Nice hotel”
First time ever staying at this hotel. I expect nothing beyond average. Parking is rm6 which is okay. They have smart tv but the wifi is kinda hard to get coverage. There is a construction going on the hotel area but during my stay, there is no noise from the constrution area which is okay, i sleep soundly at night. The blanket is comfortable but my towel has a weird smell. I was expecting to get 2 pillows but they only have 1. Not as what they advertised. Breakfast is RM11, the nasi lemak i had was amazing. The sambal sedap gila cukup rasa. Overall, the hotel is okay and price is affordable for a solo traveller.

Great value for money and so comfy”
This is not my first experience with this hotel and I had good experiences during my staycation. The reception processed quite fast and friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is clean and all toiletries is prepared well. The bed very comfy and soft, I got a good sleep here. The environment so nice and colorful. They got tv HD which nice to watch Netflix and youtube. The parking not very expensive for 24 hours parking. For me it's worth it and affordable. Nice to stay here!

Overall, the environment and room cleanliness is good. Need to feedback to the management that about the check-in process. I feel like the procedure for check in is complicated and the staff is not train well. It take long time on the counter. Besides that, the cleaning services for check out room is take too long time. For my cases, I check in on 3pm and wait for 30 mins more (because receptionist told me the room is cleaning) and get the key. But when I go in to my room, still haven't start cleaning. Hopefully and thanks, the receptionist free upgrade me to another room.

Good Nearby times square, sungei wang kl city Near to lrt Staff kind and helpful Clean and tidy room Can see KL tower from room 626 Big room for superior queen and colorful Bad Need walk for long diastance if buy own food, unless u grab or foodpanda, no light along the road, dangerous Water in bathroom flood out althought have glass door, there was hole purposely to let water leak out causing toilet side wet, bad design TV is big and need connect wifi, but staff saying wifi for mobile and laptop only which, wtf putting TV there then? At night still able to hear LRT passby sound, not really sound proof. Parking RM6/day, but not sure if can in out multiple time. Confusing as using tng card, some staff required pay at night, some said pay only at counter when you out. No daily house keeping unless you stay for week. Need request manually to staff for towel, mineral water, pantry coffee since no house keeping. No water dispenser, buy own water if you run out. Wifi keep disconnect.

Easy acess of parking, room very clean. Staff is friendly. Easy process to check in and check out . Please prepare deposit rm 50 for check in . Near with MRT station (MERDEKA station) so to those who want to go to bukit bintang better take mrt instead of driving because it takes less than 20 minutes to go to bukit bintang with mrt

Amazing hotel with colorful decos!”
Stayed here for one night. The hotel is very close to the Merdeka MRT station, less than 5 minutes walking (though it would be nice if they made a walkway pavement from the hotel to the station nearby). As for the room, it is very spacious and comfy. Although the bathroom's bidet spray needs to get fixed (the water knob got detached, I assume they forgot to fix it before I check in). The breakfast is also great, though it would be nice if they serve more variety even on weekdays. Overall, I had a great stay! Would love to come here again

Affordable kids friendly room & cafe”
Very satisfied with our short getaway. The moment you enter inside the premise, its just instagrammable!! Stayed in junior suite rooms, kids really love it, as they enjoyed their dream bunkbed! Basic amenities, no fridge, hand held steam iron available. What we love the most is the Blue Bird cafe. Though need to pay separately for the breakfast, the choices of food is not so bad, quite modest, value for your money. We tried their lunch too! Very delicious. Hats off to the chef. We paid less than RM100 for 6 pax inclusive of the drinks. Very recommended!!!

Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room”
For RM69, you will get a very large room. King bed and there is a sofa bed. Only one problem, room 302 seems to have a plumbing problem because when showering, the water does not flow well. It will stagnate because there may be a blockage. Management needs to immediately take appropriate action so that it does not get worse.

nice and a clean hotel, new hotel for me, my kid love to sleep in the castle, so near to MRT station (Merdeka), the breakfast is nice and the price is cheap too. but for improvement, the hotel should put the kiblat signage, at least basic tv channel or unifi plz (traveller have to use own data to play the youtube@netflix), the cafe should topup the food quickly. tq

Great hotel for a short stay!”
This hotel being a boutique hotel exceeds a lot of our expectation. The room were nice, the ambient once you stepped into the hotel were tip top, the staff were amazing and helpful. Love that breakfast is fairly priced and there’s dinner option too. For a kid-themed hotel, this is a great one indeed. Location is a major point, didn’t know that it’s a walking distance away from the Merdeka MRT, my son was extremely hyped with the MRT ride! Will book again in future!

the room very spacious and price affordable...got smart tv...sofabed..staff friendly..but because of so many people check in here..we cannot check in early...must wait till 3pm..we go during ramadhan and wanted to sahur and no problem because foodpanda can delivered here..they also had buffet ramadhan if wanted to berbuka puasa here..we parking at hotel..charge only rm6 per day..we walk to lrt station and going to masjed jamek..if take grab only Rm12 from the hotel..overall very good and satisfied..

Worth every penny!”
I told my husband I was getting this for our overnight stay and he was sceptical at first. Just once we arrived, we were amazed by the beautiful decorations around the lobby area. And when we reached our room, we were surprised that it was bigger than we thought it was gonna be. King bed plus single bed. The comfiest beds and pillows. We had good snores that night. Plus, smart tv made it much better stay, Staff was very friendly too. Going to come back (soon, perhaps)

The best budget hotel in the town. Good location, good design, good cleanliness, good mattress and etc. I can hardly find what to complain, except there is no ventilator in the bathroom. Overall, it is perfect for a staycation.

Comfortable place for short/long stay”
The staff very helpful. Ready RM100 for your booking, after check in they will refund your booking. The room was so comfortable and cozy. Got window too but you can't open maybe because of safety. But you still can look outside. I love to stay here.

what you see from the pictures is what you will get strategic location, everything is walking distance,. and I had fun playing tourist with my friend. It is next to MRT merdeka. easy to move around using public transport. you can book breakfast buffet at the hotel with a reasonable price and it's tasted good! definitely will repeat this hotel. oh and , the room tak kedap bunyi sangat but it's oky for me cause no one make a loud sound 🤟.

Affordable stay with great location! ”
Stayed here with my brothers for our short KL trip. The location allows your to walk to KL malls, Chinatown with ease. There is also an MRT station just beside the hotel (Station Merdeka). Parking is RM6 for 1 day which is cheap considering it’s in KL city Centre. The room looks exactly like the photo and we had a pleasant sleep and stay here. Highly recommended!

Not much to say, the procedure to check in could be improved. a bit slow and difficult to talk over the screen/barrier. the instruction for the parking fees should be clearer. a bit confused at first. other than that the room is comfortable and clean. recommended
