A Week in Sapporo”
We had two rooms in Karaksa, a double and a twin. The double comes with a king bed with bath tub and wc together. The twin comes with two large twin beds which can be joined together easily. It has a separate toilet and shower. The rooms are very clean and new. If you choose eco cleaning, you only get your towels and toiletries changed daily but beds will not be made. In exchange for eco cleaning, you get a coin each day which can be used at the vending machine on the 2nd floor. Water, coffee or tea is the selection. The onsen is also on the 2nd floor and is for hotel guests. Location is superb with an exit to the Tannikikuji Street. The subway station is about 10 minutes away, either the Odori Station or Susukino Station. The airport bus is just outside the hotel, opposite Sunroute Hotel. Its 1100 yen for adults and 550 for children. Takes roughly 70 minutes to the airport. The same bus can be taken from the airport to the hotel, but drop-off will be at Hotel Resol Trinity.

Great locations and great service ”
This is a lovely hotel with great location and friendly staff. I love the idea of eco cleaning service so that guest can have a choice in between cleaning their room everyday or getting a free drink. I also love the public path as well as the public area where I can hang out after a hot bath on the second floor. Overall, I have a lovely stay in that hotel and will definitely go back when I am in Sapporo again.

Impeccable service, excellent location and clean room. Very nice spa facility. Can’t complain anything! Special thanks to the front desk staff for arranging my check-in when I arrive early, so that I can take a rest in the lounge, and then discover that all my luggages have been sent to my room when the room is ready!

I stayed for 4 nights in Karaksa Hotel Sapporo, it was a great experience. Located in the heart shopping center with lot of restaurant. Karaksa offers good service and facilites. I love their outdoor hot tub and massage chair. They also gave me free coins that can be use in the vending machine as the rewards for choosing Eco Service. The staff was very helpful with good english make the communication more easy. They also gave me extra pillow as per my request on the booking form which not all hotel would give even though we asked in advance. Overall, I can say that I am satisfied with Karaksa Hotel Sapporo.

This hotel is located in Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. It is really convenient, we can directly go to Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade shopping if you pass through the path that opposite the reception. We only need to walk from the railway for about 7 mins. For the room, it is big and clean. I also can go to a hot spring there. Also. the staff are polite and friendly.

The location was the best , locates on the Tanukikoji shoping street. The staff was very nice. Onsen was fine but in golden periode there were not enough lockers. The thing I love the most is eco-room cleaning,. If you choose you will get eco coin to use as vender

The hotel is in a very good location at Tanukikochi shopping street, very convenient. There is a separation between toilet and bathroom. No bathtub, but there is an excellent service onsen for guests instead. The room is clean, the staff are very hospitable, very impressed.

Great location, back exit to Tanukikoji. 1 min bus to airport. Facilities with public bath, massage chair & laundry available. They give you coins that you can exchange for drinks at vending machines for days you choose eco cleaning. Cons: skip the hotel breakfast buffet & eat at the cafes nearby.

Excellent location & great facilities”
The room is not that spacious, but that's expected of a hotel in Japan. The location, however, is excellent since it's right in the middle of the shopping district and the bus stop is less than five minutes away by walking. There are so many nearby restaurants and shops, which makes staying in the hotel very convenient. The hotel itself has great facilities, including the onsen and business center where there are vendos in case you wake up in the middle of the night needing a drink. The staff are friendly as well and the breakfast selection is decent.

Situated in the heart of Tanukikoji Shopping Street, it is accessible to several train stations on foot. The Airport Limousine Bus Station is juz a few step away. The room is clean, the onsen is superb (the massage chairs are a bonus) and the staff are extremely helpful. Thanks to all the staffs for making our stay a really fantastic one and will definitely be back.

Shared bath was quite lovely. The open air hot tub is also nice, but consider your location - you may get lots of city noises and yakitori smells wafting in, tempting you. Staff were great, everything was clean, and the location was very close to and from the limousine bus to the airport. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was really good and nice. The personnel was really good. The breakfast is a definite must. all the fresh food and everything it was so good. It was a very clean and good sleep. There is an odor, or smell however i think its most of hokkaido. It is a different smell. Its not a good one.

I love this hotel. I would definately go back to the hotel for my next trip. It's very clean and has lots of facilities. Good for family with many choices of connecting rooms. Staffs were really nice and helpful. The location is perfect in the city centre and shopping centre.

The place was clean and the location is good as it is located close to susukino station. You can either take subway or walk to Sapporo station. Great value for the price. Good amenities and breakfast too.

Our family of 4 got the 2 adjoining rooms, so there was more than enough space for everyone (with the added bonus of 2 bathrooms). The room we had didn't have a closet, but rather a rack with hangers. Staff can speak English and Thai Language. They are very freindly and helpful. Location was convenient as the back entrance leads to the Tanukikoji shopping arcade. The airport shuttle drop off when going to the hotel is about a block away, but the pick up going to the airport is located a few steps away from the hotel's Tanukikoji entrance.

The hotel is just located on Tanukikoji Shopping Street where you can find tons of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and good enough for 2 large suitcases. It was clean and tidy with nice bathroom amenities too. Highly recommended!

I drive a car , there is parking for hotel guest And Tanuki-koji is just at the back of hotel, super convenient. Staff are friendly and they can speak English and Thai language. They have service mind. Restaurant and shopping all around. A great place to stay in Sapporo city. You can walk in 1 minute to bus station which have bus to go New Chitose airport. I love this hotel.

Super kids friendly hotel”
We were there for three nights, I love the ambience and it's kids friendly hotel. Having a kids' corner at the lobby for kids do coloring while waiting for parents to check in/ even waiting to pick up our car. Giving out children amenities ( room shoe and toothbrush) to my kids, and they really love it. Great location as well, the shopping street is just behind. But, the choice of breakfast is quite limited.

Perfect location and very clean”
It was our first time in Sapporo and we weren’t sure which area to stay. After some research, we found that Susukino area suits us better as there are more restaurants and things to do here compared to Sapporo station. Hotel is perfectly clean and a good space for a Japanese hotel. We love the lounge area tatami style too. There’s a hot bath and a 100 yen for 10 mins massage chair. The location is perfect! There’s two entrance to the hotel and one of it is in the Tanukikoji shopping stretch which is shaded and perfect to escape from the cold outside. Would highly recommend this hotel!
