Eu fiquei nesse hotel por um dia e meio, esperando vôo na madrugada. Os quartos são excelentes, espaçosos, mesa espaçosa para trabalhar, cadeira confortável, banheiro excelente e limpíssimo, cama super confortável, comida ótima, tem janelas anti-ruído que não ouve nada dos aviões passando, etc. Melhor que isso só se fosse um pouco mais barato.

Small room with a cozy bed.. Superb breakfast spread. Shuttle buses from and to terminal two of Guarulhos international airport. Perfect view of the flights landing.

Staff Issues ”
Booked and paid in advance through AGODA. Arrived midnight (shuttle 15 mins late). However, staff insisted, I pay by card for booking. Said they never heard of AGODA. Spend alot of time, showing them booking email/pdf, forwarded on confirmation email to their head office. No choice, and paid. Next, day, staff, say sorry, their bad! However, they could not find credit card machine code to issue refund. Promised refund... 5 days later, got 90% of it back. 10% difference because of exchange rate? Room/ everything fine...but what a hassle.

Horrible staff - extremely rude, unhelpful, overcharging the bills”
The staff at the bar could not take the order properly, brought shoddy food, though its all extremely expensive. The restaurant charged us for items we did not buy. And, at the front desk, the staff is super rude. They are over charging for everything. Please check ur invoice everytime you purchase something from here.

Room is small but fully functional”
Stayed 1 night during transit. The airport shuttle is really good and very useful for solo travellers like me. Especially when my flight landed almost midnight. Only thing is that the shuttle service does not have very clear signs, I had to walk around for almost 45 mins to ask people around the airport and no one seems to know. Luckily a taxi driver at the airport helped me out! But the room was clean and breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay there again.

Good food but they don’t bring to the room ( you need to go to collect it downstairs. Comida Boa mas você q tem q ir lá embaixo coletar a comida ( inconveniente) Airplane noises all the time Barulho de avião a casa instante Eles tem van pro aeroporto Van To Airport T2 and T3
