The best hotel ”
Staff is very friendly and so helpful with everything. Their english is also good. I was very impressed with the staff service on the departure day because it was raining and needed to get a taxi to station, the staff was helping us with everything. The room and the bed is so comfy. Housekeeping was doing good. The amenities are perfect given. Love to stay for the next time.

Excellent hotel ”
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel Celestine!! It totally surpassed our expectations. My husband had an early train to catch for business and the restaurant staff opened at 6am just for him and served him a full breakfast. We loved everything about the hotel! I never give 5/5 for any hotel but the Celestine deserves it for sure! Location was so convenient as it was close to the Shimbashi station and there were lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

As good as any five-star hotel”
This is a hidden gem amid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Well connected to the Shimbashi and Ginza stations, The Celestine is a boutique hotel that is comparable to global five-star chains. The attention to detail was impeccable as expected of the Japanese - my 3-year-old son received his own bedroom slippers along with a cute handkerchief! Extremely polite staff who took me through the room's amenities, including a Nespresso machine (capsules are topped up daily) that was a godsend to caffeine-starved travelers. While the room is small for bigger families, it was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The staffs are very helpful in explaining everything . The location is nearer to simbashi station rather than ginza station. But overall very easy to go around . We have a pleasant stay . The breakfast was not really dat good and very limited choice tho .

Great facility and location”
Everything's surpassing expecation, including services, food (especially breakfast is excellent), location (even better) and bedding. The only downside, if you can call it, is that it's located in the entrace to Ginza where a lots of pubs are gathered, which can be annoying if you have to listen to squeezing laughters of the Geisha all night long.

Excellent choice of accommodation in Tokyo”
The staff are amazingly nice, breakfast is good but limited in choice. Location of the hotel is the best thing about this place, plus room is nice with great street view from upper floors. Even the price is relatively high compared to the average, all these positive points make it all worthy. My family really enjoyed it here.

This hotel is clean, convenient, well-decorated and thoughtful. Aside from the usual toiletries, the hotel also offers guests a free phone with data for use during your stay, ear plugs for the light sleepers, and a humidifier for the dry air. The room is small but well decorated, makes you feel luxe. Staff are friendly and polite. Boutique luxury! Located just a 5 min walk from Shimbashi Station, which connects you to the JR and several Subway lines. Right at the heart of the Ginza district means shopping and dining any time.

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The size of the room was relatively big for Japanese standards. The bathroom's size was very good too, with separate bath tub and shower area. We love the bar at the 14F and the very friendly bartender, Tomoyama-san. The staff at the reception spoke very good English, very helpful and approachable. This will now be our default hotel when in Tokyo.

Excellent Hotel ”
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from the shopping district of Ginza and nearby train stations. Although the rooms are small, the impeccable service, Bvlgari toiletries, and high end amenities make this 3 star hotel seem like its a 5 star. The bar/breakfast place on the 14th floor has great views and an excellent selection of what is now extremely rare Japanese whisky for those that are interested. My only advice to those looking at this hotel is to select rooms on a higher floor. Unfortunately, I stayed on the 4th floor where I could hear people talking very loud in the wee hours and the trains go by early in the morning. Needless to say it was a restless night. The windows definitely need better soundproofing on the lower floors as there are night clubs just around the corner.

Great location, convenient to Shimbashi station which is just 5 minutes away. Loads of local food joints, drug stores etc. The rooms were excellent and definitely will return to stay here again.

Great Hotel - Highly Recommend”
My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights in June. We loved everything about our stay. The room was great and had everything you need in it, the location is excellent with easy access to pretty much everything. Most of all we really enjoyed our short stay because the staff here are above and beyond helpful and friendly, really made our stay a memorable experience. Would 110% recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo, and will definitely come back again.

I made a reservation on the dates one week after I intend to stay and wanted to correct the dates right after. But, the hotel declined and had no intention to be responsive to customers' requests. Too bad and very short-sighted. I won't recommend this hotel anybody.

The location isn’t totally ideal and not having a gym was a disappointment however the rooms and staff are EXTRAORDINARY! I travel Frequently for business and this would have to be the most exceptional customer experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. I will return again and again and encourage others to also.

Cute little boutique hotel in Ginza. ”
I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. It’s about five minute walk from shimbashi station. There’s a Lawson convenience store right across the street, where you can grab sandwiches and instant ramen and snacks. The rooms are super small, but very clean and cute. I really liked the amenities: Bvlgari shampoos and conditioners, and lotions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it is very busy area, a bit noisy, so kind of hard to sleep at night. Other than that, I had a pleasant time. Thank you!

A new hotel with a very good location”
Location is the best value for this hotel. We didn't ask for a lot of help but staff were all polite and act immediately when we need something. The place is small so there was not much of facilities compared to those big five star hotels. It's new and it's clean.

Great price for Tokyo/Ginza”
Hotel was beautifully presented. Rooms are on the small side however its Tokyo and to be expected. We had a room facing side street and it was very quiet - perfect sleep. The location is great, very close to conveniance store/ supermarket and some great restaurants in the area/ short walk away. Would recommend and stay again.

Pros: rooms are super new, very clean and well located. The price quality ratio is quite high. Really like the bathroom! Cons: rooms are really small but most hotels at this price range are. The concierge here isn’t that responsive nor on time when making hard to reserve restaurants.
