Parents anniversary ”
Stayed along with my parents and it was amazing. From its design outside which is very palace like to the inside where in interior very much like leave up to the design outside. Inside is very luxurious and detailed, room is very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. My mom is shocked on how the television goes up from the cabinet, but the best of all from this hotel are the staff who not only serve us but also made sure that we will be able to have unforgettable stay as it is the 31st anniversary of my parents. From the moment we enter the hotel the front line staff Amad, greeted us and helped us on our luggage and led us to the front desk. Eva did the checking in which is fast and very professional she even greeted my parents a happy anniversary as soon as she knew it. Rose escorted us to the room, she told us all the hotel facilities and room amenities. Brian from the Concierge helped us with our luggage and provided some information in Macau. He also waited for us near the recreation to escort us to go to the lounge on eight. Lyn from the lounge on eight is very nice and engaging, the overall experience in the lounge on eight which is already very good is greatly enhanced because of her costumer engagement. Upon going out. Jury helped us on where to go, he gave us detailed information on which place to visit and which is very good place to go as my mom is having difficulty on walking. The room attendant, Sam, Dennis and Jonathan did a good job, service was really fast. Upon going to recreation Yumiko did a good job even we find it hard to communicate she tried her best to explain every facilities to us at the recreation. The gallery bar is very nice and cozy aswell, it has a very elegant vibe in it and is greatly enhanced by what louie made for us. First, definitely value for money! Hotel is so great, well decoration, new and convenience, staff is so friendly, especially Rosalind and Tony. They upgraded our room and gave us free chocolate birthday cake and a little bear for my hubby's birthday celebration. Room is very big and comfortable, there is small screen in the toilet mirror which can see TV shows!!! We checked-in after 3pm then went outside to see a show, after we came back the room around 11pm, they already cleaned the room and prepared hot water and tea for us! There is shuttle bus every 20mins to Macau ferry terminal then transfer other shuttle bus no matter to HK-Macau bridge or Taipa. Everything is fantastic!!!

Enjoy spending our anniversary with my boyfriend in Legend Palace Hotel. The hotel offered us a tasty and beautiful cake and every single staff in the hotel is very polite, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel inside is very grand and detailed, and makes us feel like we are in a real palace. The hotel is just 5min walk from the pier and to the Fisherman's pier and it has free shuttle bus service to the old town which is very convenient. Our room is facing the sea and the bridge which we can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the morning and at night. This is the best experience of accomodation ever. I will definitely come back to Legend Palace Hotel if visit macau again. Highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Convenient & Love their 2-bedroom Suite”
I feel like a valued hotel guest. The hotel manager Tom and his concierge crew named Alex, Michael and Steven are all very friendly and helpful. The 2-bedroom suite is very big, beautiful and cosy for my family of 5. This hotel is 5 mins walk from outer-harbour ferry terminal. Very convenient as 1) you can either choose to walk with luggages, or 2) cross the underpass to opposite side of road to take the free shuttle that takes you to "Fisherman's Wharf". The experience would have been perfect if the Fisherman's Wharf shuttle bus driver can be more polite and customer service oriented. Other than that, all experience in the hotel itself is a perfect 10.

Excellent hotel. Got free upgrade without asking for one. Superb buffet with many many choices. Very attentive service provided, many going above and beyond expectations. A concierge even went out of his way to make sure we didn't get lost and walk with us out of the hotel to the correct sky bridge! Nice location in old Macau. Was very convenient - it was close to Sands where we could catch a free shuttle to the ferry or to the newer part of Macau if you like going hotel hopping. We got a suite with two balconies with superb view over the water! Thank you for our nice stay!

The room are very spacious and beautiful. Views from the two large glass doers in our veranda it’s very quiet and beautiful scenery of the sea. In my hands, I always guarantee that every request I ask is granted by any person that I send to the hospitality industry. Hotel is next to the Macau pier. Location is very convenient. It is our first time visiting Legend Palace and it is huge. It is really a palace. We were given upgrade to a better room with a living room for our birthday celebration. Room is clean and bed is cozy. Definitely will visit again.

This is my first time stay in this hotel, and the room of this hotel is excellent, tidy, also staff are nice and provide an excellent service to us. The location is next to the terminal Maritimo do Porto exterior de Macau , and Doca dos Pescadores. The hotel also have the shuttle bus to the Macau town. That’s good the the people go to the town for sightseeing.
