Good Location with complete facilities ”
Hotel Sardonyx located near Hatchobori station which services 2 main lines (Hibiya Line and Keiyo Line). It is only 5 direct stations from Maihama (Disney station) via Keiyo Line, easy for us to transfer after our last shopping and fireworks @ Disney. Exit from Keiyo Line took about 10 minutes walk to hotel whereas exit from Hibiya Line is about 5 mins walk. Hotel room is clean, and big enough to accommodate family of 4 for Japan standard. We were given a room with Tokyo city view. Have to collect common amenities from the lobby. A nice surprise is free bath salt from the hotel, we used the bath tub with the bath salt every night. Really helps in a cold winter night. There are many many Lawson and eateries near the hotel, breakfast from Royal Host (directly downstairs) was very nice. There is a super market around 5 mins walk from the hotel where u can get fresh fruits, bentos etc at affordable price. We bought 2 huge japanese apples at SGD5, really a steal. Hotel Staff were courteous as always but need to find someone with good command of english. They helped to book our ski tour and luggage transfer services. Generally we like Hotel Sardonyx and will come back again.

Larger than your average Tokyo hotel”
We were not expecting a room with that amount of space in a typical Japanese hotel for the same price. When we stepped in my wife was surprised to see a couch at the corner, a desk at the opposite end, and a center table. The toilet was also spacious and even had a bathtub. Everything was clean, from the lobby up to our hotel room. The room was already tidied up every time we arrive from our daily strolls. The hotel is conspicuously situated at a corner lot so it was pretty easy to locate. There are stores around and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away in case you need to buy something or craving for a hot Japanese meal. The subway station is just a few steps away so moving around is fairly easy. There's a cozy restaurant on the ground floor where we have our breakfast. We had the same food lineup for the length of our stay, but I cannot complain because I still enjoyed it. I also noticed right away how efficient the staff was in cleaning up after the guest.

High recommended! Comfortable bed & great location. ”
Great location. Lots of convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. 20 mins walk to Tsukiji market, Ginza, Tokyo. Very comfortable room. Very good size twin room. Coffee/ tea provided. Kettle, fridge. Very good toiletries. Humidifier with odor removing function is provided in room. 2 piece pajamas changed daily. Washer & dryer are available. Extremely friendly & helpful staff during check in and helped us get a taxi (he ran round the block in search of one early morning) and explained to taxi driver where to drop us. As we dropped our baggage before checkin time, they were moved to our rooms when we went back during checkin time.

Comeback for the 3rd Times”
Sardonyx is always on my mine every time if i remember Tokyo, this our 3rd time checi in within 3 years visit for holidays, Staff are very warm welcome us and they arrange our luggage has been check in to our room once we were check in back from our trip to Sapporo we leaves our luggage here and bring bag pack. WIFI speed is excellent and i love the shower pressure is make me want to stay longer, comfortable bed and huge space of the room, makes me kept come back, walking distance to JR station , Subway and Bus are so easy. Five Star Accomodation”
Very comfy and big room size with 2 double size bed, clean linen, immaculate toilet. Although this is a boutique type hotel, there are no fitness centers or swimming pool, but believed it or not, it has everything you can ask for in a large size hotel. Our room was situated quietly with a view of the river. Staffs was super friendly and always ready to help, hardly any wait at all. The dining experience was pleasant with quality food and good menu selection. We want to thank the female staff who was working on night shift for guiding us the way to the Narita Airport. The information she provided cut down out travelling expenses and shorten the time to reach the airport. Definitely will return again.

Spacious, clean & great location ”
The room is very spacious and clean. Happy that I stayed at this hotel during my 10 day visit to Tokyo. Nearby is the convenience store, eating places n the subway station. No Airport Limo drop off but you can take the Skyliner from Narita to Ueno and Ueno directly to Hatchobori Station. It was a breeze to travel from & to Airport using the Skyliner. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s very clean, & spacious n located nearby the subway station. It also has very good amenities.

Hotel is clean and maintained well. Room is spacious compared to other hotel in Tokyo, have everything we need, happy with it. Location is good, near to train station entrance, 5mins walking distance. Few stops away from Tsukiji, Ginza, Akirabaha. 15-20mins train ride to Disneyland. If you don’t mind walking, 15-20mins walking distance to Tokyo main station. Near to convenient store :) overall happy and enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely go back if I back Tokyo again.

We stayed in Hotel Sardonyx Tokyo from Nov 23-26, in a triple sharing room. We will usually leave the hotel at 8am and arrive back at almost midnight. Whenever we arrive, the room was tidied up and all useables were replenished. Before we leave, we realized that my daughter’s stuffed toy was lost. It may have went with the linens when they were replaced. I reported it to the front desk, and Ms Meng was very amicable to us. Since we’re in a hurry, Ms Meng advised us that they will inform us in case the toy was found. I wasn’t really expecting any feedback after that. We’re already conditioning our child that the toy is lost. Until the next day, Ms Meng informed us that they have found it! Hotel Sardonyx will be sending the toy from Tokyo to Manila. My daughter was so glad. And I felt overwhelmed by the effort they made. Thanks to Hotel Sardonyx, especially Ms Meng, for the effort :) We really appreciate it!

