Great neighborhood for a stay in Tokyo”

Room is tiny, difficult to get into the tiny bathroom from the narrow corridor. Breakfast is amazing, better than anywhere else we have stayed in Japan in the same price range. Location is perfect. Not too noisy and within 5 min of Tamachi station. At registration staff asked if we could limit cleaning to once every 3 days and advised we would get something in return. We stayed 13 nights, but got no compensation for accepting the room be cleaned 3 times only in that period.

10 days stay at Gracery Tamachi”

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a total of 10 days while visiting Tokyo. The hotel has all the basic amenities. It is well priced for the location. Easy access to JR (Tamachi) and Tokyo Metro (Mita Station). Room size is small but that is the norm in Tokyo. I had a standard room double bed. Enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast buffet is really good, I enjoyed the variety and quality. I will return if I pass by Tokyo again.

I liked the location very much, nice and quiet and served by 2 train stations, Tamachi and Mita. Family Mart and Lawson nearby and many eateries as well if you're too tired to go out searching for food. Also a nice supermarket - Life in MSB Tamachi.

Value for money 4 stars hotel”

Location is good and quiet. 10 minutes walk from Tamachi station which connect to the JR loop line. There are many convenience stores nearby such as Lawson, 7-11 and Family mart. Staffs are friendy and helpful but can only speak little English. Lounge and washing machines on the 2nd floor are very helpful for long holiday traveller. Overall, good hotel for first time traveller to Tokyo.

It’s located at Yamanote Line, 600 meters from station. We have got room facing down the street, and the room itself is very clean, more ‘larger’ room that the usual one, friendly staff with a nice decoration, walking distance to konbini One thing to notice, I guess the exhaust in the bathroom isn’t working, or perhaps we didn’t know how to operate

I will book again, hope when using agoda,, please note thar the room is non smoking or smoking room, because thats what they tell us, i book a smoking when in fact, none in the voucher you can see that it is a smoking, good thing after discussing to staff, they give us a non smoking room, free of charge since its a addtional cost, i love this hotel and the reception guest are very friendly

Location not far from TAMACHI JR Station , hotel staff they are polite and helpful , everyday housekeeping will clean the water stain in the bathtub and change all the towel , Goood. the toilet at the lobby was superb.

Nice little hotel”

Except that the room is very very small, I had a good stay. At the time of booking I didn't realize there was no wardrobe in the room, hence made it very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Otherwise good hotel, very clean, considerably big bathroom with a tub (considering the size of the room). Walking distance from the metro station, lots of restaurants and places to eat near by, and convenient shops. Good stay.

Convenient location and overall comfort”

I enjoyed the buffet, the friendly staff, and clean and comfortable room. Only drawback was it was an incredibly tiny room with only a tiny window that could not open, so I felt claustrophobic at times.

Beware adjoining does not mean connecting rooms”

We booked 2 triple with adjoining rooms We got 4 rooms next to each other and was informed adjoining rooms are NOT connecting We really paid for 4 rooms! Location was excellent Also beware agoda coverts to US dollars and charges you a high conversation fee!!!!! Agoda rate 105 and we got 112 yen per dollars Thus room cost more than we expected!!

Quiet but convenient neighbourhood ”

Wonderful hotel situated just three stops fr Tokyo station. Easy to get around to places as Tamachi station and Mita station are not far from it. Hotel breakfast was delicious too! Strong wifi was a bonus.

Ada concierge buat booking resto2 fine dining di Tokyo.. saya pribadi sangat terbantu dengan fasilitas ini.. bisa via email sebelum berangkat ke jepang.. Amenities lengkap (bahkan ada sabun muka, plasmacluster, dll) dipinjemin hp yg bisa dibawa jalan2 (bisa telp dan internet gratis).. Cons: Luas kamar berukuran kecil Early check in kena charge 300 yen

My Japanese friend recommended this hotel and I have to agree - location wise and amenities provided, I will definitely be staying here the next time I am in Tokyo again! Location wise - train line is on the JR line (handy for JR pass travellers), short walk of 5-6 minute to hotel from station, and some local places to eat after a long day sight seeing. The hotel room itself was a lovely and equipped w/ a massager cushion, bath salts, face masks. The bed and room was very comfortable. Mine faced the train lines but there was hardly any noise and definitely did not disrupt my sleep. The best thing is also that they provide you with a smartphone with free internet that you can bring around w/ you during your sight seeing trip! Thank you for a lovely stay for the past 4 nights.

The room make up team were professional. It made me feel very good and so much confident on the cleanness of my room. Room was a bit small but price was good. Light railway was outside the window but we heard no sound of it. Convenience stories nearby. Some nice restaurants and bars were close too.

Good business hotel”

This was a good hotel, located very close to Tamchi station which made it easy to get everywhere. There were shops and Restaurants close by. Only stayed here two nights on our way through and this was probably about right as the room is quite small (which was expected) and you are not in the centre. Staff polite and helpful.
