Beautiful and comfortable resort right on the beach ”
I had a wonderful time at this resort and it was best hotel we stayed in during our trip (we went to multiple islands) the a la Carte food was great, the dinner buffet was so so. Beach is clean and great for snorkelling, they have a private section rather than a private beach so you will have some peddlars asking you to buy tours, massage etc but they are fine and go away once you say no thank you. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were also courteous and helpful I particularly had a good experience with Ella at the reception and Tom at the beach/pool bar. All in all some small improvements they can make here and there (more staff to take orders at the beach/pool bar) but I would fully recommend the hotel, location is great you just walk out the resort and there are lots of lovely restaurants on the main road mollies, bar woo etc. i wouldn’t bother with the beach front restaurants the food wasn’t great.

Great resort with everything you need ”
We stayed hennan for 4 nights and it was a great choice. The outdoor facilities were beyond expectations with plenty of space so swim in the many pools and great service at the swim up pool bars. The room was clean and tidy and staff were very lovely, helpful and went above and beyond for their guests. The location was good, we rented scooters through the hotel concierge which was a really easy way to explore Bohol and blend in with the locals. The best part of our stay was definitely Christina’s restaurant. We ate there 4 times during our stay and each experience was as good as the other. The food was some of the best we’ve ever had. The buffet dinner was also amazing. Their food was really high quality. However we ordered room service and the pizza was very average. Other than that, I would definitely reccommend this resort.

Henann Resort Alona Beach - Premier room for 2 pax (7-9 April 2019) Hotel is less than 10 minutes from Panglao Airport (transfer available at P200/pax, arranged via hotel concierge). It is conveniently located along Alona beach. Beach front is short but clean, with several lounge chairs and complimentary infused water for guests. The staffs are very accomodating and speak very good English. Communication will not be an issue. The room is spacious and clean. Although a few cracks can be seen here and there but negligible. There is a balcony with drying area. Water pressure and drainage are good. Buffet breakfast is available in 2 cafés, offering the same selection of food. Viands are appetizing and are quickly replenished. Pool area is adequate, but those near the beach can get crowded during the day. Fast wifi, safe box, bath tub, and hotel/beach towels are all inclusive. Overall 10/10 experience.

Absolute gem in Bohol!”
Don’t have enough words to describe how amazing our experience at Henann Alona Resort was. Starting from the cleanness of the hotel and our room, to the super delicious food and spectacular facilities. Shout out to the professional and friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot into this resort, specially to “Sophia” at reception who made our check-in super easy, “Vincent” at concierge who gave us information about local tours, “Rejie” at the pool bar who made us laugh, and finally to “Charles” the pool bartender who made the most delicious Mango daiquiris!. Thanks to Henann staff for making our honeymoon stay even more special!. We will definitely be back, and be sure that we will share this amazing experience with everyone back home! . BEST SERVICE”
FACILITIES & STAFF > Very organized, clean, and comfortable. Staff are also super kind and well-mannered. They made me feel at home since every time we meet or pass through the hallway, they would always greet you with a smile. There are also a lot of pools which gives sense why the pool is not crowded. Beachfront is also clean and relaxing. Guards are very proactive. If you leave your belongings, they would take care of it. LOCATION > HUGE PLACE but don't worry they'll give you a map so you won't be lost. It is also very accessible to all restaurants, beach, and the airport. My stay here is so relaxing. I was able to unwind, chill, and have a great time with my friends.

Comfortable and Relaxing Stay Despite the Bohol Calamity”
Despite the recent Bohol calamity that raged the whole island, the hotel found a way to ensure its guests are comfortable and happy. I slightly felt bad that I enjoyed our stay while the staff who are locals of the island would have to endure and rebuild from the recent natural disaster. Hotel staff is very accommodating, they made sure all our requests are attended to very quickly. The hotel is well kept, clean, and safe-looking. The food is great - plenty of local Filipino food which my company and I are looking forward to after being away from the Philippines for a long time. The hotel location is very easy to get to - only about 5-7 minutes and PhP500 away from the airport. There really is no need to get out because everything you could need is either inside the hotel or by the beach area!

