First I want to thanks Jesse/Reception provide a great service during our stay. He is passionate and patient to solve our problem and guided us for travel with map. You indeed have the Forbes 5 star service standard. Housekeeping will not clean your room during your stay. Upon we check in, hand wash and shower gel is empty. Hotel located at very convenient places for stay. Below hotel there is supermarket, shop and restaurant. Even transportation (train) is near and just need to walk 2-3 minutes. On Saturday, there is street market (from morning)

Very nice area. Amazing surrondings.very near to every where. Amazing spoght as exactly near train station which makes ur trip super easy. 2 stops only to amsterdam central which takes almost 7 mnts maybe.very good staff very helping very welcoming.very safe area. Amazing shops and resturants which u get discounts as ur a guest of easy hotel. However, Only smokers will have a bit tough time as hotel is NON SMOKING so u have to get down everytime u want to smoke but no problem as smoking zone is JUST down at the entrance. I DO recomend this hotel 9 out of 10. Good luck🤞

Best location”
The location of the hotel is 200 m away from train station very easy to find closed to supermarket and shopping area, silent and quite recommend for traveller who's doesn't like chaos, and the hotel is in the middle between Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans by train station. The hotel is clean and staff is very nice, however the room is a bit small suitable for 2 pcs with 26 inch not more than this. Overall, the price compare with location is worth it.

Exceptional hotel! A story you should read”
I rarely do reviews on hotels or restaurants, however I obliged to review this hotel this time. It has great location in Zaandam, being very close to the train station and 15mins away from AMS centraal. It is surrounded lovely shopping and fine dinning area. The building is modern and neat. The facilities are clean. My story is with the great staff that were beyond helpful. Especially the two receptionists Morena and Dewi. The story began when I left my airpods close to the reception area and ended up not fining them when I went back to where I left. Informing the two great Morena and Dewi lead them to check the surveillance cameras and tracking who had taken them from the lobby area. After good amount of time and dedication they found who stole it, locked their rooms and got them to hand over the AirPods back. All that happened with the support of higher managment that gave the green light and motivation. Many hotels would not even bother with that. BIG THANKS to Morena and Dewi!

Very near to the train station. And the view from the room is City view. Room size is acceptable. The cleanliness is also good. The receptionists are also kind. If I come back here, I'll stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff were really friendly. I arrived a little bit later than my check in time but was greeted and accommodated nicely. Check IN and check OUT went smoothly. I like the location because it’s easier to roll your luggage. Very near the Zandaam station. The vending machine near the elevator was pretty cool. You can buy anytime using cash or credit card. Cleanliness, I would say only a certain scent in the bathroom but not so serious. Bed was also comfortable and shower worked perfectly. Elevators were really fast as well. So many cool travelers too. In close proximity to convenience store and shopping area. Great experience. I will come back for sure. Thank you so much. -Lyle

It was a lovely stay”
This hotel has a really great location. It's located right next to the Zaandam railway station and 12 minutes train ride from Amsterdam Centraal(2.8€ app ticket price). Hotel sorounding is awesome. There are a lot of stores and restaurants. A room is spacious for a budget room. It was clean and wifi signal was great. Don't expect too much because this is a budget hotel so it lacks some of things like daily room cleaning... For example, for a hairdryer you'll need to ask at a reception. Also, except room price you will be charged 7€ for a tax pp/day. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Near train and bus station”
Pretty close to zaanche shans windmill, Primak just next to d hotel and I love d view of zaandam building. Really nice. Near halal food. Dissapointed with the 2 girls at receptionist @night. But the 2 guy at the receptionist morning shift really nice and very helping when asking the attraction place near by. Overall, nice and peaceful place.

Very strategic location on the outskirts of Amsterdam”
The hotel is located at Zaandam with direct access to Schiphol, Sloterdijk, and Centraal. Albert Heijn supermarket is just opposite the hotel and is open up to 21:00. The rooms are quiet and sufficiently furnished for comfort.

Cheap hotel but nice location”
The hotel is 2 train stops away from Amsterdam and it takes €2.8 to Amsterdam each way (if you buy online). The hotels at Amsterdam are really expensive and this hotel is rather cheap and at the center of Zaandam, which is just 2 mins away from the train station. However there are not much restaurant option in the town. For the room it is nice and the shower is good too. However they do not tidy and clean everyday like other hotel but only clean at checkout. There is only paid luggage storage facility, which the locker is not even big enough to store my suitcase.

This hotel located in a fantastic location. Easy check in and out. Shops and eateries just outside of the hotel. Train station is just 2-3 mins walking distance. Room and view is good. Staffs are so friendly and helpful.

Nicest staff, clean room, great area.”
(+) i came in the morning bcoz my flight landing at 6.30 am, ofcourse i cant check in until 3pm. 17hrs+5hrs from my home in bandung indonesia to amsterdam, kinda tired~but they have nicest staff ever. They gave me free lockers for my suitcase, so i can wash up a lil bit in a toilet, change clothes then walk around the area. And zaandam is so cute, clean, and unique, im so lovin it! And guess what, Primark is only step from this hotel, side by side! Albert heijn in front of the hotel, hema and other fashion brand is only by walk. LOVE IT. oh yeah and i extend my stay there, by another booking at agoda, i dont realize that it was the same type of room, but they give me choice to pay like 15€ for stay in the same room and not to pack out~pack in to another room in this hotel. That is just so so good. I love that they have young staff and so nice and humble. Keep it up guys. Coz u make my 1st impression PERFECT. (-) basic facilities.But i think for the price thats not a big problem at all

We were looking for a hotel room that looked nice, was clean, had enough space, modern looking and was close to a station. Loved this hotel as we needed it to sleep in for one night & it still checked the list. Loved the security & location, right in front of a supermarket. I would advise bring extra pillow or ask for extra pillow

Great location ”
We stayed for 10 days and we were told the room would be cleaned twice. It was never cleaned. We were in the room during the morning so I'm not sure if that could be the reason why but other than that the stay was wonderful.
