Ενω πληρωθηκαν απο την πρωτη στιγμη,εφτασα παραμονη προτοχρονιας και μου λενε εχει προβλημα το δωματιο σας και θα σας μεταφερουμε σε ενα αλλο ξενοδοχειο του ομηλου μας 25’με τα ποδια ,παρολου που εγω πληρωσα στο agoda,gia ξενοδοχειο στο κεντρο,για να μην εχω μεταφορες με ενα μικρο παιδι,και πληρωνα συνεχεια μεταφορικα με ταξη,λογο ψυχους,δε με ενημερωσαν νωριτερα για το δοματιο για να επιλεξω με αυτα τα λεφτα κατι αλλο κεντρικα και μου εφεραν προ τετελεσμενων γεγονοτων,γιατι με τα λεφτα που πληρωσα για κεντρο ποτε δε θα τα εδινα για ενα hotel εκτος κεντρου,απαραδεχτοι,μου κρατησαν το ιδιο ποσο για ενα αλλα ξενοδοχειο εκτος επιλογης μου εκτος κεντρου,δε το συνιστο σε καβεβα σας,θα κινιθω νομικα,με εξαπατησαν κανονικοτατα

Very Enjoyable Stay”
Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location. Decent accommodation for the price, can't really find any fault - right in the middle of everything. The staffs were very helpful with all our requests - definitely recommended.

Ideally located”
Excellent location in centre of Budapest clean room’s comfy beds nice towels . Didn’t have breakfast as so many lovely coffee shops in the area.

The lady at the reception was friendly - thanks. The hotel location is good - not that far from the 'Buda' side of the city via Elisabeth Bridge. Just a walking distance to Citadel, Gellert Hill. It's also close to pedestrian shopping street and cafes. The single room I stayed is very basic, but spacious enough for a solo traveler. Basically, good for sleeping/resting at night only (as the hotel itself is very minimalist). The good thing, there is 'Pappa Roti Cafe' in front of the hotel, serves 'halal' Middle Eastern Food.

Good location”
This hotel is located in a pedestrian street right in the center of Budapest, which is quite nice. Unfortunately, noise isolation (from the street and the hallway) are non existent. Be aware there is no lift, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, you know what you will find. Shower with good pressure, toiletries were a bit poor (just shower gel). WiFi worked poorly in my room. There is a mini fridge which is quite useful. I didn't go for the breakfast as I didn't want to book it for my 3 nights stay as I needed to leave early on my last day: I sent an email to the hotel, they said it wouldn't be a problem, but then the price for breakfast per day went from 5e (agoda) to 8e (on site). The bed is ok but a little bit too hard, pillows do their work but also need some renewal.

No elevator for 3 storied hotel . I helped twice to elderly couple to shift their luggage.no coffee ”
Machine in room . Location is only plus point for this hotel . Even rooms are vacant ,they don't give room keys till there official check-in time 3pm .

Would not return ”
The location was central there were lots of restaurants, shops nearby. The downside was the noise , we stayed on the first floor at the front of the hotel . The shop opposite had early morning deliveries 6.00am which woke us daily the winding glass is very thin, noise throughout the night . The Bathroom shower was mouldy and hardly any room to move in it with plastic doors to close it ...The hotel was more like a 2 star, a refurb is well overdue...

Terrible”
It was freezing and their was no heat.. No TV in room no 2 bottles of water. Staff nasty. And locked out at 1 am.. Woukd not stay their if it was free

Worst place, dirty, very bad receptionist. No hair dryer,no lotion,soap,shampoo,small shower area”
The person in the reception is not answering call, she is just sitting infront. When I asked assistance about hop on hop off bus location she said “I dont know you should ask them not me” When I arrived in the hotel @ 12:30 I was told check in time us 3 pm and when I came back @ 2:45 pm she ( receptionist) said “ did I tell you check in time is 3 pm” , she should sat it in a nice way but no manner at all. She shouldnt be working in there. Shower area are too small that I need to open the door for me to fit. Only towel in the washroom. Bedside tables, lampshades and phone are full of dust. I was dis appointed. The only good about the hotel is the location.

Air conditioner was not working. No service. You have to go for your own to reception to get something. Lights were not enough in the rooms.

Great location, kind staff, recommend. In the weekend have a Irish pub under the hotel with a little noise so ask for quiet room.

The hotel is in the centre and close to pretty much everything. The room was clean and quiet. Mind the checkout time (10:00), but the receptionists kindly offered to extend until 11:00 for no fee. Luggage room is surprisingly for a fee
