Excellent hotel in Tsukiji”
This hotel made our stay in Tokyo perfect. We traveled with a baby and toddler and I booked this hotel since it had larger 22m2 rooms where we had a lot of space for our luggage and buggy. We had two large twin beds and one sofa bed. The room was equipped with everything you need, water boiler, coffee and tea daily, nice bathroom products. We used also several times the washing and drying machines, very convenient when you travel with kids, or your luggage gets delayed. I also liked that the room was cleaned on daily basis. The hotel is located 3-4min to 2 subway stations that connect you with the whole city. The proximity the Tsukiji fish market allows you to eat the best sushi in the world on daily basis :) Family Mart and Lawson convenience stores next to the hotel. Drug store for baby stuff close by. Additional plus goes to the opportunity to use the free Hato bus service to get to Tokyo station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent!

My family visited Tokyo and stayed at the Capital Moeji for 9 nights. The hotel is really nice and clean. The rooms are very functional, although small, especially the bathroom. There is only Japanese content on TV so, we never used it. There is laundry services, vending machines, and a restaurant downstairs. The wifi is really fast and connects easily. The staff speak English and are very helpful. They even helped us getting a taxi for the airport on our way home. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the Tsukiji Fish Market. There are 2 stations within 3 minutes walk and 2 other stations within a 10 minute walk. You will be able to travel anywhere in Tokyo using these 4 train stations. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to this hotel when we come back to Tokyo.

Staff was kind, friendly and spoke/understood English. One was always greeted. I was able to borrow an umbrella on one rainy day. Rooms were clean and bright, good amount of charging outlets and a great bathroom vent. Our rooms were cleaned and amenities replenished daily. They were spacious enough to walk around and open a suitcase. I was pleased to find a laundry room but dryer lacked in heat requiring me to run two loads three times each. Additionally though they did not have any maps in English they did provide a booklet with sites to see. Overall, I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for 10days in Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi (July 23-August 1, 2019) with my husband and 2 kids (ages 5 & 7) and i must say, i highly recommend this hotel. Great location, very accessible with train stations nearby. Family mart and Lawsons which are open 24 hours are just a few steps away and our favorite family restaurant, Denny’s is very near the hotel. Our room was cleaned very well every day and towels and toiletries were always complete. We also loved the free ice that you can get in the reception level and my kids loved the bath tub. Will definitely stay with this hotel again when we visit Tokyo again.

Very good vacation ”
We are a group of 3 and first time in Tokyo. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights Dec 17-25th and everything went well for us. We had the moderate room with 3 beds and although the room was small, if you’re well organized and efficient, this room will work fine. The bathroom isn’t as small as what others had reviewed. We had house keeping for 5 of the 8 days, one day we put on the do not disturb sign up and was given a bag of toiletries at our door to replenished our own room. We liked the new PJs and all the large bottles of shampoos, Facial wash and toothpaste/brush provided. Also, I liked that there was laundromat in the lobby, which I use nightly. If I had known I would not over packed which would leave more room for shopping. The hotel is in a quiet area which leads to a more busy area about 10 mins walk towards the Tsukiji fish market. Also, there subways were easy access. We had rented pocket wifi which enable us for easy navigation around Tokyo. I recommend this hotel.

This is a brand new, sparkling clean, modern hotel in an excellent location near two subway stations. Well appointed for the contemporary traveler, with lots of AC & USB outlets by each bed. It even has a coin-laundry with washers and dryers whose progress you can monitor on your TV. The rooms are typical Tokyo size, but comfortable. The breakfast is kid-friendly and high-quality, featuring both western and Japanese dishes. Also, to our surprise, the free shuttle to Tokyo Station was actually a mini-tour with a legit tour guide (in Japanese). We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel located at Central Tokyo”
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, a 2 minute walk from Tsukiji station and 10 minutes to famous Tsukiji Market. We arrived earlier than check-in time and we’re allowed to keep our luggage thereafter they brought it up to our room when we come back on for check-in . Ordinary room is quiet bigger than typical Japanese room. Room is newly refurbished, very clean, well maintained and provides new linens and towels. Our preference to stay in higher were given. Over-all we enjoyed our stay on this hotel where we find it easy and convenient accessibility anywhere in Tokyo city.

I super love this hotel. A real value for money. We had everything we need during the stay. The room is being cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly and polite and speaks english. I find the location great too as there were two train stations near by and lots of onvenience stores and restaurants around too. Also, the hotel is just 2km away from bus station to Narita Airport so getting a taxi is reasonable considering your luggage. This hotel is highly recommended.

Thank you Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi for your superb services. From the check-in to check-out you never fail to give us the best service. The hotel let us store our luggages 6 hrs early before our check-in. The room size is fine but it is super clean. We are super comfortable with our 2 days stay. BTW the hotel is near Lawson, 2 train line stations and Tsukiji Market 😊

Amazing 10 days stay!”
The hotel was very clean. We’ve stayed in 2 connecting rooms with 1 entrance. We can use the connecting area for our luggages so it can be considered as spacious for 3 adults & 2 young children. There’s Family Mart & Lawson nearby the hotel. And most importantly, it’s a walking distance to Tsukiji Market!! ❤️ Will definitely come back here again!! Hush Corona Hush!!

