fitness center was out of order so I had to ended up going down in Nassau to use a gym. The place is nice just need to upgrade.

Worth a stay. ”
Bay View is a nice, clean place to stay in a very quiet part of the island with friendly staff. The facility does however need a good landscaper, and minor room renovations. The radio in my room didn't work, the water pressure in the shower was too low/weak and the rooms could use bottled water considering coffee and tea are provided. Lastly, the pools should have temperature controls when the weather is gets colder so guests can still enjoy. Overall, it's a nice place.

Oasis of calm...”
Bay View Suites provided me with an affordable place to stay on Paradise Island that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The hotel was a short 7-10mins walk from Atlantis, restaurants, beaches & the Cloisters. Staff were friendly & helpful. Security on the front desk were always smiling & keen to give directions & recommendations. Wifi was available in the room. The hotel has two small swimming pools too.

Best value location ”
If you want to stay on Paradise Island on a budget. This is for you especially if you have a big family. They have a full kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds it’s 10 mins walk from Atlantis. There are supermarkets and restaurants all with in 10 mins walk.

A good place to relax”
The aparment was comfortable and larger than expected, with a beautiful terrace and small garden, and comfortable rooms. I hardly ever saw any people at the two pools (November), the whole hotel area was pretty quiet.

Bad: On arrival the hotel demanded additional payment for utilities and housecleaning separate from ”
the advertised price, hotel fees, and taxes which we paid in full before coming. Being in a foreign country with no other housing we had no option but to pay. Before coming we requested early check in at 1 pm. The hotel assured that they would accommodate it. We ended up arriving after 3 pm (the normal check in time) and our room was not ready! We were forced to sit by the pool in the hot sun with all of our bags while the room was prepared. This is after we were forced to pay the so called cleaning fees. The room was filthy: bed linens stained on arrival, food and dirt in the crevices of the coffee table, coffee pot was cracked, utensils and cookware were dirty, tub was dirty, water had a chemical smell and taste, ants crawling on the bathroom sink, and there was a large dead cockroach under the bed. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We expected the stained linens to be changed the following day, but the same spoiled lenins were used to make the bed the next day.

Absolutely terrible service and staff who have no concept of hospitality or courtesy. Please avoid and spend your time elsewhere. Hidden charges, keys never worked, inconsistent WiFi!

Do not stay here!!! Old & Dirty”
Everything at this hotel is old and in need of replacement, the beds, linens, furniture are all in very bad shape. Sofas and chairs are dirty, bathroom contains mildew and tub floor was discolored. I did not want to touch or utilize anything. I’m glad my stay was only overnight. As soon as I woke I left right away. Not even a bottle of water in the room. This hotel thinks that because they are slightly cheaper than some others it’s okay to offer subpar facilities and service for the money. My advise for anyone looking for a hotel for an overnight, stay at the Courtyard or the Holiday Inn. Trust me you will be much more comfortable and happy.
