The hotel is within 5 min walking distance of the train station. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, which makes it convenient for later night snacks. There are many awesome restaurants right around the corner as well. All in all, a highly recommended hotel!

Feels like Home”

Comfortable n clean hotel. Child friendly hotel. Free usage of washer n dryer. Can borrow rice cooker from receptionist for free. Very closed to market n convenience store (lawson) and Aeon Mart. Just one block away to west exit (sobu line) asakusabashi station. Near a halal restaurant (Ganga) indian cuisine restaurant. Im very happy during my stay there.

I have made booking by stating clearly I am booking for a family of 4 (2 kids 9 and 12 years old). I was given smallest room where I had problem sleeping with 4 of us. I was told the hotel contacted me via email to increase addition room. Again I was told the mistake was by Agoda by the hotel Staff.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price”

This hotel was perfect for our needs! We had a nice view, a comfy bed, and the amenities were greatly appreciated. The staff was very helpful, the Lawson’s on the main floor made grabbing essentials or a snack super easy, and the free washer and dryer on site were an added bonus! Since it is minutes from the subway and close to other nearby convenience stores and local shops, we were never hungry or in need of essentials. Absolutely no complaints, we would highly recommend.

Near train station, staff and service excellent”

This is my 2nd time staying here. Went back to this hotel because everything is hassle free from check in to check out. Staff and service are excellent. Train station is a minute walk away. Lawson is just at the ground floor so you have 24-hour access to almost anything you need including food. Will stay here again when we come back.

Nice Budget Hotel”

It is a nice budget hotel with spacious room for 2 persons. Extremely near to Asakusabashi JR station and about 400m away from Toei Asakusa Line. It is easy to get there from both airports by using Toei Asakusa Line. Is walking distance to Akihabara, 1.2km away (I guess) or is just 1 station away from Akihabara. You can go anywhere else from Akihabara. The hotel surrounding is pack with Izakaya, it is nice to a drink or two with Toriyaki too! There is a Lawson link to the hotel and you can shop at Amazon JP and sent the item to Lawson without typing the whole bunch of Hotel address.

Good location. Value for money”

Hotel MyStays Asakusabashi is perfect for those who want to stay within the City but at the same time, would want to come home to a quiet neighborhood. Very near train station, number of convenient store available and lots of restaurants nearby. What surprised me is there is a little river in the area, and the look of the houses is also worth taking photos of. Room is not spacious, but is clean and quiet. I almost thought we were the only guests in the floor! :) Will definitely recommend this.

There is so many good things about this hotel. It has many floors as well as rooms. Very close to the train station (Asakusabashi JR station and Asakusabashi Subway.) Konbinis everywhere, even the Lobby of the hotel is connected directly to Lawson. The neighborhood is very quiet which is perfect if you're a light sleeper. 5 stars location, public transportation, restaurants, konbinis and staff!

Near train station, Lawson at groundfloor”

Hotel is 2 minute walk to the nearest station. Akihabara is one station away buy you can walk about 15-20 min. There are restaurants serving authentic Japanese cuisine. Nearby there is a steak house. Washing machibe at the ground floor free of charge you will just buy your own laundry soap at Lawson which is directly connected at the hotel’s ground floor. No problem with food even because if you get hungry even in the middle of the night you can just go downstairs at Lawson. Staff are really courteous and helpful.

Ideal Location”

Very good location with regards to transportation. It is a 2minute walk away from subway and train (JR) station which gets you to most common tourist spots without much transfers. Best thing is, its a straight train ride to and from Narita Airport (just check the right schedule). The hotel is small, simple but very clean and just the right accommodations if you are gone the whole day. Heater was very helpful. And most of all, it has Lawson Convenient Store just below the building and restos around the area that close late. Affordable price too compared to other hotels. Will definitely stay here again.

First time in Japan”

The staff are really polite,cheerful and most importantly helpful. Lawson convenience store is just directly on its ground floor making everything from food,drinks and electronic needs very accessible,no need to go far,not to mention 4-5 convenience stores around its block. The Train station is also very accessible,about less than a hundred steps from the hotel. I would definitely come back here when we have our vacation in Tokyo again.

Awesome Stay”

I would recommend this place to anyone who travels to Japan. Great staff members. Central location to a night market and local eatery places which you can experience a relaxing dining experience. There is a Lawson located at this location which makes it very convenient for late night snacks or drinks.

Comfortable and Affordable Hotel”

Hotel MyStays Asakusabashi is conveniently located near the JR Chou-Sobu line West Exit (less than 100 steps), and the Asakusabasa line A1 Exit (~2 blocks). It is even within walking distance of Akihabara (~2km). There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was somewhat small, similar to other hotels in the area, but our family of 3, with 2 large luggage bags and 1 compact stroller were able to fit with some finessing. The staff was very helpful and kind. Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were readily provided in the rooms, but if you need other toiletries like cotton buds and shower caps, you can get them from the cabinet in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and they provided 1 memory foam pillow, and 1 small fluffy pillow per person. The cleanliness could be improved by cleaning the air vents in the bathroom and the hallway, but the rooms are otherwise well-maintained.

Great”

Very convinience as can get train direct from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Asukasabashi Station then to the hotel only few blocks away. Plenty of eating and mall within walking distance. Free self-operated laundry is a big plus.

Perfect budget friendly hotel at the perfect location!”

The comfort level Mystays provided is above satisfactory and I can say I enjoyed my stay a lot in Tokyo! Although there isn't much facilities but the free laundry provided is a real treat for those who stayed long. Staff services are good and the English spoken is much better than others in general. Location wise I have no qualms as the subway is only barely 1 minute away, and you can even walk to Akihabara as it is only one station apart which takes about 10-15 minutes walking (if you want). The place is not crowded or bustling with noises at all, and there are many pocket friendly restaurants around which you can explore. By the way, there is Lawson at the ground floor and another Aeon express opposite the hotel, which you can even buy some ingredients to cook! Basically I love Mystays with one exception: the toilet seat is not heated!!!! It was cold in winter and you can imagine how you would jump when you need to use it...... Anyway, I would definitely recommend Mystays to others.

It was a nice and clean hotel. I booked for a standard double room but i think the room was a little small for a standard size including their bathroom. Sometimes the bidet is also not working properly.

Decent hotel in a good area”

Near two stations (Asakusabashi and Bakurocho) with a Lawson on the ground floor. There is a grocery across the street, too. Lots of small restaurants and bars that you can try out in the surrounding area. All in all, a very good hotel for staying in Tokyo.
