Unexpectedly Good”
First time staying in this hotel and the workers are friendly. When i got into the room its clean and I was given the room with window. Aircon is cooling enough and no weird room smell. I like the blanket. Its thick and comfy. Bathroom water pressure is fine. Tea bags and sugar sachets will be refilled daily. 2 bottles of mineral water given once. Subsequent request will be chargeable. Hotel is good. The road in front is under construction so if you are late and the Imbi Plaza Berjaya side is closed, you may have problem to cross over back to the hotel as its a busy road. Imbi Monorail Station is just 100m down the road. Really convenient

Spacious room, strategic location”
The room we stayed in was a triple family room, room 406. The room and the bathroom is spacious. Location of hotel is good as the KL Monorail is within walking distance. The Berjaya Times Square Mall is also just opposite and within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. But for some reason they only make up room once in two days which they did not say why. And the bidet in the bathroom is leaking and needs to be fixed. Other than that all is good. Facilities and comfort for the amount we paid is worth it.

Affordable, clean and great location”
Room number 701, Superior Queen is a marvelous place to relax and get a good night sleep. Love the spacious bathroom, you can stretch your hands from left to right and it still got gap for more. Love the side window with a view of Jalan Imbi. Again the spaces between the Queen Bed and windows are very wide, which give the impression of a Junior Suite, albeit a very affordable ones.....

Value for money & strategic location”
Opposite of Lalaport mall and berjaya time square, and few steps to monorail station. Big room and very clean. Bathroom big as well. Staff is very friendly. Just the breakfast, because of pandemic, so they dont serve buffet, they prepared the food and send to your room. But its ok. Recommended.

I Love Metro Hotel, Bukit Bintang”
This was my 2nd time staying at Metro Hotel, Bukit bintang. The location very near and just few minutes walks to Berjaya Times Square even to Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and others. Easy to find a food, teksi or grab. The Metro staff provide a good service during 5 days I staying here, very friendly, helpful and fast respond when you ask something. 101 Star from me and keep it up your quality service👍👍 Hope to stay and see you again in future😉 Regards, Mimie @ Sarawak

Room is comfortable.tv not many channels but don’t really care much for tv anyways. Parking is difficult to find but the uncle is always ever helpful. Have stayed there many times and would stay there more. Exceed my expectation!!

Big room super comfy nice staff.. just 2mins walk to the IMBI station which is super convienient. Dont have iron at the coridor as someone took it n bring inside their room. But overall, i like to stay here n will stay here again..
