You will not find here luxury stuff, but it's very clean, comfortable and you will find transport anywhere you need. You can get hot water at the reception :)

Nice place”
Was a little bit cold and a little bit too loud. We had our room at the first floor and with a street view. Fridge for snacks and drinks in the room would be great too. And bed was a little uncomfortable. But it was quit ok at all. :) Metro station around a corner, very easy to travel around Vienna. 👍🏻

Good, but basic”
Stayed here twice during a trip to Vienna. Rooms are air conditioned, which is a relief, everything was clean and tidy. First room, the shower door appeared to be off the tracks and didn't close properly - looked as though it would break as soon as it was used. The second room had a lock in the door but no key for the bathroom, and no shower screen, meaning water got all over the floor. Bit annoying having to manually turn the fan on for the bathroom. If you're facing the street, there can be a fair bit of noise. All that said, this is very central with all the public transport, and is a good base if you're visiting Vienna

Excellent place, very clean and comfortable, is not super super close to the downtown but is not bad, you can move very easy from the hotel, there are metro stations very close.

Location is a little far from city center.but about 5 mins walk to the tram/subway station. They dont provide coffee and tea in the room, but you can have free tea in the lobby at 6-8 pm. The staff is very helpful.

Not the best hotel but good breakfast”
The hotel is clean, not far from trams and u-bahn. Pillows were not nice had to ask staff to change them. Matteraces were really used and not so confy. Pipe in the shower was stuck but they fixed it when asked. Also ventilation in the toilet was not working. I just got tired to ask them to fix another thing coz we were staing just 3 nights. They have good buffe breakfast for 7 euro which is a good price in Vienna. Courtains had holes. A lot of noises at night and in the morning (both in the corridal and outside in the street). Perosnally this was a huge problem for me. Overall it is considered to be a cheap place for Vienna but in my opinion it is not worth this price.

Value for money”
The staff were very helpful, a special mention to the night receptionist who was extremely helpful when I had a problem in my room upon check-in. The hotel facilities are a little run down and the room floor was a bit dirty, but all in all acceptable for the price. The bed mattress and pillow were extremely comfortable, unfortunately the walls are very thin and there are guests next door you will hear everything they say and do. The location is quite good, close to U6 and trams and within walking distance there is a Hofer and a few grocery shops that stay open late. Breakfast is available for 7 euros, it's quite rich and varied and worth the money, other than that it is also possible to get tea or instant coffee at the reception for free.

Basic hotel, friendly and good location”
This is a good location as a base for a stay in Vienna. It is not right in the centre but very easy to get to by metro (20mins). I had a single room which was quite expensive for what it was. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

ok hotel ”
a bit far from the main attractions, but accessible by trains (around 3 transfers). around 5-10 mins walk from the main line, and is in a quiet residential area. room is small but sufficient. 1 pillow, a comforter blanket on a small bed. both room and toilet has a heater. no addtl amenities like water, toothbrush, slippers, hair blower. only basics like shower gel for body/hair, towel. has a room safe for impt stuff. some staff speak only german, very minimal english, but it's ok for me, i speak a bit of german. walls are very thin, i can hear my neighbors. cheap and good breakfast. overall nice stay and the hotel is clean.

Helpful, friendly staff, handy location for restaurants, supermarkets and tram/train options to get into the main centre, which is also walkable if you have the energy. Paid parking is really handy under the hotel.

Mostly terrible but cheap ”
Location is okay but off on a side street. Not super close to the city center. Wifi barely worked - absolutely unacceptable these days. Was awoken every single night by loud noises. Hallways smelt of smoke and if you kept your window open, you would get smoke smell. Very small room, no hangers, no iron or ironing board, small junior single bed. Staff mostly friendly but one or two were not. Overall, it's not the cheapest hotel and definitely not very nice. Would not recommend.

Lovely hotel and nice staff”
Love this hotel that much, the location near from public transportation, and the staff was nice, they let me check in earlier outside the check in time. Recommended!
