Close to Metro, new hotel, bright decoration with free VOD”

Close to Hibiya lines and Oedo line with 2 block away from JR Okachimachi. Hotel is very new and bright. You can book standard room to get more space.., draw back is there is no hanger in bath room at all, but worth to try private hot bath at the roof top a good price and they provide free VOD Video On demand to your room.

Small yet charming hotel”

The hotel is located near both train station an shopping area. The room is spacious enough for 4 of us (we stayed in Sweet room). The bonus is the hot tube on the roof top which you can enjoy the view of Tokyo Sky Tower. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Love it!

cozy Japanese style compact room and very nice staffs”

The room is well designed in a small place with pretty Japanese style Decos. Staffs are very polite and friendly. You need to walk for 5 to 10 mins from nearby stations. overall very satisfied and want to recommend to my friends.

Great place to stay”

Beautifully decorated hotel; warm and friendly staff; you're given everything you could possibly need to have a nice stay here; only a few mins walk to the Subway station; tons of great restaurants nearby and a convenience store just down the road; small double room IS a squeeze; would be difficult with two large suitcases, we had backpacks and were okay

Had a nice and comfortable in the hotel; the room is clean, the staff can speak english(one can speak cantonese too), they are polite and helpful. however, the doublebed room is really too small for 2 ppl, there are no space for us to open our suitcase/table to put things, so it is recommended to book the twin room instead for couple.

Nice and clean hotel”

We stayed in sweet room which is the only room on G floor. The room is big, 2 queen beds, 2 large flatscreen tv, bath tub and shower. The room condition is new and clean. Hot water takes a while to be heat up. We could smell smoke even our room is a non-smoking room, probably smell came from the air way.

It is truly a good decision for me to book this hotel. Especially the sweet room. Highly recommendable especially for the first-time traveller to Japan. Very nice and friendly and very accommodating staffs. Clean and very artistic hotel. And the onsen experience was a great bonus. Walkable to Ueno Park and Ameyayokocho. The only downside is that it is a bit hard to find the location of the hotel. But overall, highly recommendable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family who would travel to Japan.

Spacious & Fantastic Room”

I was surprised with the size of the room, very hard to find this big room this price in Tokyo. Very comfort with everything needed. My parents was so happy

We stayed two nights. It's 10-min walk from JR Ueno Okachimachi Station - one end of Ueno walking street. The room is neat & tidy. The roof-top bath tub is a big surprise!

Hi Made the most of a small space. Nice amenities. Very clean. Not hugely close to anything in particular, but very close to many tube lines. No breakfast.
