Loved our weekend stay here, it might be budget accommodation but it has everything you need and is in the perfect location!! Will definitely stay again

My wife and I stayed here for our "14 day self isolation" . It is very good value accommodation. Location was not important for us as we stayed inside :) If you have a car it has easy access to the freeway. If you do not have a car this may not be the best alternative for you. It is close to the city but not in walking distance. The apartment is a little dated but in very good condition and clean. It is also big and has a separate kitchen. It has everything you could need ... all plates etc plus microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine inside the apartment. The Manager and assistant were extremely nice and helpful. The only downside was no wifi however that was not a big issue as phone/data access was very fast on my network in that location.

Much more than I expected”
I recommend these apartments. It has a kitchen bathroom lounge room and a really really comfy bed!! You won’t be disappointed! This is my pick to stay in perth for the money!!!

Great value for money. Very spacious , very clean and fully equipped with a washing machine in the large bathroom. Its a really nice to be able stretch out and relax not like being stuck in a little hotel room.

Quite happy with the apartment. If an improvement is sought, I would suggest to provide wifi, shampoo, hair dryer and small face towels.

Stayed for Tafe at the MTA Balcatta, cheap, close to Tafe, shops, food and can self cater👍

Too Noisy on the weekend ”
Family stayed for a week with young kids and got scared at some occasion as loud arguments and swearing went off among dwellers and the weekend was so noisy with loud music playing up the whole day till around 1am felt like the surrounding walls are speakers, the location is pretty good though close to city and the facilities in the apartment are satisfactory. Cleanliness was also satisfactory, other than noisy weekend till late it was good.
