One of the very best hygienic ”
New ,clean & Hygenic Bed is not good at all Pool does not have any lighting so you cannot swim at night easily . Location great very upmarket area. For the money the best place I have stayed in mauritus .

Great Location and Great Staff but could do with a renovation ”
Pascal was amazing, however the apartment was not to our standard. The roof was leaking and there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. We were shifted to the ''so called'' Penthouse, but after looking at the decor, the layout and the cracked flooring , i would not call this a Penthouse but we did appreciate the move of proposing the same. Pascal has been fantastic, i think the only reason we stayed back in that apartment was because of the staffs. Even the Housekeeping team and security team were great. The apartment is spacious enough, we think this property has a great potential , however there is a huge need for renovation and to review all the drainage system and the roofing as it was leaking everywhere. Also the place smells a bit funny, in the corridor and lift. It's a shame because location wise, its great and very accessible. Also the rooms have a partial view of the sea as infront there is a luxury apartment so this is kind of blocking the view. But this was not our issue really.

Value for money it was great”
I would recommend Residence Potosi. I went on previous reviews. The place was spotless, the pool was wonderful and the position was excellent. I will be staying there again. One of the previous reviews said the towels were shocking. Well we had thick new bath towels and I can’t complain. Yes the road is noisy but with the Aircon on it was fine.

It's Great but not for rest and relaxation”
The place is actually very good, it's clean and you can see the sunset from the balcony. It's also very accessible since it's just 5 min (or less) walk to the beach, there are 2 restaurant directly on the ground floor. What we didn't like was that since the hotel is just next to the main street, it was loud. We could hear cars/ buses from the room. We ended up staying only for 2 nights instead of our PAID 6 nights and moved to another hotel instead. I would just like to mention, they have really wonderful staff including the security. They were very nice and accommodating!

Normal, but only for low price”
Spacious apartments with ocean view, but: bad client service, broken shower/water system, very noisy street, all night you can hear motorcycles and sport cars driving through…wi fi is slow

Great accommodation. Everything as like in the pictures. Very spacious, big and comfortable beds, perfect terrace with an even more perfect view. As for the staff, everyone is smiling and at your service 24 hours a day. The apartments have their own security, which makes your accommodation even more secure. You also have secured parking. Perfect location just 1min from Trou aux Beach and 5min drive from Mon Choisy Beach. Great choice in terms of price and quality. The only thing we can complain about is the cleaning that is not done every day but every second,and well-intentioned advice to improve the quality of the internet. Everything else is really great :) We are happy to recommend accommodation where we spent 2 weeks :)

i recommend”
i stayed here for 9 nights. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the beach(max 5 min) the apartment was big,with almost everything in it. my room was at the 2nd floor with ocean view. The terrace is nice and you can see the ocean and the sunset. large and comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, big shower. I didn't try the pool, but look as in photos. There is a big supermarket at max 5 minutes (chez popo) with everything in it. Indeed, the towels are not very new, but in good condition and are changed when you ask. they clean the room every day. the staff is very kind. I recommend this location :)

Je recommande l'hôtel pour l'emplacement la gentillesse du personnel. Mais petit bémol manque de matériel de cuisine surtout quand vous devez faire un long séjour.

L’hotel è in prossimità della spiaggia quindi comodissimo, inoltre sotto all’hotel ci sono ristoranti dove gustare ottimi piatti
