(2) Provence cuisine Coucagno, located on the 40th floor, will be closed for lunch hours due to the blackout. Dinner time will be normal operational.

(1) Guest rooms and Suites
All lights and electric power will be shut off for approximately 3 minutes in the time frame of the following hours, 11:50 pm - 0:10 am, and 5:20 am - 5:40 am the next morning. We kindly advise all our guests to turn off any personal computers during the hours in order to avoid any malfunctions which may occur to your laptop computers due to the blackout.
(2) Room service
Room service will not be served after 11:00 pm until the next day morning 6:00 am.
(3) Tower's bar BelloVisto (40th floor)

There will be the maintenance of the Fitness Center, located on the 3rd floor, from Monday, January 4, 2022 to Friday, January 7, 2022. Indoor swimming pool and Jet Bath will not be operational during the above written date due to the maintenance.
Other facilities inside the Fitness Center such as gym, sauna, and shower rooms are operational.
Almost Perfect”
The view was incredible and the location was perfect for traveling around, with quick access to the station. Staff on the first door were very helpful while learning the area. The only thing truly lacking was the food service. Trying dinner for one night at one of the select hotels was pricey with barely anything to eat. We ended up using the 7 eleven most to eat a good meal instead, and any idea of trying the hotels food were dashed. A suggestion to put some sort of food catering for the middle class to eat as well? Besides that the beds were comfortable and cleaning services did a great job. It’s a great place to stay for almost all traveling needs.

Fantastic location. They did not give us a high floor but checked us in early. Service was great and we looked forward to going back to rest every night. Lots of eats and things to do within walking distance. The triple room was spacious and very clean. The views were gorgeous. They were generous was towels and amenities and very polite. Their fitness center was mediocre and def not worth the fee they wanted for its use. The command of english language of the staff there was okay - it stressed me out more to see them stressed over conversing in english. We did enjoy our stay there.

I usually stay at the Shibuya Excel Hotel. This hotel is about 5 blocks away from the touristy/bustling Shibuya crossing. All in all, besides the extra 5 blocks, the hotel was great, the rooms clean, the prices were cheaper than the excel hotel by quite a lot and my family had a great time. Thanks.

Great hotel near Shibuya Station ”
Stayed here for 10 days. Only short walk to Shibuya Station, the famous Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko statue, and the Shibuya shopping district. Room was large enough for the whole family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) and 5 suitcases. It had a decent size dining table and it wasn’t even a suite room. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. After four nights, there was a small technical problem with our room and Mr. Hasimoto and his team worked quickly and happily to move us and all our many stuff to another (what it seems like a slightly upgraded) room in the middle of the night. No fuss no nothing. Excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staffs are very helpful. It is near to Shibuya Station but need to walk over the overhead crossover so may not be suitable for family traveling with elderly. Room is in good size, initially I have req for a room with Shibuya crossing view, unfortunately a newly constructed building has booked the view from the hotel.

It seems close to sibuya station. It’s quite nice. we want to check in at 3pm but the room was not ready. We were waiting over 30 minutes at busy robby but they didn’t provide any other services. We just waiting!!!..... This hotel room was much biger than other japan hotels. So, it was good! And very clean.

Excellent property within a stone’s throw from the famous Shibuya scrambled crossing. Attentive service, clean and for Japanese standards relatively spacious rooms, and very clean. Only downside is limited food options for families with young children. But that’s not unique to this hotel and they were accommodating when we enquired.

Hotel with fantastic view and great service”
Room is a little small for our family of 4 (perhaps we should have gotten 2 rooms instead) and hotel requires a short walk to the train station (not an issue if you are fit but my legs were no good). However, everything else was superb! Staff were friendly and helpful, items provided in the room were of good quality and the view from the room was amazing!

This is the best hotel in Shibuya. It is so close the the station and Shibuya crossing and shopping area. Staff are very polite and helpful. Room was clean, bed sheets and bathroom toiletries where changed every day. A bit costly, but worth it.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Cerulean for several nights for a family wedding. Prior to the Cerulean we stayed at a typically-sized Japanese hotel, which was one third of the size! The main advantage to staying at the Cerulean is the room size- at 30 square meters, it is one of the largest in town. The other advantages is the comfortable bed, the amazing view (rooms start on the 19th floor) and the toiletries. Keep in mind that this hotel charges for almost everything. ANYTHING at the beverage bar/ fridge is fee-based. So for your morning tea/coffee, you are better off bringing your own. They also tried to charge us a $30 "cover charge" to sit at the top floor "Tower Bar" although we told them we were staying at the hotel. They quickly apologized and reversed this part of the bill after we told them of the error. Overall, I would definitely stay here any time- I felt very comfortable and at home in my Tokyo palace in the sky!

Best feature probably is having a pedestrian bridge connecting hotel over the busy highway to the main shopping area near the station. A very big clean Gym, swimming Pool and 3 convenient stores within 5 minutes walk time with one in the hotel premise.

We sprang for the cerulean tower hotel for the last 2 nights of our japan trip. While it was very nice, it was not worth the money in my opinion. They charge extra for many amenities (business center, gym) that my other (much cheaper) japanese hotels include for free. The bar on the top (40th floor) was a cool experience with a nice view (despite being 18 USD for a beer). The room was nice, but it wasn't as new or updated as other places I stayed on my trip. The hotel staff were excellent and everyone spoke good english. The location is amazing (5 minutes from shibuya station). I just don't think you can justify the cost unless someone else is paying.

Nice luxury hotel”
Stayed for four nights at the exec king. Overall an enjoyable stay. Room was spacious with a fabulous view of the city. Bed was standard king and could fit 2 adults and one young child. We have two boys and opted for an extra bed which was not cheap (about 9000 yen per night). As there was a sofa in the room, we put the bed next to it so it extends to ‘queen’ size bed for our boys. Staff were generous with extra pillows and quilt comforter. Hotel staff, from lobby reception, housekeeping, to butler, were all very polite and hospitable. We didn’t try the breakfast as it wasn’t in our package. Wanted to try at least one of the mornings but found the price too expensive.

The staff was nice and helpful. we were given an upgrade by the hotel. and they are happy to let us do a late checkout as our daughter wasn't well. our room has a nice view and the room provides a smart phone for free. The hotel is not that new and the location is close to the station but at the other side of all the shops.

Huge room. Best of all, super convenient in location -- It's first stop for airport buses when we arrive. It's the last stop before the bus departs for the airport. Just outside is also Shibuya subway and JR station. Taxi knows the hotel well, so never any issue.
