Wonderful experience, highly recommended ”
We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Maya. The building is indeed a bit old and in need of a face-lift, BUT considering the price you pay, you get a lot for it. Rooms are very big and comfortable, we were even upgraded to a larger room at no cost (I think it's a hotel policy to try to upgrade guests when possible). The room was huge, with a large bathroom and a large bathtub. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, you have a huge variety and very tasty food. The buffet lunch was simply luxurious. Huge variety of food of many different kinds. We especially enjoyed the seafood, the shrimp, crabs, mussels, calamari. It was a pleasure! But there was so many different options to choose from and such high quality. The location of the hotel is another advantage. Just 5 minutes walk from the Petronas Towers. If you don't want to pay double if not triple price and still get a 5 star hotel and a great value for your money, then I can highly recommend the Maya Hotel. We shall definitely go back any time we are in Kuala Lumpur!!

Warm hosts and maya staffs are exceptionally sensitive to family’s needs”
I stayed at maya 4Day 3 nights with my family for work while my family of 3 young kids and husband had fun around KLCC. The hotel is very conveniently located near twin towers and KL tower both of which my kids were looking forward to explore. The superpark at Avenue K also kept them occupied for the entire day. Hotel Maya is a luxurious and cosy hotel perfect for families and business stays. The spa pool provided respite for my husband and was exciting for the kids. Room was gorgeously big and we even had a baby cot and extra beds! The CBTL coffee machine in the room was an unexpected surprise too. Breakfast spread was great, baby loved the nasi lemak and kids had so many pieces of prata. A special mention to the reception team who were kind and sensitive to check on my family’s needs like water, bedding and all. Welcome drink was interesting too, though Himalayan tea was a little bit sweet and the kids can’t really have tea with the caffeine... detox water was good for adults , kids didn’t really like the lemon. Overall, fantastic value for money. What a treasure hotel we found right in the middle of town.

Quick and easy stay!”
I decided to stay for a night in Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur because the price per night with breakfast was reasonably cheap. The receptionist was professional and friendly - check-in process was quick and easy. Location wise, Hotel Maya is strategically located in the heart city of Kuala Lumpur. The Petronas Twin Towers are just 3 minutes away by foot. The room that I had was just average and I didn't like it that much because there was no carpet but for a night stay it was comfortable enough. The buffet for breakfast was closed so choices were pretty much limited. Overall experience was good and all staff was very nice.

From the very moment we arrived, the people that attended us at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the KLCC mall, and many tourist locations were accessible with the free bus service of the city. The room we stayed in was so comfortable, clean, and spacious, that after long days of walking in high humidity and heat, we could rest wonderfully. Overall, the hotel left me with a good impression. I highly recommend staying here.

Thank you staff for being attentive and polite, room was clean and nice, hydrotherapy pool was amazing- we loved it, breakfast-although they told us it's going to be a mini buffet, we actually enjoyed it, still many options to choose..however during peak time (8.30-9.30) the food were finished too soon from the tray and we waited for some time for them to refill.perhaps the kitchen team should take note for improvement.am sure this is not the first time.

Everything was fine about this hotel. I stayed for one night as a gift to my wife for our wedding anniversary. And the hotel staffs decorate our room very beautiful and romantics! There’s a variety of food for breakfast! The room, bed, bath tub was large. Very satisfied. But it’s a little bit disappointed when we checked in when the staffs told us that the TNB will do the maintenance the day after at 10 am and the electricity will fully shut down. We can still stay there and wait until 12pm to check out but I think it will be hot especially for baby. Maybe the management can inform us early about the TNB maintenance by email or text. My stay there for 2 days was very good. I will stay here again :)

Stayed for a night and it was definitely one of the best decision. Room was big and spacious, everything was super clean, bed and pillow very comfy. Price was cheap, breakfast was good, nice ambience, staff was very good informative and friendly. Check in and checking out was fast, took less than 5 mins. 5mins walk to KLCC and Avenue K, Pelita mamak right infront, parking is free etc. Overall very satisfied

