worth the money”
i arrived near midnight at the airport and there were no buses already but luckily the cab drivers know where this hotel is and kept telling me that it's great and it's new. Checkin was a breeze and the staff were friendly. i got confused at first about the king bed dorm. but apparently, it's a room with it's own private bathroom and there is a shared kitchen at the end of the hall where you can cook. the bed is big and comfy. they provide towels, toothbrush, and shower cap. there are shampoo/soap pumps in the shower but during my stay they were empty. i didn't bother because i used my own shampoo. wifi is strong and fast. there is a laundromat, convenience store, and cafe in the building. there are many restaurants nearby. there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. you can take bus#20 to the bus terminal for 1 brunei dollar. you can change your money for smaller bills at the hotel concierge.

The room was spacious and clean. I loved the great window view. There was parking downstairs if we needed it, a gym on the 2nd floor, and great service from the front desk. It's nearby many restaurants if you need to grab a bite. It's nearby many local attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall it was a very good experience with a clean room and spacious as well but the front desk need to improve some more. We have to wait around 30 minutes for our room to be ready (which we booked and pay a few weeks earlier) but even so, they are professional, very helpful and calm throughout the process.

Will recommend this hotel. Super clean, staff are hospitable. Staff at cafe are almost Filipino. One ride to Bsb. There’s a bus stop at their front going to bsb. Bus #20. There’s a lot of establishment at the back, 10 minutes walk to a restaurant, groceries, bakery and other establishment.

Pros - very clean, staff are very nice and accommodating. They provide customer service assistance 24/7 and they are responsive and informative. Place is 100% comfortable from the lobby, room, restroom and breakfast area. Walking distance from Money Changers, Department Store, and Restaurants. Offers airport transfer and assistance. Very stable and fast internet connection for free. Breakfast is awesome too! Prices are very affordable. They do not have swimming pool but this is okay since you’ll enjoy other facilities anyway.

The staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Ideally and strategically located in nearby commercial shop lot, banks, hotels, offices and eateries. Dormitory room is a bit small but it is the best for money if the room has bathroom attached. Hope the hotel consider to upgrade the room to repeat hotel guest by reviewing the duration stay and frequency of stay. Or maybe introduce Royalty Guest Program members for regular guests to encourage to stay in the hotel.

Best apartment I ever booked, surpasses even KL and Singapore Quality. Good Job. Only 1 small squabble, the karaoke room are in Chinese language, though we still have soo much fun with the whole family

Hotel was recommended by a colleague for cleanliness and worth it's money. Only one disappointing thing - they have no connected rooms. The rest is fantastic.

its at the centre of bandar and gadong so when u want to go to bandar to look at 5he eco corridor or go to kianggeh market it is near but if you want to watch cinema or go to shopping their are 2 malls one is kiulap mall and the other one is the mall at gadong both of this mall are near from higher hotel

The hotel was cheap and it was extremely clean and cozy. The staff were all nice and willing to assist. It looks like an expensive hotel due to interior designs. The only problem we had is that the hotel is located 2 KM away from the city and because there's no commuting options by the time we're there, we had to walk from the city to the hotel and back. Overall, It is highly recommended!

It is dormitory type of room i stayed but I have my own AC unit, TV and also toilet with shower and amenities. Highly recommended place for solo traveller as the price also very affordable
