Everything is not as expected 1. You check in at a point ~3km from your house, my family had to wait 40 minutes to check in and get the key. 2. You have to pay ~30 euros for 1 night to park your car in the courtyard of the building 3. Hot water is not enough to use, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The house was not cleaned thoroughly, the coffee was still in the pot, the water bottle was still next to the bed. 4. The only plus point is that the neighbor on the first floor was very nice and helped us to open the car door and showed us many things.

Pick up keys prior to arriving ”
Key pick up is approximately 2 miles away. Plan this into your journey. Apartment is spacious.

Only negative comments is need to obtain keys to apartment from their office which is far away from the apartment. And also the washing machine doesn't work

Great location. Comfortable”
I think I got upgraded to the 1 bedroom apartment as it seemed to be about 80 sqm in size. Get a bit of noise from the street but nothing that bothered me when sleeping. Kitchen had the main basics for cooking. Only downside is the need to collect the keys before going to the apartment makes checkin not so convenient.

Complicated to get the key”
When i check in, I very surprised due to, I can not check in follow to they location follow to the Agoda website and map. Then, i call to the telephone number of hotel, they told me. "Can i send the location address for get the key and check in follow to this telephone number?" Because your location at you stay don't location for check in and get the key. Sure, I must be follow they. I felt complicate due to i don't Czechia people. I hard for me, i felt fatigue and i must be spent money to travel for got the key. My Question, why i must be to did like that, why they don't post the information on the website to clear the condition for check in and I reservations on the website already and i tell to the time for my check in, why they don't kept the key with security guard of hotel to easy to customer. The room is very ok but the service i felt to don't professional.

Surprises in store”
Beware - the Agoda check in information says that you have to go to another address for early or late check ins. In fact, you have to go to this other address (on the other side of the river) for check ins at ANY time! So we arrived at the Spalena, found out we had to go to the other place for check in to get the keys, then go back to Spalena. The staff there was very rude and unhelpful, I felt I was interrogated! We booked a three bedroom place, and the rooms are huge! There were 9 beds and two sofas in total. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Free wifi. Check out was easy, just leave the keys in the flat.

전자렌지에 언제먹었는지 모를 케밥이 놓여져있고 전체적으로 습하면서 가족이 보낼정도의 숙소는 아니라고 생각합니다. 가성비만 따지고싶다면 묵으시고 숙소에서 쾌적하게 보내고싶다 싶으면 패스~

키 얻딛서 받는쥐 알려달라휀눈뒈 아파트먼트에서 췍쿠인 하면 됭당공 해서 갔둬늬 갑좌귀 자귀네 호텔로 와서 체크인하라고함 그리고 체크인 체크아웃 뫌 넘 다루고 직원둘굉장휘 불췬줠함. 키봗는데 조쿰 멀구 차타규 10쁀 졍또 보중굼 넘후넘후 작게 써놔숴 아무도 확인 뫃함 보쥰굼 이쉽오뫄눤임 푸롸하 다시 오면 절돼 안훼~ 방은 좋아요^^.

신혼부부나 가족여행객에게 딱인 곳!!”
미리 숙소예약을 하지 않아 급하게 찾던중 너무나도 좋은 위치에 저렴한 가격의 레지던스가 나와 급한 마음에 예약하고나서야 숙소 도착했는데 없는 숙소이면 어쩌나 걱정이 앞섰습니다. 하지만 숙소 주소로 찾아가니 문에 부착된 설명이 덜 되있는 a4용지만 붙어있어 주변 호텔에 도움을 요청하여 키를 받으러 가야한다는 것을 듣고, 15분정도를 이동하여 키를 받아 다시 숙소로 오게되었습니다. 집 문을 여는 순간 앞서 고생한게 싹 잊힐만큼의 넓은 집(분리된 침실,욕실,부엌)과 거의 다 구비된 시설(세탁기빼고 다 있음)에 감탄이 터져나왔습니다. 위치도 관광명소들과 가깝고, 트램정류장도 멀지 않아 이동도 편리했습니다. 체크아웃시에는 키를 다시 반납하지 않아도되어 무척 편했습니다.
