No one speaks English”
Not very personal service i received everywhere else in Japan. Non of the lights worked at first. There is no restaurant. The last day i needed help to program my GPS, and no one knew how to do it. I almost missed my train. Finally, one staff member was able to do it for me. The thermal bath is nice!

The room was roomy, great view but inferior lobby and hotel amenities, such as a semi-open restaurant and bar. Much preferred the Atami Beach Resort & Spa, which I stayed at after staying at the Micuras. The Atami Beach & Spa Resort was way better and cheaper.

I recommend Hotel Micuras. My room on the 7th floor was spacious and comfortable. The hotel onsen was lovely and had a panoramic view of Sagami Bay. The hotel could not be in a better location across the street from Sun Beach. The staff was very nice and attentive, despite my rudimentary Japanese language skills. I choose the breakfast option and it was all I needed to start each day. I did not choose the dinner option as the restaurant serves western (French) cuisine. If you're in decent shape and don't have a ton of luggage you can walk to the hotel from Atami Station... it's all downhill. You'll need a taxi if you have luggage to get back up to the station. I had no trouble walking around Atami, but be advised, it is hilly and steep in many places. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Quite a special onset hotel experience ”
Walkable distance from Atami Station. Great view facing the beach and excellent sun rise straight from the window of my room. Seaview outdoor onset with Seaview offers great relaxing experience. Special French dinner and western breakfast and they are delicious. Room is clean and but air-con is too warm and stuffy in winter and temperature cannot be adjusted by the in-room control. This is the only drawback.

Nice sea view with onsen facilities ”
Stayed for 3 nights during Feb and weather is great with nice onsen facilities to enjoy. There is nice Sakura snacks and also had coffee at the lounge at lobby. Excellent service from hotel throughout the stay. Definitely recommended to all! Will consider coming here again for the fireworks if available!

A bit far from Atami station ”
This is my first time to go to Atami. The hotel is a bit far from Atami station and there is slope/staircase to walk there. The service of the lobby staff are nice, but the room is not that clean and a bit dark even all lights turned ON. Overall, this hotel is a bit overpriced.

Beautiful views and spacious room ”
I enjoyed my stay here truly. The views were beautiful, onsen was clean, room was so spacious. Literally right in front of the Sun Beach, and near restaurants and a few bus stops away from Atami Station (or you can walk too). Really nice respite!

Good sunrise view ”
Good sunrise view hotel! Onsen view on sunrise is almazing! Most of room is face to sea side so can see sunrise in room, it is very good for this cold weather! Room is clean and comfortable ! We will come back to book this hotel again!

Receptionist who checked us in was terrible and she was so rude when I told her my name was wrong. Room was nice and clean but could hear all the noise from the outside when the cars were passed as well as the outside of the room if someone talk in the hallway. Worst experience ever had in Japan and wouldn’t recommend to spend money at this hotel.
