Hotel is as described. Fantastic location, super clean and comfortable to stay in. While the hotel itself was fantastic, it was the staff at Mimaru Hatchobori that deserves the 5 star rating. Will definitely return next trip to Tokyo

Our rooms are just the right size to accommodate you and your basic needs. Our staff are both friendly and helpful in which you can kindly ask for their attention in time of your need. Last but not the least, you may also leave your baggage by the front desk. Mimaru Hotel Hatchobori is located near the subway Hatchobori and Kayabacho Station with a walking distance of 5 minutes. Unbelievably Helpful Front Desk”
Stayed one night in Tokyo at Miramaru Hatchibori. Very new hotel so nothing is old, used or dated. Rooms are big by Japanese standards and, traveling as a family, a great plus is the separate toilet and bathroom facilities. Hotel is located about 3 minutes walk from Hatchobori subway station, so it’s a breeze to get around the city. Staff went far above and beyond helping us figure out subway routes and things to do to maximize our short time in Tokyo. They even wrote out our itinerary in Japanese so that if we got lost we could simply point to a sentence saying where we were trying to go. Have never (in any star hotel- including 5 star deluxe) met such a helpful front desk staff.

MIMARU Tokyo Hatchobori is in the center of Tokyo and a 5 minute walk away from Hatchobori Station and Kayabacho Station, making it convenient for all guests to travel around for sightseeing. We had checked in to the Hotel quite late, about 9:30pm. We are exhausted carrying our heavy luggage. But everything turn out good when we are being approached by the Hotel Front Desk staff with his warm and friendly smile. The hotel is near to subway. Nearby a lot of restaurant. Every staff there is very helpful. I had booked my stayed with Agoda. Eventually had problem with Agoda and had contacted Agoda few times but still not solve. At the hotel, I had approached the Front Desk staff, they are very patient listening to our problem and they tried very hard to contact with Agoda. With the Hotel staff help, my problem with Agoda is solved. Many thanks for the Hotel Front Desk staff. They are really helpful and friendly. The hotel room is big and cozy. We love the Hotel very much. Will choose to stay again for our future visit. Highly recommended Hotel!

The location is not far from Subway , however there are no family restaurant and choices around the hotel, no supermarket either, therefore if you wish plan to do some cooking of your own , you will need to drop by any market before you return to hotel.

Kayabacho and Hatchobori stations are really near the hotel, it caters Hibiya, Keiyo and Toei Oedo lines that brings you to places like Roponggi, Ginza, Tsukiji, Ueno and Naka Meguro (where you can find the biggest Starbucks R and Roastery in the world!). It’s also walking distance to nice eating places and convenience stores (Lawson, Family Mart). Quiet area. Most importantly, this could be one of the bigger rooms in strategic locations in Tokyo for family of 3 and 4.

New and clean hotel”
The hotel is clean & new, location is convenient, the beds are big enough, with simple kitchen utensils and the staff are nice & helpful. I booked for 3 consecutive days of accommodation, but the hotel said they will charge me JPY2,000 for cleaning service(change bed sheets etc), it seems unreasonable.

Close to public transport, new facilities, friendly staff. Beds are firm and English information but it’s standard accords Japan. Staff could recommend local places of interest. It would be helpful if they have their location map and explain their railway system. But overall it’s good experience and friendly staff and clean facilities.

Pros: Cleanliness, English speaking staff, price, accessibility. Cons: Location is not bad per say (close to Hatchibori station). But if you need to transit at Tokyo station, the walk from the Keiyo Line to other JR lines is pretty far.

This allows us to interact with our guests in the language they feel most comfortable to make them feel at home. We are located about 15 minutes from Tokyo Station by foot. We are also about a 5 minute walk from both two metros and a JR station. From our location, our guests can easily access many tourist attractions such as Tokyo Disneyland and Sea, Asakusa, Tsukiji fish market, the imperial palace, and more! I highly recommend Mimaru for below reasons: 1. Great value for family up to 4 people. Spacious room with total 4 beds and an area with dining table. Bathroom size is good as well. 2. Convenience location. Less than 5 mins to metro and JR. Especially no need to change metro to directly access to Disney land in 15 mins. Plus simple single metro can take you to Ueno/Ginza/Roppongi. 3. It doesn’t have gym but you got laundry room.
