Great for being close to Tokyo Dome”

There is a chinese man owner not so friendly but otherwise hotel is perfect for concerts. Has a great view of tokyo dome and a garden. Good rooms. Great value.

Close to a Lidobashi Metro stop”

This hotel worked as an excellent base for us while exploring Tokyo, the metro is close and the hotel is dignified and quiet -- nice at the end of a frenetic day. The staff spoke almost no English, bu t that didn't pose any problems, they have sheets with English instructions.

Small, Comfortable and Great Location”

We got the non-smoking double room. Yes, it is small as the picture shows but it is comfortable. It got everything we need. And for a small space, there is a ref! What we love most about our room is the heated toilet and bathroom. The hotel is also very near IIDABASHI STATION of the OEDO LINE, like 1-2 minute walk. So, this is PERFECT! Our booking comes with buffet breakfast with very few selection and Chinese is not something we eat for breakfast. So, this is a CON for me. It's the same food for 6 days.

Very limited English speaking staff so was hard to understand. Location was great for City Dome and beautiful gardens, room was spacious and beautiful view of cherry blossoms from our room. Would bring own english tea as no in room supply or fresh water.

Convenient location”

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is neat and is near to the subway and train station

Nothing good ”

Didn’t like anything except it’s a few meters from the train station. Front desk staff speaks limited English , you have to leave your keys with them whenever you leave .. tiny room but that’s ok for Japan. Bed is uncomfortable, mattress was worn out with springs coming out . Self service hotel . Even for coffee you need to collect it from the front desk which is weird .. Location is Iidabashi which is far from everything .. asked for a massage for 4700 Yen .. masseuse was old and not trained . Barely did any massage .. hardly any pressure .. Waste of money .. Wouldn’t stay here again!!

Of all our stays in Japan this one was by far our most uncomfortable, I’m not usually one to notice or complain but the mattress & very thin pillow put my neck out on our first night which made for a not so pleasant remaining 5 days. Staff seemed to not overly care we were there either as opposed to our other hotels we stayed. We booked a “secret Agoda deal” because we liked the price compared to other hotels at the time we were looking but I probably won’t trust said secret deals in the future. Only benefit of this hotel was Iidabashi train station a 2 minute walk away.

Basic stay but facilities need some attention”

Good location, if you have heavier suitcases do not cross over bridge but walk around instead using the other side of the road. Staff are welcoming and kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases when we checked out the following day so we could go sight seeing. Breakfast seems to cater for Asian guests - not much choice, quite heavy foods. Rooms are a little dated and the bathroom was all metal which felt uncomfortable.

Good stay”

Near iidabashi station, a bit far from the main tourist locations. Good service from staff, check-in with no issues and we can leave our luggage at the lobby after check-out. Have to put your key card at reception every time you leave the hotel. Near to Tokyo Dome where there is a nice mall. Room was spacious, mostly clean (there was a stain on my bedsheets), there is a big step to the bathroom which can be dangerous. Overall, a pleasant stay for a night.

I like this hotel location. near to JR lidabashi also near the subway, i can't remember which exit number but if you got the right way, just 5 mins walk to the hotel from subway. 5 mins walk to the Garden Koraku. Cons : Just really hate the bed, no AC for hot weather...convenience store is a bit far from hotel. Staff was helpful

Pleasant stay”

I really want to say thank you to hotel staff. First of all they gave me the exact room as I wanted - with the gorgeous view to Tokyo Dome! Room is small but not too small as I saw in another hotels - enough space for 2 people with luggage. Room was clean, and is equipped with all the necessary things (just put some coffee bags too, please!) The place where hotel stay is very quiet but at the same time you have 3 major JR and metro stations near - Iitabashi, Suidobashi and Karakuen - very convenient. Thank you one more time! I really like to stay at this hotel.

Recommended”

Conveniently located near Exit C3 of Oedo Line Lidabashi Station. Many other railway lines, including JR passing through neighbouring stations within walking distance. Travelling to major tourist spots are very convenient. Staff can speak Chinese and English. Most of them are courteous and helpful. Spacious as compared to similar room grading with also a big lobby on room floor for use by guests where you can stretch your feet and get relaxed. Many rooms have nice view facing the Korakuen Garden and Tokyo Dome. Kettle, hair dryer, humidifier, press board, etc and even hair curler are all available in the room. Shopping and dinning are available in the nearby LaQua. The only complaint is the Chinese breakfast provided. You may find it boring if you stay for two days or more. Moreover, a courtesy late check-out can be more welcoming. Unfortunately, they turned down our request flatly without checking the availability even though we had stayed there for 8 days with 3 rooms.

Big Size Room!”

Advantage: Room is big size if compared with other hotels in Tokyo. Disadvantage: Location is good, near Tokyodome and Subway but must walk too much. The room is clean but should be better for Japan standard, old carpet, and no drinking water in the room.

Great value great location”

Quiet location near the Koraku Garden but close to a lot interesting points e.g., Tokyo Dome, Iidabashi subway station, restaurants and bars. Easy transfer by subway going to Narita or Haneda airports. Will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very accommodating and we always go home to a very clean hotel room! Our room was big like it could fit up to 8 people. (We were only 4). Would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you, Koraku Garden Hotel! Made our stay extra happy 🤗

Slightly old hotel near Koraku Garden and Tokyo Dome”

Pros: Right beside Koraku Garden Near Tokyo Dome Near Korakuen Hall Our view was of tokyo dome was good Has a tub Cons: Staff was always missing from front desk Aircon was not functioning well Had a bath robe on the first day, on the second day, no bath robe was provided (requested but given a blanket instead) Wasnt able to try the buffet breakfast they offer :(

Convenient and nice”

The hotel is in a great location. Very short walk to either c-2 or c-3 entrances to Iidabashi station and moderate walk to Ramla and Sakura Terrace for food and shopping. The staff were friendly and even though not all were English speaking they understood mostly and were very helpful. The rooms are small, but nicely kept. Would definitely stay here again.
