Next to central train station (KOP H) and across the street from Tivoli. Comfortable bed and room. One of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Very helpful staff. I'll stay here next time to Copenhagen!

Comfortable bed and great shower”
We took dfds ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen, there is a shuttle bus to Trivoli which is very convenient. You get to see Trivoli from the window which is beautiful! And the window facing is able to see sunrise! You must go to Trivoli at night because the lights are beautiful! Good for us because we can reach hotel just a couple of steps away! The amenities are sufficient. There is hairdryer and towels. They gave double toiletries which is great! The bed is comfortable and wifi is available. Convenient store, 7-eleven is just nearby. There is a bus near the hotel that goes to airport which is convenient for us. I recommend you to stay there because of the location. The city attractions are very near so you can explore the city by walking over from the hotel. And by the way, the breakfast selection is wide and it’s yummy too!

A Hidden Gem”
The Copenhagen Plaza is ideally wedged between Tivoli Gardens and the train station. A charming older hotel with true European charm. Friendly, outgoing staff. Nice, warm rooms. A hidden gem.

Nearby the station that is very convincing to any travel place nearby Copenhagen, in the other hand that close to station, so the hotel have some noise when train pass through,therefore hotel also provide free earplug

Staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. Have stayed here about 4-5 times I think and the experience is consistent. The rooms may be a teensy bit old but very charming nonetheless, and the location is UNBEATABLE. Literally across the central station and Tivoli.

Pleasant stay but can be loud”
The hotel is great, but as it's close to the main railway station, it can be loud depending on where your room is. The hotel does provide ear plugs, so I'll give credit for that, but the ear plugs are of bad quality so now I bring my own wherever I travel. No complaints about the hotel itself, would stay here again. The bar downstairs is cool!

Perfect location, be aware of street noise, but this did not affect us.. Cosy rooms - large and spacious. Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. Will book again some other time.

Great location but not if you have a car”
Right outside the entrance of Copenhagen Central station and Tivoli Gardens. However there is no nearby parking and the hotel has a discount arrangement with a parking house that is very far to walk with luggage. A little hard to stop and unload luggage in front of the hotel. Got told to move along by a parking warden. Totally worth it to pay the extra few dollars to have breakfast included in the room rate, you not only get the usual Continental stuff, there are also some hot items like pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. You could not buy yourself a similar breakfast at that price in a supermarket and cook it yourself! Hotel decorated in classic elegant style so can be a little dark and an old fashioned cute elevator. Our room was huge for the price. We had a triple room and even with the sofa folded out into a bed, there was still lots of room to move around. Room came with hand weights!!?? One annoying thing was that hotel staff kept walking in on us, maybe the door was too thick to hear them knocking? Its a little farther walk to all the rest of the usual tourist sites but if you are planning to take the train to the rest of Denmark, this is a good choice.

Best location, huge room”
Amazing find on Agoda. We travelled as a couple with an adult son. One of the cheapest options in Copenhagen I could find with the largest rooms. We had a triple room that was still huge dispute the sofa being opened up to a bef, lots of space for opening suitcases snd 2 luggage racks, Lavazza machine, lots of little toiletries. They even had a set of hand weights hanging on the wall! Totally worth it to pay for the option woth breakfast included as it is only a few dollars more and the breakfast is a full breakfast ( not just continental like other placed) with hot options like sausages, scrambled eggs and bacon plus lots Danish choices. Only disturbing thing was that the housekeeping staff keep walking in on us at different hours of the day. The doors may be too thick or they knock too softly?

3,5/5 - great room and staff, the breakfast buffé less nice. ”
All in all I can recommend this hotel. Clean, nice staff and a great room. We were 2 adults with 1 child (4 years old). We had a room with a queensize bed and a befsofa. A small loung group, window and a large bath. The only downside was actually the size of the restaurant where they also served breakfast. We arrived 9:00 (1h before closing) and they were probably short on staff because there was no structure. No one could show us to a table, which meant everyone arriving for breakfast had to find an available table on their own which also was difficult as no staff had cleaned the tables so dishes were left on every empty table. The breakfast vouchers given to us did not even serve a purpose and no one was there to collect it. I had to go to the reception to ask for help. Also, the breakfast buffé was scarce - little option and 1h before closing you expect a full buffé, at least the essentials such as bread and coffee! This experience is ultimately why I will rate the hotel with a 3,5 instead of a 4. The room was great though. As well as the location!!!

The hotel has an excellent location right next to the train station. So close that some people may not be comfortable with the train noise. Hotel room itself in general is clean, but only one thing, it is rather dusty. Maybe because it is located in such a busy area, and the carpet flooring doesn’t help either. Staff are very nice and welcoming.
