Clean hotel and just a few meters away from the shinbashi station. We were able to go to shibuya, odaiba, skytree and many other places directly. It cuts out the confusion of trying to make connections to other stations. As a perk there’s a nice Italian restaurant below with great lunch specials. This is convenient when traveling with children Also many international restaurants and Ginza shopping near by.

Good established hotel”

Great location Dated and smelly rooms Room size and facilities are good though, just needs redecorating But for the biggest issue was the railway line next to it I stayed in room 850, 8th floor , opposite side of the railway, still the trains were very frequent and very very laud betw 4.30 am and 1am , I wouldn’t stay here again just because of this

1. bus from airport goes to Daichi hotel, which is like 10meters away from annex, you can take this instead of train 2. Yamanote "shimabshi" line is across the hotel. very accessible, since yamanote goes around the major cities of Tokyo. and shimabshi station is your way to odaiba.

Good hotel, good location”

Good location ! Close to lots of restaurant and the staff we're helpful to help us make reservations. The only thing is if your looking for a nice hotel, the lobby is not really nice and you can ear the trains (not too loud) since it's close to the tracks and station.

Excellent customer service”

I made a mistake by booking a smoking room. Unfortunately, all non smoking rooms are fully booked. The check in staff has arranged for me to view a few rooms to ensure I am comfortable with it. All staff are extremely helpful and speak very good English! Really appreciated it despite it was only a short stay.

2 twin beds were actually 2 singles”

We travelled with a 8 and 10 year old and specifically booked a twin room with 2 double beds for 4 people. The beds were actually single and they could not do anything as they told us this is what we booked. So we had to fit 4 people in basically a king size bed. Not a child friendly hotel. The kids were excited to go to the pool in the evening but they were not allowed under 18, therefore none of us could use this facility. Location is great and staff very friendly. I do not recommend this place if you travel with children.

Great location, good service”

This was my second time staying in the area and I love it since I can conveniently travel around Tokyo from Shimbashi Station (only 2 stops to Tokyo Station, direct access to Yurikamome line). There are some choices of access from Haneda Airport and it is favorable (monorail, Keikyu Line, airport limo). The room is quite spacious compared to average hotel rooms in Japan which can accomodate 2 adults and 2 children under 11 years old. Not to mention there is still some spaces to put our luggages. I just love the fact that I can book airport limo to Haneda Airport from the lobby hotel and the staff offered to bring my luggages to Daiichi Hotel Tokyo where the bus stops. This was a huge help for me that travelling with children and many luggages. Will definitely consider to stay at this hotel if I go to Tokyo again.

Great location very close to Shinbashi station and good thing is there's a subway from the hotel going directly to the station. Room is small just good enough for a couple or with 1 kid. Or it depends on the type of room to choose. Breakfast is great.Love the fruits.

Great business hotel in Ginza”

To my pleasant surprise, our double room is quite spacious, we can fit all 4 luggages in the room and still have room to walk around. I love the big window in front of the working desk which gives a very nice view of buildings in Ginza. We could open/close curtains automatically by using the control board. Breakfast was really good with both Japanese and Western options. We really appreciated the concierge staff when she managed to help us find an eye clinic open on Dec 31st, which is a public holiday already. Will definitely come back to stay next time.

Fantastic Hotel in area nearby Central Tokyo ”

This hotel has a very good facility, good location that nearby with Metro station, and their staff has a very good services for the guest. We will have preferable to stay at this hotel while going back to Tokyo again.

Bus from hotel to airport is very nice for last day with a lot of shopping.

Good Hotel in Ginza Area”

This hotel is great. We stay for 4 nights. The room is big enough for us with big luggage, compare with other hotel in Tokyo usually very small. This hotel has a direct tunnel access to Shimbashi Station (JR & Metro) and only 3-5 minutes walk, so we are not afraid if any rain comes. But this hotel is very strict to check out time. The check out time is 10 am. If you late, you’ll charge 1000 yen/hours. Maybe this could be more not strict.

This hotel had prices comparable to a good Airbnb rental, without the hassle of trying to clean up after yourself. Plus, it is located near Shimbashi station, which links to many train lines. The service was also great. We had purchased our Sumo tickets online and had asked delivery to the hotel. They held on to them and presented them to us upon check-in without even having to ask. We also went around outside Tokyo for a few days and had to check-in again upon return. Not wanting to carry all our luggage around, we had asked the concierge to keep some of it for us. When we came back, our room was already prepared and our bags already put in the room. The service of many hotels in this price range would not be as proactive.

Relatively expensive for what was a smallish room but hotel in general was good and staff were very helpful. Location is in a very busy part of Tokyo, especially Mon-Fri (Saturday was lot quieter). Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Really nice hotel and good location, great breakfast ! Rooms are not small and not big, just fine. Big lobby, plenty of space to sit. The breakfast, one of the best I have ever had in Tokyo, but not so cheap at around 2,500 yen a person, but worth it !! Check-out time is 12:00 which is better then most hotels in Tokyo.

Advantage point it is near subway and convenience store and mcdonalds is just around the corner . Very near Ginza shopping center . Going to Haneda airport not a problem because Limousine Bus service is available .

Great and convenient location ”

Ideally situated near the Shimbashi rail station and across the street from Ginza. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around the hotel. Airport limo bus stops right at the main hotel Dai Ichi Tokyo which is next to the hotel. Highly recommended but should be equipped with a gym.

Good Value right in the middle of the city”

Great hotel.. right next to the Simbuya station and within walking distance of Ginza and Yurakucho. Convenient and the airport Limo will stop at the main Daiichi Hotel too. Rooms are clean and staff extremely polite. Will stay again esp when on my own.

Valuable”

This hotel is located in the mid of TOkyo, it is at Ginza. It is only 5 mins walk to subway station and JR line. There are many good restaurants around this hotel. THe service there is so good the staff is the best. The room is quite small but clean. I totally like it.
