Enjoyable Stay”
Property - 5/5. The property is beach front. The whole property is well-maintained. It’s clean and peaceful. The resort accepts cash and credit cards. Room - 5/5. Our room was at the back of the property, on the second floor overlooking the pool. It was very spacious and had a generous balcony. The room has a tv, a mini fridge, a kettle and a safe. All the things you need. The bathroom is spacious too. Pool - 4/5. The pool is 10 feet deep. I guess they use it for diving lessons. The water gets pretty cold. Restaurant - 4/5. The restaurant is in front of the property just a few steps from the beach. They have quite a variety of food and drinks but a bit on the pricier side compared to the neighboring stores. On Fridays and Saturdays they have a dinner buffet. The selection is quite good and it’s actually pretty inexpensive. I enjoyed chilling in the restaurant because of the cool breeze compared to our balcony. You can also have your food taken to your room if you want to. The restaurant closes at 10pm so if you want to get more drinks, you need to go somewhere else. Staff - 5/5. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Beach 5/5. The beach is beautiful! The water is clean and warm. However, there’s plenty of sea grass pretty close to the shore. I just avoided it because it feels weird on my feet. I still enjoyed it though. Wifi - 5/5. Wifi is fast and stable. You will need to ask the reception to give you a voucher code and each code can only be used on one device. Mobile reception/data - in our room, Globe was pretty weak. Smart is stronger and faster. But once you’re outside, the reception is good for both networks. Others - there are several restaurants and bars near the beach so you have plenty of choices. You can also take a 5 minute walk to the main road for more shops and restaurants. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store and a McDonalds. There are several ATMs near the beach but I don’t recommend them as they charge a bigger fee. There are several b

Great Resort”
There's quite a few options on Alona Beach. This place gives you that resort feel that you want. The staff are amazing. The Check-in lady was very welcoming, and she stored our bags for us as we waited for our room to be ready. When we came back, they had already transferred our bags to our room which was awesome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I love the two-story layout. For some people that don't like stairs, this may not be a good option for you but I liked how you had your own balcony on the second floor and your own patio upfront on the ground level. Their AC works great. The bathroom had a walk in shower, and a medicine cabinet. They have a water heater also. Their pool looks great but not good for kids as it is really deep. The kids just hanged out on the ledge of the pool which was shallow enough for kids to walk around. The location of this hotel is right by the beach. There's plenty of restaurants in the area including a McDonald's which was a 5-min walk.

Wonderful Stay”
Me and my mom enjoyed our stay at this Resort. Staff were very friendly and very accomodating, they would immediately attend to your request. Excellent food, excellent location. I have also availed the countryside tour through this Resort, my mom and had a great time, not just because of the tour, but, also because of the driver assigned to us. Thank you Kuya Driver. Thank you to all the staff. I will definitely choose this place again for our future trip back to Bohol. Maintain the Excellent Service and Cleanliness of the Pyramid Resort.

My daughter's birthday getaway”
The place is very homey, we liked our stay here most specially my daughter. The villa is clean and has every thing we need. Except for a bidet in the toilet but that is not necessary. Food is good too. The staff are nice and friendly. They attended to our requests without complain and they even made a decorations in our room for my daughter's birthday. Shoutout to Ms. Charissa, thank you soooo much for attending to our requests and answering my queries most specially for the decorations. We loved it. Thank you.

Honestly Nothing Could Be Better”
I gave it a full five because my expectations of beach resorts in the Philippines are typically low because they're usually 4 great things, and 1 Terrible thing. Pyramid Beach Resort, for me, hit the mark perfectly. 10 out of 10, I would book there again, and I would recommend to my friends and family. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the staff. Check-in was personable and very courteous to our needs. As we walked into the pool area, the sound of the outside completely died down. It was a peaceful feeling. At night time, it felt exactly the same. Though everything outside was much livelier and louder, as we walked into the courtyard/pool area, everything got quiet. I don't know how that effect was achieved, but it's a major plus after a night of drinking and walking along the beach. This review only allows me this much typing space, but there is so much more I can say about Pyramid. I would love to come back!

I stayed alone in Pyramid Beach Resort whilst waiting for my family to arrive. (We transferred to Hennan Resort Alona Beach for the remainder of my 1 week stay in Bohol). I never do detailed reviews, however, I would love to make one for PBR. They have the absolute best staff: Charissa from reception, all of the wait staff at the restaurant, as well as the cleaning/maintenance staff -> all made me feel welcomed and safe during my stay. Charissa responds promptly to messages, check-in & check-out were a breeze. Fridge in the room is fully stocked which is super awesome. The resort's attention to detail would most definitely NOT leave the guests wanting; they provide welcome drinks of your own choosing, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. - . I've got the absolute best view of the sea from my bedroom. I was not able to try their pool, thus, can't comment on the facilities aspect of it. If you are travelling with the elderly, (going up & down the stairs might be a challenge if you need to go to the bathroom). The Superior Sea View room is right on the beach front and is beside a bar/restaurant. If you don't want to sleep with some noise/music, probably book some of the rooms inside the resort. I started my week right by choosing this resort. Awesome awesome stay, and well done. See you guys again! :-)

