Surprisingly impressed”
For a older Perth hotel which had been around for as long as I could remember, I was quite surprised at how good it still is. We had a king room for the night, with included parking, wine, breakfast and late check out. For only $200. The check in was so friendly, room condition was excellent and up to date (though for me the bed was a little soft) and the buffet breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Great staff, easy parking and location to the city made for a enjoyable weekend.

60th birthday treat”
Bella the Receptionist was lovely. My older sons and I booked a room each. As we are all tall (youngest is 6'3') and we sleep in Queen size beds at home, we requested the King beds. Unfortunately the Hyatt,s version of "King" is to put 2 single beds together, however this means you can,t sleep in the middle as it has a dip in between the single beds. I forgot my toothpaste and unfortunately there was no complimentary tooth brush & paste in the tray. The grouting in the shower/bath needs redoing in my room (513) however it was wonderful and deep and had the best bath in ages. We will be staying again as it was nice and clean and a nice treat for my 60th birthday, next time we will stay for the breakfast!

I have been looking at this hotel for some time now but never booked before, so glad I did this time for my birthday, great value, clean and easy location for transport to the city centre, will stay again for my next break.

Such a bonus on the Agoda website. Breakfast, parking, bottle of wine, upgraded room all included for less that just the room on other sites. Wonderful staff, large clean room and great facilities.

We had a fantastic staycation at the Hyatt over the weekend. The staff where extremely attentive & kind. They went above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay, the breakfast was delicious and the High Tea was beautiful! Fantastic time for our family!

A very well managed hotel with great staff and good value. Matter of fact I extended my stay for another 2 nights as was so comfortable. Pool is a beauty and just needs a spa alongside it to make it perfect. Food is very good.

Stayed here for one night only before checking into our rental apartment for the remainder of our trip. We arrived late at night on the flight from Sydney but were quickly checked in and our bags delivered to our room which was very comfortable. Breakfast was sumptuous with a large variety of hot and cold food . All in all a very pleasant experience

Great hotel, room was large, clean, staff very helpful, great to see hotel running regular maintenance with staff checking and fitting out rooms in 6 month rotation. Very impressed. Marked location down as it is away from main shopping, but walk 1 street up and get on free red CAT Bus.

Staff are extremely friendly. Had walked past 4 members of staff in my way to the lobby (in level 4) and they all acknowledged me and said good morning with a smile. Hotel was very clean and plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet
