Great place & location”
Just a five minute walk from Central Station to a comfortable place with a few extra perks…great breakfast, handy dining and bar. A very good choice, my favourite this trip.

Situated close to the train station and international bus pick up. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very happy with the hotel.

Lovely getaway in Utrecht”
Enjoyed the convenience of being right by central station and the city center, took a day trip to Gouda as well. Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast.

Clean and modern”
Efficient check in - clean and modern - good breakfast - ten minute walk to the old town - next to train/ tram station for travelling further afield. Parking was the worst part as the car park was a five minute walk away so couldn’t keep an eye on the car

A joyless soulless place. Staff were loud and cold when talking to customers. Not a good choice if coming by car as construction everywhere. Tough to get to and parking very far away. Friendlier staff and an end to both their own remodeling and the external construction might make it better.

Other than it's location, this hotel is just meh.”
We came from Amsterdam, stayed for 5 days. Only had ONE free mineral water throughout the 5 days. Staff did not replenish any bottle mineral water during housekeeping. House keeping staffs aren't attentive either. My sugar sticks for coffee was about to finish, but they didn't bother to fill it up during house-keeping. House-keeping was slow too. Not sure if they were down on staffs. Overall, the stay was just meh for me. Only the location was great.

Just off the station and hotel is in front. Though in busy area, there's no street noise. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room is good size with all the necessary amenities. There's a good gym. On a cold day there was hot chocolate drink and biscuits in the foyer area. Very thoughtful. WiFi is available throughout for free.

An American hotel with American prices. It was new and clean. Had a wonderful shower. Had a great bed. Within walking distance to everything. We especially enjoyed the very short walk to any type of middle eastern food you want.

Nice hotel, bit pricy, good location next to the station. Cleaning lady walked into my room while I was still sleeping and locked it, would be better if they waited until my checkout.

Excellent Hotel with convenient location”
Lovely hotel which is next to the Utrecht Central train station. Also, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Exploring the Netherlands”
NH hotel is ideal for exploring Utrecht. It is close to the railway station for longer journeys, and the bus for local travel. Staff are frlendly and helpful and will give directions if asked. There was a variety of different guests, mixed young and older, and some children. The weather was great during our stay!