A Cozy Stay in KL”
The Hotel is convenient but there’s a muslin cemetery at the back. In the front, there’s a 24-hour plaza can exchange money easily, and a 4-minute walk down on the right down the street, there’s a tourist centre; a free admission of cultural show, an hour performance, start at 3pm, Mondays to Saturdays. There also has a paid night show with dinner buffet, a good taste of locality! About 6-minute down the Street on the left hand side, it’s the KL Twin-Tower. Very appreciated the Hotel free upgrade, the suite is about 900 sq ft! It’s absolutely fascinating experience in KL. The signature spa on the 3/F of the Hotel is a MUST particularly after a trip to the Batu Caves. Thanks to all the friendly staff, I really have an excellent stay in KL!

booked 2 Junior Suites to celebrate my parents' anniversary and our experience in this hotel was exceptional! room was fantastic, really really huge, clean, comfy. staff were all friendly. breakfast was acceptable, pool was nice for kids to have a dip. the hotel gave us complimentary deco for my parents' room since it was their anniversary celeb! totally aced it! will come bck to this hotel definately!

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels we stayed during my time in KLCC! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the check-in counter staff's, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. This hotel has the best location being situated just a few minutes away from the Petronas. Apart from it's location, the hotel has spacious and extremely clean rooms, a very good restaurant (options limited though but taste is great) and extremely courteous and helpful staff. All in all this hotel made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant!

Spectacular night view of KL City!”
As a first-timer to Maya Hotel, I was absolutely happy with my stay. An extremely affordable place to spend a night in the heart of the city - a rare find! Come nightfall, you will fall in love with the fantastic view of the well-lit KL City. There's no need for wandering the sidewalk. Instead, all you need is a glass (or two), a seat by the window and let the lit city woo you. And then, there's the breakfast buffet that will spoil you with their ample choices. From delicious local dishes to western, it'll keep you coming back for more. I loved my stay here although for just a night!

Everything is good , except when I look out of the window at the graveyard. It's very comfortable and spacious. It's very clean and the facilities are very good. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and rich. KLCC is within walking distance. Hotel staff service is also good, I like it, will want to stay again...

I spent a night there with my wife snd 2 yrs old kid. Since we had overnight flight, we reach there at 9 am, still they arranged a room within 30 minutes...check out time also they extended by their own. Rooms are excellent...breakfast is excellent for even vegetarians.... The property is just 500 mtr from Patronas Tower and it itself is beautifully built. But the most important is staff behaviour....call them N number of times, but they will serve you with a smiling face....Best part is the staff behaviour....it’s unparallel.

Spacious and clean room. Bathroom with bathtub. Nice view from room (higher floor). Ample basement car park. Great hydrotherapy pool for relaxing. Good control and comply to KKM covid19 SOP. Walking distance to KLCC, Bukit Bintang and KL Tower. In front of hotel is large 'mamak' restaurant. Good breakfast.

Check in was easy. We were given a room at the 22nd floor. Room was perfect with comfortable beds and morning buffet breakfast was excellent. Near to KLCC. Requested for extended check out time and it was immediately granted (2 hours). Basically the smiling staff is the best.

I really like this hotel, i even don't know why. Everything was excellent, cleanliness and staff and its not expansive, but when i telling that i really like and don't know why, is something that can not explain, rooms were some like in a movie, maybe because of forms of windows or details in interior design. Anyways it was cool.

A few minutes walk to KLCC, Pelita Nasi Kandar is just downstairs and a 20 min walk to Tapak food truck. You can use Grab to go anywhere else and it's very cheap. The hotel is away from the busy streets of Bukit Bintang. Room is huge, spacious and clean!

When I was about to check in, then I realized that my booking date was 29 Mar instead of 29 Feb. The female receptionist offered to call Agoda on behalf and change the date. In fact, she and her manager upgrade our studio room to a deluxe room which I found super generous instead of the trouble that they have through. There was a male receptionist took care of our luggage and stuff and he was friendly with my parent in laws; definitely not faking it. The room and breakfast was nice; I will not hesitate to book again if I come to KL. Worth every penny!
