I still cannot believe for what I paid I got a excellent 5 star hotel experience ,it worth every penny and more! Room- clean and comfry, functional and practical I felt home and yet a luxury home Food- BELA VISTA CAFE IS A SURPRISE! This restaurant provide a world class delicacy , they have a portuguese top chef and his Portuguese dishes are the best in town, authentic and delicious ! Excellent dining experience, its now my favourite restaurant in town. Service- warm and attentive, every request is promptly responded , they are much much better then many Cotai side 5stars hotel , this resort have a great concierge management and you have the kind of attention like you are well taken care of, really good job. The resort- how great they have a temp pool where you feel like you are at some far away destinations, but you are in the Center of Macau , the kids club is so practical for parents and everything is just so thoughtful for the guests convenient and comfort. Small details makes big different, and their SPA remain simply the best. Overall I was not expecting all these with the price I paid, I m a staycationholic and honestly Artyzen runs better in many ways. This place is truly amazing and full relaxation. Thanks for the wonderful weekend Artyzen grand lapa resort :)

Glad we came”
Staying at The Grand Lapa was definitely worth our while. I was there with my 6 year old son and we had star treatment from the day we arrived to the day we left. We got free a free upgrade on our room and a really late check out on our last day. I also got some me-time at the spa and gym as the hotel staff took care of my son in the kid's club. The pools are a definite hit with guests, especially since one of them is warm. Similarly , there is a water slide that is really popular with kids. I must mention the gentlemen at the door: Mark and Arièl - they made both our welcome and farewell memorable and comfortable. It was especially helpful that they called a taxi for us whenever we needed to leave the hotel. Finally, we were keen to eat at Bella Vista, given all the hype about its place as a historical icon. The ambience was lovely, but the food itself and the slow service was a bit of a let down. Overall, I definitely recommend a stay at the hotel.

Great Experience ”
Great experience with the whole family. The hotel smelled great. The room was big and clean. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and willing to help. The hotel does not have its own shuttle but it is a minute walk to Sands so you can practically go anywhere you like. We did not spend a single penny for transportation. The location is very convenient. If you also want to go to HK via bus, the bus stop is also in Sands. Although it is quite far from the city centre, you can practically go anywhere via the free shuttle bus from Sands. The facilities were also great. We enjoyed the pool as well as the Jacuzzi after a tiring day of roaming around Macau.

Great Room! Great Service!”
I am travelling alone for this trip. I arrived late and i have my room upgraded at no fee. Really appreciate and this have added to my stay a more pleasant and comfortable one. The location is great as i can walk to many nearby eatery and some grand hotels for sight-seeing. The bar on L2 is great too as i had my one pint before i call it a day. Hotel is quiet and clean which is a plus point of i will return again. Housekeeping team must have done a good job to maintaining the overall cleanliness of the whole place. Keep up the good job! I love Grand Lapa Macau Hotel.. 丽

Impeccable In Every Way”
Super impressed with this hotel! You get the quiet grandeur of a 5 star hotel without the overwhelming crowds. The service staff from front desk to housekeeping were impeccable, attentive and quick to respond. The resort grounds were beautiful, and there is a small but serene park just out the back door of the hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, and the bathroom feels classy without being showy. Separate bath and shower. For those wanting to visit casinos, Sands is just next door, easily accessed through the back door of the hotel. Wynn and Star World are a 15 mins walk or a short cab ride away. There is a Starbucks in Sands. Breakfast spread was good, with an egg and pancake/waffle station, fruits, cereal, cold cuts and cheeses, Asian congee noodles and dim sum, and breads. Best thing is you don’t have to “fight” for breakfast unlike at most hotels in Macau. The breakfast cafe felt more like a dining room in a colonial mansion. Absolutely lovely place, and my father and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Grand Lapa was an excellent choice!”
The staff, facilities, room and the value for the price at the Grand Lapa Macau Hotel were fantastic. A warm welcome and friendly smile while checking in at the front desk was just the beginning. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel on the Macau peninsula, this is the right choice. It is conveniently located near all the action and with wonderful facilities and a very comfortable room, you can't go wrong. The staff at the front desk were simply exquisite. I will be staying here again soon!

An oasis in the city”
We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. The resort facilities are topnotch, most especially the swimming pool. The staff are very welcoming and helpful except for the resort receptionists who I find to be brusque at times. On our last stay, we were told that it would take about an hour before a room with a view of the resort became available, but the manager, seeing that we were regular guests, decided to upgrade us so that we did not have to wait. As expected, we had the most pleasant stay there. I highly recommend Artyzen Grand Lapa for people who are looking for RnR. It is an oasis of calm in the busy city.

HOTEL IS VERY GOOD WITH GOOD STAFF AND VERY DECENT SPEAKING COUNTER STAFF, ROOMS ARE VERY GOOD WITH BEST FACILITIES INSIDE. HOUSE KEEPING STAFF IS VERY HONEST AND HELPFUL. GOOD LOCATION WITH EXCESS TO ALL CLOSE PLACES TO BE VISITED. VERY CLOSE FROM FERRY STATION AND SEA SHORE. RESTAURANT IS VERY NICE WITH BEST EATERIES. VERY CLOSE TO BEST INDIAN RESTAURANTS. SHOPPING MALLS ARE AT A CLOSE DISTANCE WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE EASY EXCESS.

You got it all!”
There's no place in like Artyzen, our family loved it so much that we extend our stay to almost a week. With the resort facilities, the resort warm pool, spa, modern gym equipments, free fitness classes like yoga, taichi, etc.,jacuzzi, steam & sauna, tennis court, kid's club, sumptuous buffets..... we did not even need to leave the place. Family bonding is extremely worthwhile!

Awesome service”
My booking was not made accordingly even I had chatted with Agoda customer service agent to confirm before arrival. Isabel at the Front Desk not only provided warm welcome at check in but also saved our staycation by helping us handle the issue. Service at Naam restaurant was also exceptional. The room was on the small side but very clean with beautiful view of the resort and the bed was comfortable. The pool was one of my favorite in Macau. I will definitely be back again.

Went here for a few nights after 3 nights in Hong King. Shuttle from Macau Ferry Terminal - Beautiful Hotel - Staff - Location next to Sands Hotel Macau. Staff very friendly an informative - Could not fault any of the facilities and staff - Perfect !
