Excellent Hotel”

This is an excellent hotel. I slept the best in this hotel and it is very close to Disneyland. I have decided that in future I will always stay here! Although the travelling to town is further but it is worth it. Peaceful hotel with great service. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Very near to Odaiba!

Good hotel for visiting Disney”

Good hotel with good clean rooms, good breakfast, and good everything. There is water dispenser near the ice machine on 5th floor. Location of the hotel is about 10 - 15 minutes by shuttle bus from Maihama Station, so the only reason to stay here is for visiting Disney.

Great hotel choice for Family visiting Tokyo Disneyland ”

A very family-oriented hotel with all of the necessities and conveniences needed to keep all guests (both big and small) happy! They went out of their way to provide a car for us when my family could not fit the hotel shuttle to Disneyland. The added treats during Halloween (when we stayed there), as well as the thoughtful free ramen noodles at night deserve a thumbs up! Very clean and friendly staff”

Location is close to Disney with taxi just 1600 yen so for 4 people about 4dollar us. They also have shuttle bus to the nearest Disney train station but about a 15-20mins run so after a whole day of walking I chooses to take the cab back hotel. Staff are the top 3 friendlyest hotel I went to. The room is very bright and quiet which I love. Their breakfast is a must have for me since everything is delicious to me and there's this creamy pudding I die for. The downside is there's not much place to dine late at night so you'll have to dine near the station before heading back to hotel.

Perfect affordable stay for family”

Nice small hotel. Very clean and good amenities. Great to have gift when checked in the kids loves it. Convinient shuttle from hotel to disneyland. Breakfast are great and short walking distance to convenience store.

Amazing hospitality!”

The staff at the reception provide excellent service. Tried their best to let us able to check in early without extra charges. Free shuttle service provided to Disneyland. Room is clean and comfortable. Great amenities range. Recommend for those going to Disneyland. Love this hotel so much!

Great hotel to stay for a Disney trip!”

My husband and I had a pleasant three-day stay at the Hiyori Hotel Maihama. It's around a 20-30 minute walk from either the Shin-Urayasu Station or the Maihama Station. Had we known the schedule for the shuttle at the Maihama Station, we definitely would have gotten down at the Maihama Station and waited for the shuttle to take us to the hotel. Our main objective in Maihama was to go to DisneySea and Disneyland, and this hotel was reasonably priced compared to many others in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable, albeit a little small in terms of walking space. However, it was definitely worth it because they provided a foot massager in the room! In addition, we were able to rent bicycles (for free), which we rode to the supermarket nearby. Another bonus point for this hotel is that they offered a free Cup O' Noodle bar at 9:30 PM if you're still hungry or didn't get to eat dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and would always wave off the shuttle when it left.

Highly recommend this hotel esp if you’re visiting Disney Resort instead of staying in pricey Disney hotels and affiliates! Hiyori hotel has shuttle service to Disneyland (Maihama Station) and loads of other freebies/extras in-room & in the hotel in general. The room was surprisingly spacious and spotless clean! Japanese are known to have excellent customer service but everyone in this hotel surpassed all the standards! Breakfast is so good, too. I mean, I can keep going on and on about how perfect this hotel was and how we enjoyed our stay! Kudos to everyone. Cheers!

Hotel is very family friendly. We got the connecting rooms and the family enjoyed so much! The tatami gave it a very japanese touch! We loved the free cup noodles and the presents for the guests too! Would definitely come back :)

Great hotel especially if you are travelling with children. ”

The hotel is ideal when you are travelling with children and if you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. They offer free shuttle to Disneyland and they have amenities for very small children like cribs, bathing seat, etc. Hotel is cleaned everyday. There is a Family mart and grocery store about 4-5 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel does not serve lunch and dinner so you can buy meals at Family Mart or Mcdonald’s located inside the grocery store. They offer free seafood noodles at 10 pm for the first 30 customers. Breakfast is good so you can include this in your booking. Overall rating - Great hotel👍

Shuttle Bus Driver provides excellent service. Breakfast was good too. Note shuttle bus timing. They do not operate in the afternoon.

Perfect place to stay”

Everything is more than just perfect. We got foot massanger, which is really helpful to relax our feet after long day in Disney Sea. And also there's a hidden gem under the bed. There's an extra single matress that we can use for free for our todler. Its amazing, right? Thanks Hiyori Hotel for everything.

Clean and great location”

I booked a room with 2 bunk beds to accommodate my family of 4. Upon my check in i was told that only the bottom part of the bunk beds were made. I could not understand the logic. I booked 2 bunk beds with indication of visit with my family of 4 and the top part of beds did not have any linen. Sensing my disappointment and logical question 1 of the staff came up with 2 sets of linen that i had to put myself. We already had a looooong walk, got wet in the rain and in tow of our luggages and 2 young kids. Buffet was decent, suggest for more fresh fruits. Other than the issue with the bed, this hotel is an excellent choice with kids. There is macdonald’s and a supermart close by.

Love this place even small room but everything is perfect!”

The facilities in the room are good decorated and suitable. We have 3 adults and 3 young children stay in Quard room and pay for 1 extra person (8yrs children) the room look small but everything in the room is very comfortable and completely especially cleanliness.

Most amazing staff”

The staff were so attentive and friendly and really wanted to make sure you’re happy with your stay. And boy, was I happy. I loved my room, so clean and comfy, could even check in a little earlier. Loved the two ‘happy gifts’ you can chose from as well as the pillow bar. Brilliant. Also love the coffee and water station in the lobby. For breakfast, they made sure they had some vegan options available for me which was so lovely. Shuttle to Disney only in the mornings and evenings, walking isn’t too bad though, it’s about 25-30 mins from the hotel via JR maihama station. Shuttle on time and reliable. Foot massager after a day at Disney was sooo good. I couldn’t get enough. I can’t stop raving about this hotel. 1000 stars for you! Thank you.

Warm Hospitality ”

Well, I love to stay here despite the location is 15-20 mins walking. To avoid walking, they provide shuttle minivan from hotel to Maihama st. From Maihama st, you can walk for around 5 mins to Disneyland. I stayed in double room with my husband and my almost 3 yo daughter. With 1 big luggage, 1 cabin luggage, and 1 mini luggage, we able to make the 15m2 room cozy. So it is enough space for 3 of us. The amenities was amazing. They care for your skin and your tired foot. The massage is ready in the room. The staff were very helpful and kind. Their english is good too. The variety of breakfast is good. The chocolate mousse was yuuuummm 😋. I looove Hiyori Hotel Maihama. Thank you for having us.
