The chateau has character and a coziness. The front desk ladies were all so friendly and professional. There’s no buffet breakfast but a brown paper bag delivered to your hotel room door in the morning that contains a juice box, fruit and prepackaged pastry. I enjoyed the fruit, especially the pears that looked organic and was sweet. I liked that the room has a nespresso machine. Would’ve appreciated a kettle as the getting hot water from the coffee machine was not just water. Room is serviced upon request, scheduled the day prior. Housekeeping quickly delivers items upon request. The gym didn’t have any towels or sanitizer. After a couple telling the front staff a couple of times, it was stocked with lots of sanitizing wipes, bottled water and towels. Gym is small and must be booked for use, located at the Meridian hotel across the street. I never had a time conflict and it’s open 24 hours. There’s no elevator. Location of this hotel is in between McGill and Concordia. Another college is nearby too. There are restaurants nearby. I’d return to this hotel for sure!

Very comfortable rooms”
The rooms were super clean and comfortable. This location is an easy walk from the Bell Centre so it worked out perfectly. My room was on the floor level, I was worried about noises. It was super quiet. The only issue I had was because of COVID, I had to do check in and check out across the street. And the parking they offer is only valet. To get the car parked, we needed to park it on the street around the hotel and tell the valet where the car was. That was a little strange. Otherwise everything went super well and I'd stay here again.

Amazing hotel near downtown!”
We absolutely loved staying here for a 5-day trip to Montreal from the Boston area. Hotel staff were all bilingual, and were incredibly attentive and helpful the one time that we had an issue (no ironing board). The daily breakfast is an enormous benefit, and the afternoon tea and graham cracker cookies was nice coming back from walking around the city and dropping off bags/getting changed. The hotel's very close location (2 blocks) to the Guy-Concordia Metro stop made getting around very easy and convenient. Protip: one of the bus lines right at the corner runs to Mont Royal. If you're staying here, get groceries from Adonis, wine from SAQ, and have a picnic in Mont Royal. You can drink alcohol as long as you have a meal The absolute only little thing I would note is that they offer valet parking, but their valet parking was "full" when we got there. The woman at the front desk was able to recommend another, very close spot to park (the Montreal Grand Seminary, like 1 block down).

The building itself is a bit older and definitely creeks a bit at night but was always very clean and warm. There are a couple flights of stairs that might not be very accessible for some. But otherwise, great location, many transit stops nearby, and really friendly staff.

This place was awesome! The staff were great at pointing us to the local sites and providing tips to save a few dollars. The room was beautiful and the bed provided on of the best sleeps I have ever had. The hotel is only two blocks from the Metro which takes you everywhere.

I booked this hotel very last minute. I did not know much about it except that it was in a good location and had good reviews. The room was beautiful, the staff were very helpful, and the location was great. It has an old-world charm. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is central located, near Downtown, with public transit, included Metro station close by. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was enough to start our day. Our room was beautiful, very classic and clean.

Great little heritage hotel in downtown Montreal!”
My husband and I stayed two nights at Chateau Versailles and enjoyed it very much. It is in a quiet location just off the busyness of St. Catherine Street. A short walk gets you to dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping. Our room was simple, but had a beautifully remodeled bathroom. The staff were very helpful and courteous, and the continental breakfast was very good. The only drawback of this hotel is the lack of elevator. Normally that might not have been an issue for us, but this particular trip we had a lot of luggage (we will be away for an extended period) and struggled to get our luggage to the third floor. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there!

Fabulous Hotel near everything!”
We absolutely loved this hotel. Plenty of room. Large comfy king size bed. Cute little electric fireplace if we wanted to use it. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Montreal.

A charming hotel in an historically-designated building, very well located. The breakfast room is small but elegant, with a very good European-style continental buffet. The entire facility is clean and fresh and the beds are comfortable. The only negative is the lack of an elevator, with several staircases including a long flight up from the street level to the hotel entrance. Staff are helpful with carrying luggage up and down the stairs. I will stay here again.

Super close to the Guy Concordia metro station. Great location on Sherbrooke to walk to Mont Royal and McGill. Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, and even upgraded my room for me. Would recommend this hotel to others!

Amazing Staff were fluent in English English aswell as french Cleaned you're room everyday Complimentary breakfast 24 hour gym Customer service was 100% only con is having to walk stairs as there is no elevator

Cool vibe”
I would recommend and stay here again because it was a nice and comfortable with a cool vibe but the only thing was we had to wait quite a long time to get the room. There was a snow storm and nowhere to park for free and the reception couldn’t find the agoda booking registered in the computer.