We booked there last minute as our original hotel was disappointing and we noticed that Hennan, which was very expensive a few months ago, was hugely discounted (due to the Chinese cancelling due to coronavirus). So we moved there. The resort is very big, right on the beach with several bars, restaurants and pools. The staff were amazing and we loved the breakfast. Our room was great, comfortable, clean and modern. Apart from breakfast and lunch a few times, we mostly ate at other beach restaurants nearby (the whole beach length to choose from). Their happy hour is great and we enjoyed cheap beers and cocktails every night, the bar has a great vibe all day, with the beach crowd gathering to chill and look the sunset (though not really seen from that side of the island). We loved it.

Henann Alona Beach Resort ”
We've stayed at Henann Alona Beach Resort last March 2021. I would recommend this facility for all those people looking for a place to stay in Panglao, The hotel is strategically located and they have their own beachfront where you can beach bummin all day. The breakfast is delicious though they only have limited choices. The deluxe room is spacious with impeccable cleanliness. The AC is working properly. The room is also sanitized for the guests peace of mind. They are offering a more affordable rate compared before. I am looking forward to stay in this property again when I visit Panglao. Thank you Henann for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Best money I’ve ever spent ”
Henna resort was all that it promised to be. From the beginning, we were greeted like VIPs after a long day of traveling! Because we arrived early in the morning we had to wait for check in but we were able to use all the facilities that were available to other guests. The room we had (premier room) was just perfect. It was so spacious, impeccably clean and just what you need after a day exploring. The buffet breakfasts were simply incredible. Every breakfast item you could imagine is part of the spread. We tried all three breakfasts that they have at the resort and all were so different but special in their own way. I highly recommend hennan resort to anyone!

It's a Bo-Whole new world for our group.”
Pros - People have a choice either to swim at the pool or beach with very quick and smooth transition. There's a pool towel separate from the ones available inside our room. Lemon-infused water is also available near the pool and beach. I lost one of my valuable things but I found it exactly where I left it. Sea Breeze food also offers ala carte food and buffet food. The food was so GREAT.... EXCELLENT! Kudos to Migue, one of the waiters. He served us something to munch while waiting on our food. The band serenaded us during dinner time. We also had a chance to have early check-in. There's a golf cart which are convenient for senior citizens. Cons - When I sent an email that I will be celebrating my birthday and Father's day in advance, I thought there would be a complimentary cake to be served. I don't wish to compare but I experienced to be given a complimentary cake before when we stayed in Holiday Inn Macau & Russian hotel. What Stood out? It's just 10 mins away from Panglao ai

Awesome Birthday Vacation! 💗”
It was my first time in Bohol and I am so happy that I chose Hennan Alona Beach Resort! It’s a big and beautiful resort. They granted my request to have a late check out as our flight back to Manila was late in the afternoon. Then they also gave me a birthday surprise ( beautiful towel cake with banner ). I highly recommend the room with direct pool access because it’s so beautiful and very convenient as the pool is super accessible and it’s also near the pool bar It’s quite relaxing to stay in the balcony while enjoying the pool and the view. Special mention to Lloyd in the front desk ( he helped us a lot and he was the one who granted our special requests ) and Jojo who drove me to the beach front . We had an awesome vacation indeed! It was a beautiful and fun birthday vacation! In the beachfront, we found Eloy who arranged our tours. We enjoyed our stay in Hennan Alona Beach Resort and we love Bohol! We will definitely come back! 💗 Highly recommended! Exceptional beach resort!

