Nice neighborhood very quiet area”

The hotel is located in a very good area, quiet and safe. There are many convenient stores close to the hotel. Dormy Inn is my top choice when traveling in Japan because they have hot spring and free ramen! The breakfast also good and never let me down. The only downside of this hotel is the distance between the hotel and the subway station. It takes about 10-15 mins walking time. If you have many pieces of luggage or heavy stuff, this might be a trouble when staying here. However, I remember they offer shuttle service bounding to Tokyo train station.

Great hotel”

Everything is great. The buffet breakfast is very delicious, it is closed to station but they also have free shuttle bus to Tokyo station in the morning so that's great too. It's nice and quiet, the only downside is probably that's it's too quiet so not many restaurants around the hotel, nor convenient stores. But still given they have nice food for breakfast, clean room and hot spring, I'll come back again if I visit Tokyo again.

Not many place to shop around here but it's very near to the train station so getting to other place is so easy especially to disneyland if it's part of the itinerary. There are free ramen after 9.30pm and my son loved it very much. The room is slightly bigger than the room we stayed in asakusa with same price so it makes it really value for money. On top of that, they provide free shuttle bus to Tokyo station so going to the airport is really easy.

The room is very small, but it is enough to arrange the luggages. And the staff is great. The hot spring and free noodles are very great. The location is convenient to walk to the Tsukiji Fish Market or Ginza.

Very good experience for onsen”

the Onsen was very nice,good to experience in it,hotel room was clean,5 mins walk to train station,highly recommend it if you looking for onsen for more private and not too much people to share on it.

Nice surprise”

I've heard of this hotel from my sister in law last year and was interested to try it as it had an i nhouse onsen. Surprisingly we were happy staying there, even though the room was not big. The onsen was nice and we enjoyed our daily visit there. The location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was across from the Hatchobori subway stn. Their daily breakfast range was reasonable and delicious. We also found it easy to walk to Tokyo station, Ginza area and Tsukiji market. Lovely hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Make sure you book the number of travelers correctly”

I've stayed in many Dormy Inns and this stay was not my favorite. I accidentally booked the hotel for 2 people instead of 1 and I believe that's why the price was way higher than normal ($281 for two nights). When I tried to ask if I could have a price adjustment for this, I was told no and when I asked to speak with the manager about this, I was told that the manager didn't speak English and that the price was firm. I have a hard time believing the price is the same for two people rather than just one and I wish the hotel had fessed up to this. This is the most I've ever spent on a stay at the Dormy. Everything was new and top notch and other than not budging on the booking price (which was my oversight), my stay was great. Be sure to check your access instructions carefully so you can get out of the correct Hatchobori station exit (B4) or you'll be walking for awhile.

Onsen, Free Noodle, Near Hatchobori Station”

Stayed here on late Winter of 2018. Check-in and check out were fuss free and fast. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Onsen and the evening complimentary noodle were super great. They are the things that we really looked forward to at the end of the days (because of the cold weather). Location was perfect too. Only minutes away by foot from the nearest exit of Hatchobori Station. Highly recommended.

In hotel onsen, great breakfasts!”

Enjoyed being able to head to the onsen whenever I wanted (subject to the onsen’s opening hours). A very reasonable hotel. Room was a bit bigger than another similarly priced place I stayed in. Still not huge but it’s tokyo, what are you gonna do? Oh and the breakfast range is great. Recommended!

Great hotel!”

Love this hotel, as with all Dormy Inns, this on is no exception to the wonderful service and convenience. Located just 3-5mins from the train station, lots of kombini (convenience stores within walking distance). I even walked to Tsukiji market (~20mins walk). The hotel provides a one way shuttle service to Tokyo station (ends at 11am, every 30mins)-I took the free shuttle to Tokyo station to save on train fare and also i didn't have the hassle of dragging my huge luggages through the stations. From Tokyo station, i took the 1000yen bus to narita airport - so convenient! There's also free noodles every night. Onsen was great to just soak in after a long day out. About 3mins walk from the hotel, there is a direct bus to Tokyo Big Sights-perfect for me as i had a convention to attend!!! I'l definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel =)

Exceptional hotel and stunning kaiseki course”

I had a Deluxe Lake View Japanese Style Room with Open-Air Bath which offers private jacuzzi onsen in the balcony. The room was very clean and quite large and could possibly fit 4 people a night. The dinner was well-prepared and served into your room directly by room attendant. Just to mention that there is no bed but you will sleep on futon bed which is a traditional Japanese mattress. No worry because it was very comfort to sleep with futon. The downside I can tell is that there is no English channel in TV while the breakfast is not that great compared to the dinner. There is also a foot onsen at the rooftop where you can relax and enjoy Mount. Fuji if the sky is clear. Staff at the reception were also very helpful in case you have question or need some recommendations regarding surrounding area. Overall, a great hotel but a bit expensive with kind and helpful staff.

Staff excellent. Always happy to help with anything. Great that there was a coffee and water machine in reception to help yourself. Loved the onsen and used it every day. Only downside for us was that breakfast was the same every day.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME”

It's in a more quiet neighborhood compared to busy Shinjuku, but not far from the Tokyo Station area. The free use of the hot spring bath, laundromat, freshly brewed coffee, the microwave oven, and the ramen supper nightly make it all so complete.....just like being home.

Great public bath area”

Although the room was small, it's fully equiped and well designed make sure you dont need to open all of your luggages at the same time. The hot spring was fabulous, imagine yourself soak in there after the long walking day in a clean well decorated bathing with two tiny tubs and one big hot pool. The food here is also great. breakfast was real good many things to choose from and though it looks small you can fill many times you want. Ramen at night was something too. All in all I would go back if I vist Tokyo again

Good stay”

This hotel features the classic elements of a Dormy Inn hotel but also features a rather fascinating architecture where the rooms are all arranged around a central open-air column spanning almost the whole height of the building. Great onsen, small but cozy rooms and awesome breakfast. Highly recommended for a business or personal stay.

We enjoy the delicious breakfast (high quality Japanese breakfast), complimentary shuttle to JR Tokyo and hot spring. The staff are very polite and helpful. Glad we made the right choice to stay here for 3 nights.

Complimentary ramen between 9.30pm-11pm daily for all hotel guests is a good bonus! There is also free shuttle bus in the morning to Tokyo Station & complimentary use of public onsen at the hotel (male & female are separated). The hotel is about 20mins walk to Ginza district. The only con is that the room we stayed in was tiny but I guess it is common in Japan hotels.

We very much enjoyed our stay here - the room, though very small, was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient (just 1 quick stop from Tokyo station), staff were courteous and helpful, and the perks were great - free soba in the evenings, free shuttle to Tokyo station, and nice hot spring baths to soak in. The breakfast was also an impressive spread of Japanese food, as well as some western food. It's in a quiet part of town, but a 10-15 minute walk brought us to some more bustling and interesting areas, and again, it is less than a 5 minute walk from the Hatchabori station, which is just 1 stop away from Tokyo station.
