1 of the best hotel”
we stay 7 nights in this hotel, room is small but very comfortable. this hotel provide simple breakfast, although only breads but got lots of flavours and the breads was very delicious, you can take away the breads also, they also provide free drinks. the staff was very good service, 1 of the day it was raining, when we step out the hotel, 1 of the staff come to chase us and pass the umbrella to us because she saw us leave without umbrella, we feel very touched. my kids also like this hotel very much. will come back again.

Great location and clean ”
I stayed here with my parents for a family trip. My mom's a light sleeper and picky - while the room and bath was small they were very clean and well maintained. We were close to several metro lines making travel to other parts of the city easy and transportation to and from the airport was also a huge plus. There were many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. Ueno Park was also near by - lots to see and do.

If travel with a young kid, would recommend to book a standard double room but not small double room. It will be more spacious for you to put luggage and walk.. As mentioned above, great location that you can easily access to all train station (including Keisei-Ueno, Naka-Okachimachi, Ueno station.. Approx. 3-6 minutes walk.. Ameyoko Street is just opposite of the hotel.. Many choices for lunch & dinner.. The hotel also provided with nice pastries and cold/hot drinks for breakfast.. Will definitely come to stay with them..

Clean room, great location, very decent overall”
Excellent location, close by to lots of great 24hr eateries, shops, post office, atms, the main JR station where you can catch shinkansen and use the yamanote line. Room itself is a decent size for solo stays, clean and decent amenities, free drinks on the 2nd floor are a nice extra, would definitely stay again if I needed a base in Tokyo.

Modern style & clean, well equipped with nice amenities & great location”
Room is modern style, new & clean. I stayed in single room though it was pretty small (I had to manage my 24" inch luggage around the room's door corner), it equipped with nice facilities e.g. hair dryer and hair iron, large make up mirror, safe box, pajamas, kettle). There's also free smart handy can be taken to use when going out (but I didn't). Wifi seemed to works well after midnight (I stayed up late). They gave DHC's skin sample & I really liked it (amenities in room also DHC's). The Hotel locates not too far from Ueno's famous area, Ameyoko street also Ueno's station. Anyone with large luggage, I suggest to use elevator near Marui (OIOI)Department Store.

Location is very convenient and the facilities is new and good. There is an iron and curling wand at room. Also with various choice of body or facial gels, cleansing milk. Excellent! Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Can’t fault it, great location, great shops and restaurants around, close to train station with all the train lines including the skyline, great staff, free breakfast and coffee, also gives u a free phone to use with a sim!!! Definitely worth the money!!!

Location is very convenient, reception is nice and considerate. Free delicious bread, coffee and juices for breakfast. You can have free drinks available all day at the lobby and at the restaurant. Check in at 2pm and check out at 12nn is very convenient for us. They kept our laggage for us after check out. The Room is nice and clean, but little small. The space is enough to open 1 large luggage. Overall, i liked it and happy we have stayed at this hotel.

Good location, clean, value for money”
We booked 2 rooms. Even though it is small, but the cleanliness is the number 1 priority. It has free breakfast. Even only diff kind of croissants, coffee and juice, it is good and enough for morning. Each room has a handy phone which you can bring with you when you go out, so you can use google map to search a location. This is a big plus. We will look for this hotel when we travel to Japan in the future. Highly recommend to everyone .

Walking distance from both stations. The service is very good. The rooms are clean but a bit narrow according to Japanese style. Will definitely stay again

Small Hotel but nice, although it is a small hotel but rooms are quite sufficient for placing luggage. Staff are nice & clean. Location is great, near the JR of Ueno.

Great for international business traveller”
This Japan only chain was very close to Ueno train station. Coming from Narita it is an easy walk to hotel. They include an iphone for use during your stay for free. It includes internet access and free calls within JP and to USA. This is a big added plus. Hotel has wired and wireless access. Property is 1 year old so everything new. Includes free coffee anytime and a pastry breakfast. Many places to eat nearby and all staff spoke good english. TV included a browser like interface where you can search yahoo and view Youtube. Ueno is very close to Tokyo station so access throughout Tokyo good. I used a gym around the corner (infinity gym) which has 24 hr access Cant beat the value form business.

From Keisei Ueno Station you can take a direct train to Narita Airport. Across the hotel you can find convenient stores and lots of restaurants. Great location with convenience stores, supermarket, stations, and market with many food choices all within 5-10 min walk. Hotel is in a newish building, with comfortable bed and pillows, quiet room and sheets that fit. Light breakfast of pastries and hot or cold drinks, at times the only flaw - small cramped room by western standards, and staff unable to keep up with demand for coffee from machines, and pastries.

Easy to access metro and JR stations. Free drink and breakfast were great! but breakfast time should be earlier. Room is a little bit small but OK.