Great Hotel, Great Location”
Great Location, near to subway, near to Tsukiji with a lot of excellent Restaurant. The Room was clean but just abit too small. There is not much space after put in an extra bed but almost every hotel in Ginza is small. The breakfast was excellent where you can choose up to 4 different restaurant for breakfast. You can take the free bus to the Castle and Tokyo Station.

We barely stayed in the hotel but I’d like to extend my appreciation to the hotel staff for accommodating my request and being patient despite me expressing some disappointments initially while arranging for my stay. With a few hours stay in the hotel as we only needed a place to leave our bags, rest a bit and head to the airport for a midnight flight I can say that I’ll be staying here again when I visit Tokyo. The hotel is super new its like entering a brand new car when you get to your room and its quite spacious as compared to the hotel we’re previously stayed. A big plus also is the fact that the hotel is in between 2 stations within a couple of minutes walk and another train station further down. Its also a few minutes walk to Tsukiji Outer Market. The hotel offers convenience for travellers so I would highly recommend.

Nice stay”
Value for money. Breakfast is good. The room with three beds however is a bit crowded, we should have chosen two beds with one sofa which is bigger. There should also be a cabinet for clothes since the hangers do not suffice for three people with three suitcases. The check out time is at 10 am ( i noticed for smaller hotels in Japan) which i feel is quite early, since other hotels usually have them at 12 noon. Additional hours upon request will have charges on a per hour basis. The free Hatobus shuttle service to Tokyo Central Station in the mornings is a welcome service. Overall, I recommend this nice hotel close to 4 metro subway tsukiji stations.thanks.

Hassle free and convenient”
As we travelled with elderlies and babies there were a number of logistics consideration to take care of.. after a night of exploration upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that it is a very convenient place, near the Tsukiji metro with elevators( we had strollers and wheelchair), different convenience stores are nearby, 24-hour Denny’s restaurant 2 streets away to have our breakfast, or dinner, and a nice taiyaki/dango shop across the street. Staffs were helpful too in assisting us to receive and send our luggages to the airport, giving us useful recommendations. A very nice stay! Please keep up the good work :)

Perfect ”
The room is new, clean and comfortable, also free wifi. Located near 2 subways (Tsukiji and Shintomicho), both only takes 5 minutes walk, easy to find. the staffs are very nice and helpful. Close with restaurants and convenience store. Stayed here for 9 days, and everything's perfect. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Tokyo.

highly recommended and Good value of money ”
I really recommend this hotel to family travellers. We are family of three adults, have three single beds. The room space is very generous and rarely seen in Tokyo. All facilities are relatively new and clean. Only walking distance to subway station, and also close to Ginza shopping malls. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next time stay in Tokyo.

Great option with 2 small children for Chuo City”
The two room suite with 4 beds fit our needs. The beds can be rolled and combined to make one queen bed or 2 singles. The suite served our accomodation needs well. Well suited for a 6 year old and a 10 month old infant. Housekeeping was fast and efficient. Rooms were very clean. Staff extremely accommodating

Great location! 3-min walk to metro and 2 metro stops to Ginza, quite convenient to get around the city. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. There are two convenience stores nearby; Lawson and Family Mart are across the street. The room is big enough for 3 beds for 3 people. Very clean and cozy. We would like to stay here again next time! Highly recommend!

Nice business hotel in a neighbourhood area but very close to train stations”
Hotel is new and nice. Staff are very friendly, We arrived in Tokyo at 6am and left our luggages at the hotel. We had a booked a standard twin as this is what was available on the website. Upon arrival, we enquired if there is a double room. They have 1 available for us. Apparently, they have only one (or two) double room in their hotel.. (So the option is unlisted on booking sites). When we returned in the afternoon for check-in, they had already got the room ready and had our bags sent to our room. The double room was located in a corner and is pretty spacious. We only stayed 2 nights. I was unwell next day and slept in - missing their cleaning times. When we were leaving the room, we found a bag filled with fresh towels, toiletries and room slippers hung neatly on our door handle. This is very impressive service! Totally enjoyed the stay at the Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi.

An excellent location , value for money 4 star , wonderful hotel.”
There are 2 metro stations just a couple of minutes' walk away from the hotel, namely Tsukiji station and Shintomicho station. It's very near Tsukiji market , which is a very happening place with fresh sashimi , sushi and many other street food. You can find family mart and Lawson nearby. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Tokyo station at 9:00 am but you need to make reservations at around 6:30-7:00 am on that day. Upon checking in , we were pleasantly surprised that they upgraded our room from standard to moderate ! The room was so spacious and comfortable that after going out for dinner, we just wanted to go back to the hotel to relax , enjoy and spend more time in this so comfortable room , with many quality toiletries too. Unlike other Japanese hotel where their all their TV channels speak Japanese only, this one has got international stations like CNN and a Chinese channel too and a channel with soothing/ healing music which we enjoyed with our drinks !
