Excellent Location & Hotel Facilities”
As a family of 4 including 2 kids, we stayed in the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for 4 nights. Great hotel facilities and extremely convenient location with easy access to the Royal Center (with Staples (business/stationery store), supermarket, food court, fast food stores, Starbucks etc.) as well as other shops/cafe/restaurants within walking distance. Friendly, polite and helpful staff towards our requests / questions. We stayed on high floor with beautiful city view. Truly lovely to see sunset from the huge window everyday. We parked our rented car at the hotel using day pass - very convenient and more economical than looking for metered parking in downtown. The Burrard skytrain station and bus stops are located across the street so if you are not driving but relying on public transport, this hotel is also well-located.

Good location ”
This hotel is located right at burrad street where you will have(burrad station) right beside . Walking to Vancouver city station was 3 blocks away. Everything is good except for housekeeping .cleaning was suppose to be everyday as hotel staff mention unless do no disturb door sign is hang at door. But it seems we need to call them for cleaning then they will come.apart from that all is ok.

The Hyatt is definitely a hotel to bookmark as one of my all time faves. Located in the center of downtown Vancouver, seemed to very well placed strategically for alot of the prime tourist hot spots, making walking or using Uber/Lyft a synch. Lots of options for food and shopping. Nice touch to have the Starbucks located downstairs for a coffee pick me up and having the McDonalds/Tim Hortons right outside the door provide a few quick options as well. The room was very nice, loved the decor and ambience. Definitely will use this hotel again. 5 stars for me.

Room is spacious”
The staff are very friendly are polite and friendly. We arrived at nite and they were helpful to bring all of our luggage inside. The only complain is the false fire alarn at 5am on the 27th of May. We just slept for few hours , got up in shock condition and had to come down through emergency stairs. It was cold outside that we had to wait about 30 minutes until we were told to come back upstairs as nothing happened.

Excellent location & wonderful staff”
I had a short stay at the Hotel Club room recently in Vancouver. Situated at the urban centre, the location is excellent just 3 several minutes from the Burrard Station of the Sky Train with lift . It it easy to take about 35 minutes from the airport to the hotel with heavy luggages by t the Sky Train. The staff here are friendly and helpful, shaping a happy memory to out journey. The room is big and clean with all you need.

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights! Super close to everything and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms also provide TVs that have a chromecast so you can easily access your streaming platforms. Very good view also!

Prime location, best spot for staycation”
Hotel is right next to Burrard Stn as well as convenient bus stops, though you can walk to most areas like Robson and Gastown easily. The room we stayed at was very clean and spacious. There is parking but it's kind of pricy, but typical of downtown, but you can get a cheaper rate when paying on Sunday through the app. We only stayed for one night as a 'staycation' but I could see it being a nice hotel for tourists as it's close to shopping and transit and easy to access all parts of downtown by foot.

Nice hotel in Vancouver Downtown ”
- Great location (near bus station, shops, restaurants, main attractions such as China Town, Stanley Park..) - Nice and helpful staff - Reasonable price - Good breakfast Highly recommended. I will stay there again if I visit Vancouver again

Great place!”
I hope it doesn't lose its charm and great food. It was really wonderful. A huge plus was having some good room service food which can be hard to find at hotels. One downfall was the breakfast buffet was REALLY expensive. But room was beautiful and staff was amazing.

Didn't like the pillows as it was lumpy and overuse. However, the foods were delicious with good pricing. Also the staff were very helpful and professional, and not too mention, the hotel is located in the middle of downtown and next to skytrain station and bus stops in front of hotel.

Pros- fast and easy check in even early check in Cons- 2 blocks away from city center train atop altho really only is a 5 minute walk

Nice time”
In a Great location, bus from Whistler dropped us off out front. Pretty, standard Hyatt feel. You can take one of the exits into a mall (if the weather is bad, you don't have to even go outside to get to the train station, as well.) Rooms were large, bed was great, very nice views from expansive wall windows. Worth the money and would stay again without hesitation.
