Probably the best area to stay if you have to stay in Sihanoukville. We stayed here purely to wait for a visa. The otres area doesn’t have as much Chinese construction going on. The food here is amazing as owned by Italians. I’d stay here just on the food basis only!

Good option with swimming pool”
The room was spacious, air con worked well and had a fridge. The pool was big and clean. The only down side was the shower didn’t really work and overall it was slightly overpriced especially as no breakfast is included.

It’s only about 10 mins walking to the beach, the beach did not have so much activities to so, but it’s a great place to say, no Chinese in this resort, we book tuk tuk via passapp to the resort and it’s save us a lot, the road quite terrible since chinese come to this town. Anyway, the staff and the place make us very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much

We had a great time. Pool was lovely, food was too! A little pricey for portions but besides that 10/10. The right amount of distance from the town but lots of restaurants in the area too. Beach is 10min walk if even.

Pros: Staff - so friendly and kind. Food - pizza... mmm, breakfast delicious. Location - away from busy road, off of beach setting which we’ enjoyed

Kleine Oase, einfach aber preiswert ”
Sehr einfache, aber sehr preiswerte Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen Bungalow für eine Nacht, ausreichend groß, mit A/C. Das Bad ebenfalls sehr einfach, aber mit warmem Wasser und sauber. Die Anlage hat viel Grün und einen sauberen Pool, eine kleine Oase inmitten nicht so schöner Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, die Pizza schmeckt mindestens so gut wie beim Italiener zu Hause, kein Wunder, da Pippo Italiener ist!

L'établissement est excentré ce qui n'est pas un mal et il y a pas mal de restos/bars dans les rues aux alentours Toutes les chambres sont autour de la piscine et proches du bar/restaurant On avait pas d'eau dans la douche et le chauffe-eau était HS en arrivant, remplacé le lendemain Les plats et pizzas du resto sont excellents Par contre le proprio et sa famille restent tard au bar et font du bruit Rideau qui laisse passer la lumière la nuit et la journée n'en parlons pas, on entre dans la chambre par une grande baie vitrée donc le matin on a vite la lumière du jour dans la chambre L'eau de la piscine n'est pas propre Cher pour ce que c'est et pour les prestations

Att bo här gör att du har direkt tillgång till fin pool och mysig restaurang. Lite familjekänsla, fast det är inte din familj. Som betalande gäst hamnar du utanför ställets umgängeskrets. Du får vänta på maten när de ska laga familjemiddagar till sig själva, du får stå ut med oväsen när de firar, du får vänta på frukosten när de sover, du blir av med solstolen för att familjemedlemmar lagt beslag på de. Städningen blir lite sisådär beroende på hur de mår. Det känns som du betalar för en fest fast du inte själv är bjuden.