Cheap/Clean/Beautiful Room”
We definitely enjoyed staying at Pyramid Hotel. Winalyn (staff) accommodated every request we had because we are travelling with a kid and she's excellent with her service. The room is super clean (++++ for this) and it has a great interior. Hotel is beach front too (no hassle). Though I booked a room without free breakfast, it will only cost 599 if you want to add. Complete meal with unli coffee. We really had a great experience. 👌🏻

Best Hotel Choice for Alona Beach”
Awesome location on Alona Beach - right in the middle of everything. Beautiful, comfortable room. Excellent restaurant. Great staff and management - We had the misfortune of being in Bohol for the typhoon in December, and they evacuated every guest in the hotel and took us to to the safety of a hotel on higher ground at their own expense! We're looking forward to staying here again.

Worth It!”
Staying at this resort was a fun experience for me. My room has its own veranda and mini living room. The room is clean and has the basic facilities and provisions for a hotel room. Food was delicious; staff are nice; location is perfect. The only downside is the 10-m deep pool which I was not able to fully maximize. I hope the resort consider renovating the pool for other guests (esp kids) who are not into pool diving.

One of the best hotel in Alona Beach”
We booked Superior Sea View and we had the most amazing view and easy access to the beachfront Pros: Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfortability ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Relaxing ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cons: Internet not stable/fast, Swimming pool only has 10ft, and since superior sea view is located at beachfront, there is noise during the evening. All in all it was a perfect and superb stay, we’ll definitely go back

The staff are friendly and helpful from reception, to house keeping, to waiters a d waitresses and even the Kuya that help us set up the beach benches. Location is perfectly situated seafront. Have all the meals at the beach. Your choice. 😊 Love the room. Double story native house. Spacious, clean.

Good Value for money!”
My family stayed there from nov. 2-4,2020 and we got the hotel all for ourselves! The room is nice, clean and cozy. But be reminded that the swimming pool is 10ft. deep which is not suitable for children. So always keep an eye if you bring children on this resort. The food is also uber excellent. Oberall 9 out of 10 experience. 😊

Best place to stay in Bohol”
We spent 5 days in Bohol for our honeymoon. The room rate exceeded our expectations when we get there. It’s just in front of alona beach. It has centralized aircon. Their restaurant is cozy and offers Variety of menu but it’s pricey. The breakfast meal included is soo fab! It has the combination of American and Filipino style. Their room also has Mini ref, electric kettle, heater in the shower. Balcony at the 2nd floor where you can also see the front beach. They have a 10ft pool which of course I didnt try. Their place is surely a place where you can chill and relax. We’ll definitely book the same hotel in the future and will recommend it.

Near the beach; accomodating receptionist”
The hotel location is conveniently right at the beachfront. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The place is peaceful and quiet even though the entertainment is just outside. The receptionist was also very helpful in our inquiry regarding booking tours/travels within Bohol. Looking forward to staying here again. 😊

When we arrived our room was not available due to a leak and unfortunately the Resort was sold out the staff was really accommodating and explained in full detail the circumstances to make things right we were given 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Accomodation from another resort Tomas-the owner and his staff were very responsive and resourceful to our needs Tomas…thank you! Staff are so accommodating...respectful and courteous... Food are served well and deliciously cooked... Pool...10ft good for swimmer but not to a non swimmer like me😄😄 but it has a floater so swim at your own risk if your not a swimmer😃😃😃 For me it's one of the best resort to stay in panglao bohol...

I loved the deep pool and the room veranda facing the beach ”
I loved everything except the water pressure, I only give it 2 stars and there was no toilet bide. Hot water was hot enough, the floor squeeks as you walk, it will wake you up if you're not a deep sleeper. The toilet is on the ground floor only. The pillows were not solid as if they have too much air inside. We got 3 single beds but they were just about 35 inches wide. The pool is only for adults bec its most probably more than 7ft deep.

What a fun beach hotel”
My family with two small kids, age 6 months, age 3 stayed in one of the balcony rooms overlooking the beach. "The tree house" my son called it. This was great! With small kids we could put them to bed and sit out on our beach balcony and still feel like we were part of the night life.. All the food was delicious at the hotel. And because of their deep pool, the water stayed cool and refreshing. Some of the other shallow pools were too warm because of the air temperatures. I will stay here again if we return to Panglao. Very comfortable room, except the AC could work a bit better to cool the upstairs and downstairs. The staff did provide us a fan which certainly helped keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

This place is perfect. It is run by a great guy, Sir Paul! Clean, perfect location, amazing fresh seafood and to end our get away the best breakfast! Joy makes amazing drinks and takes care of her customers like they are family. We will be back. The best weekend I have had since I moved to Manila.

We enjoyed our stay at pyramid, we are granted for an early check in, and brief thoroughly regarding the inclusions and facilities etc with our hut. All the staff are friendly, from the reception, dining and even the maintenance staff. We are happy to stay at pyramid, we enjoyed the 10ft pool, and the breakfast are always superb, when we order food from the restaurant with extra instructions, we are always served with a smile, and granted with all our request.
