Location, location, location”

The best location! Room is small but reasonable. Didn’t see the hotel staff other than check in and check out. If you are after just a hotel to sleep and do activities during the day, this place is for you. Transport was super easier and there was food outlets everywhere where we walked. An easy walk into Golden Gai and the heart of Shinjuku. Would happily stay there again.

Hotel locate just beside the exit of the train station. This is the super good point. Clean and staff service is no doubt about it. Excellent on it. But I stayed the double room. Room is small. If you bring 24'' luggage. There's only the walkway from the door to the bed which u can open it. Then no more walking space.

5 nights stay”

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay here. Checked in around midnight and no issue. Reception available. Stayed at level 11 facing main street. Room and bathroom size is as we expected. Hotel is just beside higashi shinjuku oedo line exit A1 which makes our travel at tokyo easy.

Great location but not much else to offer”

Hotel room is extremely small, it was hard to move around with 2 persons. The shower stall was tiny as well, causing us to constantly knock the walls when taking a bath. Amenities provided were limited compared to other hotels we stayed at around Japan. The noise is an issue, perhaps we were near a hospital, but the constant blaring of alarms from ambulances and police vehicles were extremely disruptive. Good location just right next to the metro, with convenience store Lawson's and Tully's Coffee just right below.

We were forced to take up two more rooms due to the hotel kids policy only for 0-6 yrs old only. Other hotels we stayed has 0-12 yrs old. Corner rooms are bigger and comfortable. Non corner rooms are very small and crampy.

First time in Japan. ”

If this is your first time in Japan expect smaller rooms then what you would find in other countries like Australia. The rooms are everything you need, and if you are here on holiday the only times you will be in your room is to sleep. All your basic needs, a bed a little room for luggage and enough space to not get in the way if you are travelling with your partner. Rooms are clean and tidy, free water is restocked every day which is a nice touch. Staff are friendly, I found the male staff to be slightly abrupt. We touched down in Tokyo early and went to the hotel to leave our luggage. We later returned waiting to check in, the lady who served us in the morning knew I was dying to be checked in after such a long flight and she kindly let us check in a little earlier then 3pm. Which was really nice and greatly appreciated. Location wise, in a great location. You are situated just a short 5-10 minute walk from the hussle and bussle of Shinjuku. If you want to travel to hotspots like harajuku and shibuya there is a train station right next to the hotel. From getting to the airport to Shinjuku you can take an airport bus/ airport limousine which is super convenient for your travels which is also about a 10-15 walk from the hotel or a short bus ride.

EXCELLENT LOCATION”

The hotel location is excellent !! Just turn around the conner after subway exit. The Hotel is surrounded with coffee shop, convenience store, McDonald, 24 hours restaurant..... However the bathroom probably "too small" to certain tall or bigger size people.

Just next to mrt exit. Very convenient. Not other thn that. The room is so small that i can hardly open my luggage. Hav to put my luggage on the bed whenever I wanna open it. Clean n simple hotel. Worth the money.

Convenient Location and nice solid bed”

Walking diatant to Shinjuku main area. Metro entrance is 2 min from hotel. McDonalds across the road. Tully cafe and Lawson convenient store below hotel. Small rooms but comfortable for mid size Asian. I really like their harder bed and pillow because i will have backache if the bed is too soft. Staffs not the friendliest I have seen. Overall, pleasant stay and value for money.

Stay there 6 nights, hotel's really clean & the location is excellent. Many eateries nearby, there's a Don Quijote within walking distance. Higashi-Shinjuku station is just outside the hotel on the left (exit A1). Will be back again soon.

Overall Good, but a little bit noisy hotel”

I spent 2 nights at this hotel, excellent location near Higashi Station A1 Exit and many convenience stores around, but if you'd like to explore Central Shinjuku, I dont think this hotel is the best offer since I had to walk for 12 mins from hotel or took a subway for only 1 station but quite pricy. All the staffs I met were friendly and helpful. But I was distracted with noises from ambulance cars (probably there is a hospital nearby), but it was really disgusting.. though everything except the noice was ok

As with any hotel in the area around this price range, the room is tiny but should be sufficient for a budget traveller. Location is great (right next to Higashi Shinjuku station) and within walking distance from the Shinjuku madness. Air conditioning system is not available during the cool months. When I asked if possible to turn it on (it gets stuffy w/o AC), they suggested to just open the windows. It's fine for a while but we realized ambulance noise/alarms are frequent in the area til past midnight so it was quite a challenge to try to get good sleep. But if you're not one to care about a) noise or b) stuffy rooms, I'd recommend this hotel.

Nice little hotel right beside station A1 Exit”

If you are looking for a hotel with great location, this is it. Friendly staff, clean room. Beside that the room is real small but it's a common issue in Japan. Will still come and stay if I am visiting Japan again. Thank you the staff for all sort of assistance + being polite and friendly.

Best Location”

This hotel is right beside a the train station. Just need to exit the first exit and you're there. Very small room though and if you have large luggage, it will be hard to juggle around. During our 2nd day, I came across a couple who tried to cancel their bookings since they had extra large luggage that wont fit the room. I guess this is only recommended if you have medium sized luggage with you. Its near the night spots and a Lawson beside. I wont mind booking here again.

The location is everything! We decided to stay at this hotel again for the second time. It was snowing in Tokyo during our visit, and the hotel being next to the train exit is really something that's super helpful.

Was in a very handy location right next door to subway higashi shinjuku.. Clean rooms and upper comfort were very quiet. .well priced for location.. Really helpful friendly staff... Had a great time in tokyo,beautiful city and lovely people..best food ever..

Modern, Near subway, convenient”

Staff were helpful . The hotel is modernly decorated and surrounded with a few restaurants and 7/11 as well as Lawson. The hotel is adjacented to the Higashi-Shinjuku but the station itself is not the main station for main touristry areas such as Shinjuku itself and any other places that need Shinjuku as a transit station. JR pass wasn't worth paying for if staying at this hotel cause a separate ticket must be purchased.

Strategic Location, Near to Subway, Small rooms”

Overall experience was good. Although the room is mega small (expected since you are in Japan), room service was very average. The pillows were very flat hence called room service to request for extra pillows. we were told to come down and get it ourselves. hence I find they have overated themselves as a 4 star hotel. Location wise couldnt be any perfect, just exit at Higashi Shinjuku Line and hotel is around the corner.