Henann -- An Amazingly Beautiful Resort in Alona Beach, Bohol”
We enjoyed our stay at the Henann Resort Alona Beach in Bohol, Philippines. We had a Deluxe Room with a wonderful enclosed shower that I wish I could take home, but no tub. The room was excellent with a safe, desk, mini-frig, TV, great bed, and a place to sit outside with chairs. They did not spare any money in the top quality construction of this amazing resort. It has many wonderful swimming pools and ocean front with chairs and umbrellas. The landscaping is incredible with beautiful tropical trees, bushes and flowers. The staff is outstanding. The only criticism I have (as a Westerner not used to the heat), is that the registration lobby is not enclosed from the outside or air conditioned. It would have been nice to have some relief from the heat after a long period of travel. I highly recommend this Resort as a top notch place to go for a very relaxing and beautiful vacation.

Great resort in Panglao”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We got an awesome deal with Agoda and we were stoked to get a 2 bedroom for 4 nights at such a bargain price on short notice. The place is well built, a lot of pools to dip into, prime spot on Alona Beach and 3 restaurants and a handful of bars by the pool. The food choices and quality has room for improvement and the beach needs constant cleaning, not of seaweed or grass but of general rubbish that floats their way from neighbouring places. There are heaps of shops outside the resort too if you feel like venturing out. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back 🙂

Pool villa”
The pool villa was amazing! Air conditioner worked great! A private pool was fabulous and pool villa had a great covered patio with comfortable furniture. Pools looked clean. We didn’t use because we had our private pool. I would pay the money for room with a view. Not all rooms in the main building are equal. Hennan is located right on Alona beach, which can be busy. So depending on your preference, you may love that you can walk along beach to other local restaurants. We like the resort feel so we dined at the Hennan restaurants every night we stayed there.

Pool access room was excellent, though I would recommend to stay on the west side if coming from the lobby. East side tend to be busy due to walkway towards the beach and restaurants are located on this side. Food was great, wide spread of breakfast buffet and there were three restaurants to choose from. Christina is exclusive to guests who are booked at villas and higher end rooms. They have live bands in the evening by the beach and dinner buffet with unlimited wine, beer which they charge for 1095++ which I think is a good deal. Staff was great, I find people in Bohol were generally friendly and helpful. I’d say they could improve on their wifi connection since it tend to be in and out at times. I recommend to book your accommodation months in advance since rates at the reception area were a bit pricey. Overall, I would definitely consider staying again at Henann.

Don’t Look Anywhere Else”
This is the perfect place to be. My paradise for 5d4n. It has the perfect location where the beachfront is well maintained. Facilities is superb with all the pool choices with pool bars. Do note though that their pools are mostly shallow. They have one small area that is 9ft but it’s really small. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and provides excellent service. Their buffet is also good. Lots of choices, clean and always fresh. Will definitely go back if I visit Bohol again!

Great stay”
It was right timing! May 11 was when we arrived and it’s their 4th year anniversary, so there was foam party, it was a fun experience ♥️ They have like 3 layers of pool and our son would swim to those every day! Very clean and beautiful! Food is good too whether in sea breeze or coral cafe! Kai spa is also one thing that I experienced as its mother’s day! Received mother’s day cake too, how sweet it is ;) Definitely staying here again!

Best stay in Alona”
Truly it is the best place to stay in Alona beach. It can get a bit crowded, especially during breakfast, you may have to wait in order to get a table. But it's all worth it. Breakfast buffet is great - there's food for every taste! Rooms are huge and clean. Only downside: GYM is NOT FREE! They charge you 300 per day, which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I mean, henann isnt cheap to begin with - why charge additional for a service you are advertising? Clearly, thats a NO NO.

Great Hotel”
Check in on arrival was very efficient, even if it was somewhat impersonal. Ditto on departure. The hotel is a sprawling complex set around several pools. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is excellent. Something to suit everyone for breakfast. Dinner is expensive but there are plenty of other options nearby. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We all enjoyed our stay and my daughter really enjoyed the pool closest to the beach. Great base from which to explore Bohol. The only negative was Chocolate Porridge for breakfast....personally i prefer regular porridge.