Great location”
I would recommend this hotel mainly because of its location,amenities and staff. Near lots of store,restaurant and train station. They will provide most of your needs,so generous, even up to sleepwear,staff are also helpful and nice. Breakfast is not superb but good enough to fill your tummy. Maybe try to change it a bit more often. Train station is few mins walk,so convenient esp to traveller like us with small kids. Room are always clean whenever we arrive in the evening. This hotel is really worth your money.

Great location and comfortable stay.”
Rooms were big by Tokyo standards, clean and spacious with all tge necessary amenities available such as pyjamas, basic toiletries, room cleaning, free flow tea and water. Buffet breakfast spread was good although pretty much boring as it was the same everyday. Pay-as-you-use Laundromat dryer was terrible - after 1.5hrs our clothes were still soaking wet. If you need fresh clothes urgently, this is not going to work!. Location between Kayabacho and Hatchobori was convenient to access all the subway and JR lines, as well as to Disney and Daiba area.

Good location and service”
The room is huge for japan hotel, the hotel staff were kind enough as they provide services to keep our luggage prior to us reaching there. (1 day in advance as we use luggage delivery service) Also, free tea and mouthwash, wax etc were provided in the lobby for free. Nearby have various convenience stores and 2 train stations nearby. Yoshinoya and Udon shop are also nearby for breakfast. If you walk down the hotel on the left, there are plenty of izakaya which we missed. Train to disneysea is easy, 1 straight train down for about half hour. 1 stop away from Tsukiji Market. Far from central, but enjoy the big room for easy packing or stuff. FYI, nearest metro with lift is at A2 of hatchobori station about 6 mins walk away from hotel. Nearest hatchobori station exit is A4. :)

Clean, Roomy and Accessible ”
The hotel room was a great value!! The room was very clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed, and downstairs they had extra items like loofa, tea, and body lotion for free if needed. We loved the location just down the road from Tokyo Station. The hotel was very accessible and easy the find. They staff were very nice, and a lot of biligual information in the hotel.

Hotel staff is fantastic. Hotel room is clean and spacious for the triple room that I have booked. Breakfast buffet is good at Royal Host, remember to try their pancakes. Lots of extra toiletries at the lobby for the guests to use. JR and subway Hatchobori station is just opp hotel. Convenient also if you are visiting Disney as you can use the JR Keio line. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel”
Great location only 1 minute walk from Hatchobori station, surrounding with restaurant and convinient stores. We booked family room and the room is big can accommodate 4 of us easily. Amenities is very complete for your daily needs. The room being clean daily and you can be sure that none of your stuff will be missing even with suitcase unlocked. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful even before we arrived at the hotel.

Fantastic stay”
Highly recommended if you do not need to stay at popular locations such as Shinjuku or Shibuya. This is a clean and cozy hotel with great staff. Hotel staff can speak English and service is good. Hatchobori subway and jr station are just across the road-3min walk. Tokyo station is about 20min walk away but you can also take jr as it is just a stop away. Very convenient to visit Disneyland and Disneysea as well.

Satisfied with my stay”
A very nice hotel with spacious triple room. Comfortable beds and clean room. Staff is welcoming. Hotel breakfast is good at Royal Host restaurant at the lobby. Hatchobori Subway and JR station is just across the road along Lawson. Tasty and reasonably-priced Onigiri and bread sold in Lawson. No regrets staying in this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and luxurious hotel ”
We had two rooms at the hotel, a double room and a triple for our three teenage children. The rooms were both very clean and comfortable, with lots of lovely touches like cotton PJs and quality toiletries. Easy direct walk to Tokyo station made it very convenient to catch the train to the airport. Highly recommmend for quality accommodation in a good location at a reasonable price.

Hotel Sardonyx is excellent! I am travelling with 2 children and booked a room for 4. The room size is very comfortable and big for Japan standard. Accessibility is great and very convenient. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped to recover my son's toy which was misplaced. Excellent stay! ❤

Exceeded expectations!”
My family of four (two young kids) needed accommodation for one night in Tokyo before venturing off to the mountains. We were not fussed about luxuries but were pleasantly surprised about our stay! We expected the room to be small with little room for large suitcases, but it suited us just fine. The beds, although advertised as singles were larger than expected. We were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked and we had a nice view of the bridge from our window. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. They also gave my kids a kids pack each, which they loved! Vending machines and microwaves can also be found on certain levels in the hotel which was fantastic for feeding my tired, young, fussy kids. This hotel is definitely very good value! There is a restaurant downstairs. Close to convenient stores. About a 10-15min walk to Hatchobori Station but this was with a pram and three large suitcases. I would be happy to return!

The best hotel I ever have”
Good location to everywhere just 1 stop with the Keiyo line to tokyo stasion, near Hatchobori stasion, from here you can take the Hibiya line to Tsikiji Market, and it was clean and the staff are very helpful, even call a cab for us from hotel to the Limousine bus terminal only yen 570, and there is a direct bus to Haneda International Airport for about 40 minutes with the fare Yen$ 820 per person, absolutely will stay here again and will recommend to friends and relative . The best 👍
