Very nice stuff, free shuttle to Alona Beach and good Pool area”

I only booked this accommodation because they have a pool and it’s close to the airport as my flight to another island was the next day. when I checked in they directly offered me the free shuttle to the famous Alona beach - That’s really surprising because usually in the Philippines they always try to make money with everything so for my opinion it’s a big plus point and if I would have know that before I would have booked it earlier because the low budget accommodations closer to the beach are really bad. I would definitely stay there again. The room was simple but nice and clean, you can also order food in their restaurant or just go to the main road there are a few good restaurants.

Value for Money ”

Whats good is that they allow early checkin, free basic breakfast and they have a shuttle service going to Alona Beach. Whats not good is that I stayed for 2nights and my room was not cleaned on the second day of stay which made my room really messy. Everything else was basic small tv, hot shower and basic toilet stuffs and towels. You get what you pay for. Still a real value for money.

Nice resort close to the beach”

The resort is big and close to the beach. Beautiful at night full of lights. Bell, the receptionist was really considerate and helpful. I had a special request and she help me with that, was really kind from her. Rooms are super clean with towels and all the toiletries you need. We would come back

Inn have their scheduled shuttle going to Alona beach but they go earlier than what is on schedule, just a tip: 5 minutes earlier the departure is not enough, be at the meet up place atleast 15 minutes. They also offer room services but during our 3 night stay, fireflies go inside the room and we need to clean up for ourselves the next morning so we can move around freely. They offer island and land tour but make sure to coordinate ahead of time to the staff if you need assistance because there were confusion during our stay like for island hopping, we were in impression that since we advised we will be on joiners tour, we assumed all from the inn are together but we were only transported to beach and we look for ourselves the tour. For the land tour, make sure to advise ahead of time as well.

GOOD & Bad”

Good thing about greenfield. The location is very good. Very near at the bars, resto, and beaches like alona and dumaluan. The place is clean. What I dont like in the place was Limited choices of food. As in you dont have a choice of food for your breakfast im talking about when you avail the room with breakfast. What they prepared for breakfast is breakfast for all the customers that a same meal. Low connection of wifi. Every night they turning off the wifi. They have charge of 200 if you want to have service going airport. But they have service you want to go in alona beach The pool is quite small Anyway it was a nice stay.

New, clean place for stay near Alona Beach”

Pros: New, spacious rooms Clean pool With shuttle service to and from Alona beach (at hourly intervals) Cons: Property a bit off the road - if there is no shuttle service, need to walk around 15-20 mins to the beach. P.S. The road to the property needs to be cemented to provide comfort to those who will opt to just walk

Staff is accommodating and friendly. The place is clean. If you are on a budget, this place is perfect for you and your family. They have free shuttle going to Alona Beach and back to the hotel. They also serve affordable breakfast. We got our room for 960 pesos and we got two single beds which is not bad for me and my son. The other bed was occupied by another friend who also had a son with her. Ac, tv, hot and cold shower are all working fine. The kids enjoyed the pool so much.

Home away from Home”

Staffs are the best. Clean rooms. Clean pool. Shuttle Service is always on time. "Always" on time. The only thing that needs improvement is their food service but you can just buy food outside and then dine in their hotel with no problem. Best value for money hotel. Will come back here the next time we visit Panglao again. PS. New Panglao Airport is just 10 mins away. :)

Peaceful place, free shuttle service to/from Alona beach and great service”

The hotel is newly constructed and has nice small pool, not too far from Alona Beach, free shuttle to/from Alona beach a few times in the morning and evening, alternative can get tricycles or take 20 to 25 min walk. The air conditioning in good working condition but the shower was disappointing. The staff were so nice and helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone going to visit Panglao

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast quite good and from 5.30. they clean the room everyday if you ask it. The pool was very nice ! The hotel is not on alona beach but only 1km walking and the shops and restaurants only about 0,3km. And they also have free shuttle to the beach and from the beach to the hotel at different times until night. The best of all was the staff, really kind and helpful always.

A little out of town but the free hotel van shuttle makes up for this. I would definitely stay here again however the “ no smoking” policy is a little strict as I feel guests should be able to smoke outside, especially on upper balconies at no inconvenience to other guests. Very nice stay.

Great place to stay - a short walk from Alonya Beach which has tons of restaurants, bars, and general places just for tourists. Only issue we had was the shower which barely had any pressure and so was difficult to handle as we stayed there for a few days. The room was also quite small, but the staff are lovely and kept the place clean, we definitely had a pleasant stay overall.

If you’re travelling for relaxation this is not for you. You’re getting what you paid for. The good part with them is they have cab shuttle that will send you to panglao proper since the loc is a bit distant.

Centralized Location”

We stayed for 3 days. Our first day was not as smooth sailing but thankfully they granted all my request. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. A few minutes walk from Alona beach and other resto bar. They have scheduled free shuttle service from hotel to Alona and vice versa. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. Plated breakfast is ok. They don't have enough power outlets inside the room so you better have your powerbank ready. Wi-fi signal was low and you have go outside your room to get a better signal. Accessible transportation and near the new airport. Overall we enjoyed staying in the hotel plus the price is cheaper than other hotel. PS: You can have dinner at Valmores Eatery cheap but yummy grilled barbeque and a lot more.

Worst Ever!!!!!!!!!”

The "Inn" was far from the main road, The claimed to be supervisor was mean, and answering my queries on a high tone voice,never did I experienced this my whole life, telling me that this a "hotel" and their standards etc.! All the comforters had a foul smell, the door knob on the comfort room is broken, and the internet is not working!!!! Really not worth it, they're claiming to be a hotel and keeps on charging customers though it's not necessary!

Very nice staff and pool. Short and bumpy track off the main road leads to the hotel. It’s a kilometre from town but they offer a shuttle or it‘s PHP50 for a tricycle ride. Would stay here again.
